Overall we were very pleased with our stay. The unit was nice and spacious. It had everything we could need and the facility was nice as well. We really liked the balcony and heated pool. It was clean and well equipped. We hope to stay here again and would recommend it as well. The only negatives were the check out time being at 9am. We would have hoped for at least 10am. And we want to let you know that our son got bit by something in his room. We are not accusing you of having bed bugs but want you to be aware. We don't know what was biting him but he woke up twice with bites on his arms and legs. We checked the bed thoroughly and didn't see anything so we are not sure what it was. Perhaps a bug got in from outside and it was something other than a bed bug (hopefully) but we want you to know that there was something in there. I hope it has moved on. Also we reached out by email to ask for a later check out but never heard back. We were not aware of the payment policy that it had to be paid in full prior, unlike a hotel stay; our first time doing this. When a warning email did arrive, we promptly paid. I had to follow up to make sure the mailed payment was received. For our first hand at a VRBO, overall it was good. Hopefully this unit will be available next year.

Beautiful condo with amazing beach views from balcony or anywhere in the condo. Beautifully decorated, comfortable beds, amazing master shower and fully stocked kitchen. Host was always responsive to questions and responded in timely response. Great location and close to lots of things to do! We will return for another visit !

We really enjoyed staying here. The condo setup is what we were looking for and the balcony is spacious with a great view. The location is good and the gated community provides a sense of security.

We stayed at the same location last year and we love it. We didn’t get checked in till around 445 because they were running behind on cleaning but they were nice people. The sliding glass Door ddnt work well but it was that way last year. We will definitely be going back

Were expected to pay for a property as the contract is agreed upon. The actually property was much less than what we agreed upon and was disappointing.We feel we upheld our portion of the agreement. The property and the management co.failed to meet the condition of the property as advertised. We called our first day and reported the recliner was broken, the rugs were torn and dirty and the unit needed to be sweeped and vacuumed. As the week progressed on we discovered the garbage disposal did not work, microwave handle was broke, oven was filthy, mold in the shower, no instruction for the tv , rugs in the bathroom were filthy, needed to wear your shoes. The management company did not follow up on our phone call or send a maintenance crew. We cleaned the codo even though they offered to send someone over. We were already in and did not want to pack up again. This condo needs to be deep cleaned and have repairs done to be as advertised

This condo was clean, comfortable and had plenty of amenities. Beds were very comfortable, kitchen had everything we needed to make several meals (I brought my own knifes) and the view from the 3rd floor of this condo was amazing.

This is the 3rd time in 4 years my family and I have stayed in 4-303 at Long Beach Resort. The first two times were phenomenal and I left reviews reflecting as much. I have to say I’m amazed how quickly the care of this beautiful condo has declined. We had dirty sheets and blankets wadded up in the master closet floor. Mildew on the floor and glass in the master shower. I understand it’s impossible to remove all of the sand but there was so much I don’t think it had been swept between the previous renters and ourselves. Marker on the arm of one of the sofas. Electric recliners don’t work properly. Rugs are curled and disintegrating. Patio furniture and tables were filthy. One of the windows in the master I suppose is damaged because there’s condensation between the glass which obstructs the beautiful view. Every single comforter on all 3 beds were put on sideways. I know that sounds picky but I think it just displays the lack of care and attention to detail that we were so accustomed to in our previous stays. Cracks in the caulking around all door casings. The kitchen doesn’t have the supplies it had when we were there the first two times. Microwave handle is broken. Blinds on door in 2nd bedroom are broken. Thick dust on ceiling fans. When cleaning fees and damage fees are included in every rental price of the condo, I have to wonder where those fees are being applied. I hope this review helps as we really do love this condo.

We love Long Beach Resort and have come back for many years. It’s a great location with lots of amenities. The views are excellent. The pools are clean and numerous and hot tubs are nice. We enjoyed this condo. The decor was very nice. Plenty of seating, drawers and tables. Our beds were comfortable, but the blinds didn’t work on the door to the balcony which made it very bright in the room at sunrise. A few things that could make it even better - clean the mold in the shower and fix the running toilet. Add some more dishes and utensils to the kitchen and secure the table legs (a bit wobbly). Lastly, one of the recliners is broken and sticks out causing a tripping hazard.

There was mold in the master bathroom. In the master bedroom the tv It wouldn’t let us change channels or turn on half the time. The microwave handle was broken.

This was the perfect condo for me and my 3 young adult kids. My daughter and I shared the Master room and my boys enjoyed each having their own beds in the second room. The place was perfectly clean when we arrived, the only issues were the ones others mentioned, the one recliner that is messed up (but still usable) and then the sliding glass door from the main room to the balcony is hard to open (thankfully my sons were strong enough to open & close it). Otherwise the condo is great. Exactly as advertised though I think the beds in the room with two are a double and a king, not a queen & a king. But again minor detail. The shower in the master room is wonderful, loved that. Kitchen is well stocked though it could use more kitchen towels, there was only one. We did have an issue with the disposal not coming out but maintenance was quick to come out and fix the issue. We loved the stock of puzzles, games, beach chairs & body boards and utilized them all. There is also a beach umbrella & sand buckets, but those we did not use. The view was perfect, & loved that all 3 rooms had a view. Every place we have stayed prior, the second room has been on the backside of the condo. Condo is a great location. I like being on the more eastern end of the beach, near Thomas Dr., as that is always a less crowded area, yet still plenty close to everything. All & all it was a great vacation and we would totally book this condo again and recommend it.

