The house offered a perfect home base for our girls weekend. It’s conveniently located to many shops, restaurants, breweries, etc. There was more than enough space for our group of 7. I can’t recommend this place enough!

The stay was great. The location was easy to get to and it was walkable to everything in town The amenities in the house are great. We had 12 girls stay in the house comfortably and be everyone enjoyed the stay.

We had a wonderful stay; the house was perfect for both adults and kids. The pool and proximity to the beach and town were great!

We came on a family trip here with 4 adults and 5 kids under 6. The house is stocked with all of the towels, beach towels and beach gear we needed. We loved playing shuffleboard and foozball in the basement. Lots of meals were enjoyed on the front porch. The neighborhood pool was close and perfect for our young kids. It's just a couple blocks to everything in town- we walked to dinner/ice cream every night. The beach is ~1/2 mile away. We walked to the beach one time and decided to drive the next time since we had so many young kids, but it's not far. The beds were very comfortable. We loved how the house was decorated! We hope to make it an annual tradition to come stay here!

The house is well kept and maintained. We had everything we needed. We loved no traffic being on the dead end road. From the 4 year old to the 67 year old , rooms accommodated well. The community pool is small but very nice. Beach is a walk but very easy to get to. Tge train is close but didn’t bother us .

We absolutely loved this house. Eight adults and one child and we had plenty of room! Our favorite part was the basement, we played so many games of table top shuffleboard! We booked it for 2024 before we even left the property.

This house is absolutely perfect for a girlfriends getaway! The bedroom arrangements offers so many great varieties for sleeping that everyone was very comfortable. The house is decorated so nicely and you feel right at home. In fact, many of the girls kept saying how they would love to live in the house! The host is very prompt at responding to messages. I would highly recommend this house to anyone!

A group of friends and I have traveled up to New Buffalo for the past 3 years for a holiday trip, and this year was the best stay we've had yet. This place is really conveniently located for town access, beach access, and overall feeling a part of the community. The house has really nice space as well, and the bedrooms are excellent! The bunk room is not only convenient but the beds are actually really nice. Summer or winter, large or small groups--I'd recommend anyone to stay here. Note the smoke detectors are a bit sensitive, but the hosts do a great job giving detailed welcome instructions. Otherwise no complaints, would highly recommend, and look forward to making this another great stay in New Buffalo!

This house is situated on a quiet dead end road, but close enough to walk downtown. It is absolutely adorable, the beds and pillows were comfortable, and the kitchen was very well equipped. Rachel was so helpful with pre-visit questions and inquiries. We loved our stay and will be back!

The house was very modern and clean. Cute community. The location was walking distance to downtown which was a huge plus! The host was very easy to communicate with. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

The location, house and pool were great! Just a short walk to the beach and very close to shops and dining. The house is decorated so cute only suggestion is to add some mirrors for getting ready. We had 11 ladies in this house and it was comfortable for all. Would stay here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed this home. Location great and lots of fun things in the area to do. Our highlights were Warren Dunes, Mike’s Blueberry Farm, Galien River Marsh Boardwalk and Canopy walk, Oinks for ice cream, Villa Nova pizza, Beer Church. Barney’s is very close and a nice grocery store. Community pool very convenient and kept up well. New Buffalo beach convenient also !

We loved staying in this home - there was plenty of bedrooms and space for the family (kiddos + parents+ grandparents) reunion trip we hosted there. Beach chairs, toys, and games were provided as well as kitchen supplies, however we stayed for 9 days and there was 2 rolls of TP per bathroom and no shampoo/conditioner/body wash and no tissues in any rooms. Also no full length mirrors in the bedrooms or bathrooms. Porch had some wasps and cobwebs and is close to a pretty forested area on one side so bring bug spray for porch/back patio. Overall amazing time and loved the location, but this was first time i’ve stayed in a home where don’t provide any shower toiletries/limit toilet paper/no kleenex esp at this price. Still had great time. All new appliances and finishes, cute decor, and up to date with easy door locks with code for checkin. Rachel was great at getting back to me quickly and answering any questions and photos are super accurate!

Honestly, the pictures don't do this home justice. It was beautiful inside and out, and very clean. The location is ideal - walking distance to the beach, marina, and restaurants. Check-in was a breeze, and the "to-do" list for check-out was simple. Kitchen is well stocked, and plenty of room for gatherings. The front porch swing is awesome - I spent several hours out there reading over the course of our stay. All in, I'd rent this property again in a heartbeat!

We love New Buffalo and this location was perfect for our wine weekend! Beyond that, the home was impeccable. We've already decided we are hoping to make this a recurring trip and would love to book this home again.

This was a perfect location for our bridal party to stay at for our wedding in September. There were just enough rooms and spacious so everyone felt like they had their own privacy.

This house was perfect for our group of ladies. Not only is it spacious and comfortable but it’s decorated adorably! We had a great time and could easily walk to popular spots in New Buffalo. This would be a great home for family trips too. All the bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. I would recommend!
