This house was perfect for our large and extended family. We were never on top of each other. There’s a large deck where everyone hung out in the evenings and we could hear the music from provision Company across the waterway. The pool was used every afternoon and we rented a golf cart to help with transporting coolers and chairs to the beach where we visited every afternoon before it got too hot, the house is immaculate. The kitchen is well stocked. Rent this house - you won’t regret it.

The perfect everything... Perfect location, especially if you don't mind not being at the beach. Perfect house that's loaded with everything you need in the kitchen, with pool toys, beach chairs, kayaks, and a bonus game/ arcade room. If you have a house full of teenagers and young adults like we did, it's got something for everyone. Never heard one complaint and they all want to come back next year. That goes for the adults too. I would definitely recommend a golf cart to make getting to the beach a little easier.

We had a great time at Yacht Watcher and the owner was quick to respond to a leaky dishwasher (the only issue we had). The young adults in our group loved being on the ICW - we brought our paddle boards and the house had kayaks available. Great house for a large group.

The house was beautiful, and perfect for our family. We loved the location. It was very accurately advertised. We would definitely book the very same house again.
Just some small suggestions.
There was only one or two of the bathrooms that had hand soap, and there was not enough toilet tissue. If it is not supplied, I would suggest that to be me noted so quests could come better prepared.
Also, maybe I missed it, but I didn’t read where you supplied so many Beach chairs, umbrella , wagon boogie boards, etc for the beach. This is great, however, but we packed all that too. It is extremely nice that so much is there for guests to use, but it could save from packing so much if it is advertised.
The refrigerator in the garage and sink were very dirty. I cleaned it before placing items in it
We could not get onto WiFi , and I was informed by the downstairs guests that it was very warm at night. The thermostat was programmed to be high at night.
All in all, it was a very wonderful experience.

Julie was fabulous and easy to work with! Our family has been doing beach trips for years and we all agreed this was our favorite house we have stayed in.
The house was clean and had plenty of space for our large group. The view and location was perfect. Easy walk to beach and def love having a pool!

The house was amazing! Great location with lots of space for the family. Quiet area but lots to do nearby. Property Manager was super responsive, which made for a great start to the trip. We will definitely return to this house.

Our extended family of 15 gathered at Yacht Watcher for a fun and enjoyable week - we took advantage of all the "toys" including kayaks, ping pong, pool, dock, fishing, game room and more! Great location near bridge with easy biking access to restaurants, candy shop, general store, coffee shop and slushies. Watching the boats float by was fun and entertaining. Beautiful sunset views too!

Annual Combined Family Vacation
Had a wonderful time; location was ideal and house well suited to handle the needs of our combined three families. The layout was great and easily accommodated our six adults and five children.

Multi Family Fishing Trip
The check in process was quick and easy. The property was clean and well maintained. The home layout seemed to have a lot of wasted space. The kids loved the heated pool that heated up quickly and felt like bath water in 50 degree windy weather. Great fishing off the dock and walking distance to multiple restaurants!!

There was plenty of seating in the family room for football watching. We enjoyed watching the boats go by on the waterway. The kitchen was well-stocked. It was a short walk over to the beach, although it did take us a minute to figure out where the beach access was located. We had a nice stay and enjoyed the town of Holden Beach.

Trifecta Vacation Rental

Our first time in Holden and we loved it! Truly a family beach town. As little or as much as you want to do, it’s there.
The house was perfect for our large multi-family group. The amenities were great, and we used them all: private pool, large yard(we set up a volleyball net), ping pong table, kayaks, game room, outdoor shower, dock, list goes on and on…Also, the furniture throughout the house was of higher quality than you’d expect at a beach rental, especially the beds, which is so important.
Lastly, and to me most important, the owner was fantastic. Answered my questions quickly and completely from booking to departure. Every time we had a question, Julie responded. It’s comforting to know that if you have question or concern the owner of your rental will be there to assist, Julie is THAT owner. I can’t recommend Yacht Watcher enough.

The perfect house in a perfect location
We loved our time here. The house has everything you need for a great vacation. You can relax on the deck and watch the boats go by, jump in the pool, hit the arcade, relax in one of the many sitting rooms, cook in the spacious kitchen, and of course walk to the beach anytime you want.
Don’t pass this house up! Holden Beach is the perfect non touristy beach destination.

Gorgeous Home with Plenty of Room!
What a pleasant surprise! What I mean to say is, I had challenges trying to picture how this house was laid out based on the pictures. It turned out to be FAR better than what I thought we had! The main floor is open with plenty of seating for meals and gathering. The bedrooms were well positioned and it all made sense. It's beautiful home! As soon as we walked in, my husband said, "We're staying here forever, right?!" LOL
Beds were comfortable, we had everything we needed in the kitchen - there is both a keurig and a coffee pot. The entertainment seemed never ending - game room, kayaks, fishing. If one was bored, it was their own fault! We loved sitting on the covered decks overlooking the intracoastal; even on the one day it rained! Easy walk to the beach!
Thank you for a great stay! We would definitely consider this house again!

Renewed and Reacquainted

Intimate Holden Wedding
My fiancee and I had to get creative when planning a Covid-Sensitive wedding. After extensive research into the area I found Holden Beach the perfect place for such an event and Julie the perfect person to rent from to make that happen. She was kind and communicative from the beginning and was one of the only home owners in the area willing to let me have such an event in her home. She answered every question I had and even let me take a tour of the home months before the wedding date. Not only was she easy to work with, but I could tell she was genuinely excited for us to have our special day in her home. My guests and I were blown away by the house and how perfect the back yard was for a small reception. I couldn't have dreamed of a better place to have a beach wedding than Holden nor a better place to have my reception than the Yacht Watcher.

Great House, Lots of space and lots to do at the house.
Great house, Big, fun, close to beach and most activities within walking distance. The house will accommodate a large group without feeling crowded at all. I would highly recommend this rental to friends and family. Definitely a 5 Star property.