We had a fantastic stay and loved the resort. Location could not have been better. There were a few items in the unit that needed some TLC: patio door was extremely difficult to open (wife and kids couldn’t open it at all), bedroom door blinds were broken so had to hand a blanket over it, garbage disposal didn’t work, several light bulbs burnt out, and had to replace several remote batteries that were dead. I consider these all minor issues and would absolutely stay in this same unit again. Only thing I found somewhat concerning was the about of black mold in the master shower. I could tell the cleaners had bleached it heavily when we arrived, so wasn’t worried about it making us sick, but was still somewhat unsettling.

This condo is gorgorous and very very spacious. Regarding All the other reviews about it being dirty , this place was spotless. There was no mold anywhere. The floor to ceiling glass made for beautiful views in all directions. The whole place was huge for a condo. The beds were super comfortable, and the master shower i now have plans for my husband to make me one at home. The views were totally unobstucted, pools were clean, hallways clean,, close to fast elevator, parking right there. The kitchen had so much , airfryer, crock pot, we only ate out twice. Cooked and had ocean front dining on the beautiful large balcony. The whole complex is gated with a guard , makes you feel more secure. Every person i ran into went over and beyond helping me find areas. The whole place was wonderful. In fact so wonderful Im already planning a trip next year to stay in the same condo. It was so big , you could have easliy had 8 people in there and it not feel cramped. Overall, this is truly a great condo with perfect location.

Shops and places to eat in walking distance. Very nice to have aur fryer, crockpot and everything needed to cook for the week including some containers for leftovers!

We had a few maintenance issues and ECDI was quick to send someone out each time. However, when the central air stopped working, communication was lacking on what the status was and how long repairs were going to take. So we had several days without air until we finally requested some portable units be brought up. So overall I would say, communication with ECDI could be a lot better. But overall we always love staying here and will be back again!

Few dirty spots when we entered the condo but we cleaned them before we started our stay.

This was the perfect home away from home for our Thanksgiving holiday. The condo was the perfect size for our family of 4 (13 yr old and 10 yr old) for 7 days. There are a couple of things that could be updated such as the living room and patio furniture, but it did not affect our stay at all. One of the reclining chairs does not go all the way down but it is still usable, and they are large and very comfortable. The couches are on the smaller side. They are perfect for visiting but not as much for lounging. The master bed was comfortable as well as the 2 queen guest beds. The location to the beach and pool could not be better! There were even a couple of boogie boards, beach chairs (small) and a beach umbrella. We did not need these as we brought our own, but it was nice to have them as an option. We left 3 boogie boards for the next guests as well. They provide 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom and 1 roll of paper towels. I would also recommend bringing laundry pods. I did at least 1 load of laundry per day with going to the beach. They did provide plenty of dishwasher pods. They have all of the kitchen gadgets that you would ever need. Blender, can opener, Keurig, coffee pot, toaster, air fryer. There are plenty of dishes for a large gathering and to cook any meal you will need. The property cleaning and maintenance were very present and friendly. While we were there, we did not have to wait on the elevator at all. One time we noticed the button on the exterior of the elevator had been damaged. The next time we took the elevator, less than 2 hours later, it had already been repaired. We had a wonderful time and will definitely book this condo again!

They had plenty of towels a couple rags was stained. The rugs was old and needed cleaned. The rug at the front door is a trip hazard as it was rolled up on the corner. The laundry room was very dusty. The gate to exit to the beach was very loud. Which you can hear from the condo. Waking up to hearing everything outside above and below you wasn’t pleasant. So the walls seem thin. Oh! By the way if you rent a golf cart or a sling shot etc. YOU CAN NOT PARK IT NOR DRIVE IT ON THE PROPERTY! We was not aware of that. So please keep that in mind. The pool that’s part of tower 4 was warm but the last river WAS ICE COLD! The hot tub at tower 4’s pool was dirty.

Location perfect. Beds comfortable. Bedspreads need cleaning. Great shower pressure but mold issue present. Also mold on deck. Decorated nicely. Needs mats,rugs, and outdoor furniture replaced tho. Nice refrigerator, counter tops and backsplash in kitchen. Enjoyed our stay.

Both Bathrooms especially the secondary had mold in tub and shower the tub was so bad that everyone used the master shower after calling for a new shower curtain that no one ever responded with, also a leak in the ceiling of the secondary bathroom. Patio door horrible wouldn't hardly slide couldn't get shut completely or locked not to mention the front door only locked when it felt like it. Other than moldy health concerning Bathrooms. Good layout , Great views

The location was great. We enjoyed our stay but there were a few minor issues. Needs a few things fixed and cleaned but overall a good stay right on the beach with good environment within and around the resort.

We reported it to our host, and they came in within just a few hours and replaced the handle. Unfortunately, just replacing the handle did not fix the problem. I would have thought they would communicate with us when they were going to come into our condo to fix it. But they did not. They came in unannounced while we were down on the beach, and we just happened to notice later in the day that they had been there. Tile floors were very dirty. The gate to the beach slammed so loudly it was unpleasant to sit on balcony.

This place was nicely decorated and up to date. Loved the reclining chairs and the big balcony. Only downside was it could have been cleaned better. Toilet and bathtub were dirty. Furniture needed to be dusted and sand on floor when we arrived, but overall we would stay here again. Loved that they had all kinds of sand toys and several chairs to use at the beach.

It was a good all around place to call home for a week.😁
