Great location. Quiet, relaxed and yet close enough for us to get anything we needed

The location was great the beds were comfortable, place was well equipped with everything we needed, could’ve been a bit cleaner. There was holes in the floor’s and we did have quite a few cockroaches running around.
Only having one toilet in a 3 bedroom house was a bit awkward at times.
The bathroom is very small 😟 cobwebs around on the veranda, and the outside furniture need a bit of attention.

The main deck was beautifully appointed. The lounge was wonderfully comfortable as were the beds. The kitchen had an abundance of cutlery, crockery etc.
The contacts from the managing agency was very detailed and welcome.

Very easy, we got a detailed email on all things about the property incl what type of coffee machine they had. And it included the lock key details. Real Estate were very good with communicating, and the property was super cute, i did not want to leave. Quiet area and Bartletts Beach just a hop and a skip away

This was a great house in a great location. Had everything you needed and we could also take our dog. Three large bedrooms comfy warm beds, kitchen with everything you need plus more and then the very large back deck what a beautiful spot to just relax and chill.
The address of Barlett Street is a bit confusing when you access the house from Jordan Avenue.

The property was excellent for a family, with plenty of outdoor space,, and a huge covered deck. A great view of the ocean, with park lands across the road. It was a little confusing initially with access via another street other than Bartlett Street, but that was easily sorted.
