The Villa is also only about 10 minutes walk to the new promenade that gives easy access to several beaches and a number of good restaurants. We arrived late in the evening and walked to the excellent Pinia taverna that is just around the corner. The villa had most of everything that we wanted although some of the equipment and fittings were beginning to show their age. The weather got very hot during our stay so it was great to have the pool that was professionally cleaned twice a week. Would recommend the property for anyone looking for a relatively quiet area but with easy access to beaches & restaurants. Communication with the owner was excellent.

The villa is definitely better than the pictures shown and had a good layout of what you need to make your stay comfortable The only thing which could do with a small service is the airconditioning as started dripping on my head in bed but solved this by pulling the bed away from the wall Overall great place to stay and very good financially Thank you

Stayed for a couple of months and enjoyed our stay.

We were a party of 3 adults and 3 children. The problem this presented was that one adult was required to sleep on one of the sofa beds in the front room. Whilst I enjoy a firm bed, both sofa beds were only half a step up from sleeping on a concrete floor. Not only did this make sleeping difficult, sitting was also an issue. However, despite this long "gripe" it was the only real fault we found with what is a peaceful retreat, with all the amenities you would have at home, but with a pool thrown in - which the children made full use of. We also found the local beach very family friendly and a bonus in being just a short walk away.

The villa was amazing! Close to shops and bars and the beach only a short walk away. Would definitely stay here again. The owner so accommodating and friendly. Had the best time here.

My wife and I had an enjoyable stay at this villa. Communication up front with the owner was good and the visit from the local agent on our first morning was a nice touch; allowing us to get really useful info on local supermarkets and the surrounding area. The pool was a little cool for us in October but still usable. You can chase the sun around the garden for most of the day. It is handily located for the beach and the boardwalk all the way to Fig Tree Bay and Protaras. I heartily recommend the meze at the local restaurant Pinia (5 mins walk away).

We loved the fact we had our own private pool if we wanted to relax or just a 10 minute walk to nearest beach. Brilliant base to travel a 15 minute drive to Ayia napa or to the amazing water park ..or the amazing Nissi beach. Even closer to the famous Fig tree bay..loved it..will definately go back to same area

We booked this holiday in April 2021 in the hope all travel would be eased off. We liked the look of the house and area. We wanted somewhere quiet but also family friendly. All I can say is we got exactly what we had hoped for and more. Everything about the house and the area was beautiful. The house was so spacious which was great and having aircon in each room was excellent. Temperatures were pretty high even though it was middle of September. Our three yr old twins absolutely loved having their own swimming pool which they made full use of every single Morning afternoon and evening if let ha ha. There was a beautiful beach within 5 min walk but boys didn’t bother with that all they wanted was their own lovely pool. Our hosts Nick and Helen couldn’t do enough for us and gave us lots of great beneficial information on the area and car hire which we availed of a car can be essential if you have children and need a big grocery shop. I could not recommend this property or hosts highly. The area is quiet however lots of restaurants within minutes walk. We will definitely be returning back to this property next year.

This property is fabulous - clean, tidy, good air con and good facilities. Kitchen has everything you could need and the pool is lovely - cleaned twice weekly. Close to the beach. Neighbour to rear has 4 dogs - can be a little intrusive (barking) at times. However, would highly recommend this villa.

Great Host, good communication. it was our second stay in this villa. and i can say that the Villa is equipped with everything you need. very quiet (even overnight) and in a save neighborhood. the closest of several beaches is reachable in only 10 Minutes walking distance. supermarket around the corner is almost 24/7 open. very good restaurant near the harbour ( called To Limani) we definitely can recommend this house for any kind of vacation. Overall enjoyable, only 1 problem, with 4 gardens backing onto one another. You could be unlucky noise wise, one permanent neighbour has THREE dogs! These were a nuisance & we had to complain several times. Dogs apart villa was good & owners agents were very helpful and friendly!

The villa was perfect for the three of us. Far enough out of town to be away from the noise but an easy walk to everything. No need for a car. The bus service was fantastic and the bus stop was just down the road. Fabulous ice cream man came everyday. Really close to a lovely small beach.

My husband and I have just had a fantastic week at this villa. We have stopped in the same estate on 2 other occassions. It is in a perfect location. quiet enough to enjoy and not far to walk to get to the night life We cant fault it. Thank you for a home from home janette

The villa was just like a home from home place for us. We enjoyed all the aspects it offered. Especially the swimming pool. Great stay and one day we had a power cut the agent was out within 10 minutes and had the problem dealt with quickly. Excellent service and communication throughout.

Good place for families, I would suggest that as it so hot the loungers around the pool ought to have a choice of a free standing parasol, the only parasol offering shade was with the patio table and chairs But a good place

We have just returned from this lovely villa ,very comfortable, great pool and patio area. Everything you need for a comfortable stay. Around a 15 min walk to centre of town. Local bar and supermarket at the end of the road. Would definitely stay here again.

We stayed in the villa every year since 2013. Everyting was always very good : it is clean, good decor, central location ( we always had a rental car). Particularly noteworthy is the very good service from Sue and Jan. Hope to see you again soon.

What a lovely property, spacious, welcoming and clean. The villa is close to a lovely little resort with beaches and restaurants. Ideally situated for exploring Cyprus. October is a great time to visit, the weather was amazing without being too hot. From initial booking to receiving the security deposit back everything went very smoothly. Wonderful all round

The property was perfect for the two of us. Clean and well stocked with utensils and crockery. The pool was lovely and the grounds tidy. All in all it suited us as a base to explore the island and close beaches and our nights were spent at local events and nearby bars and restaurants. The tv setup was poor, but you don’t go abroad the watch telly do you? It was value for money, we were very happy.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the villa, it had all that we were looking for including often over looked things like a safe and some toys for the kids in the pool. Dealing with Helen was a pleasure and we would happily stay again.

We stayed here fromthe 26th June to the 9th July and would definetely come back here again! Helen was really helpful when we were booking the villa and answered all pur questions no matter how big or small they were. Helen also helped us out with booking transfers for us from the airport to the villa. Jan and Sue who met us the day after our arrival were also very helpful! They answered all our questions and gave us some reccomendations on restaurants etc. They were also very nice and allowed us to extend our check out time due to our late flight home back to the UK. When we arrived at the villa it was a little hard to locate but with Helen's information sheet containing the directions and with a locals help we found it in no time. There was a little hamper with fresh milk, orange juice, LOVELY cherry jam and butter and marmalae as well as water and a loaf of bread which was very nice to have after a long flight and trip from the airport. The villa was in a lovely area surrounded by other villas. it was fully equiped with everything you could possibly need throughout your stay. There were plenty of leaflets and travel guides in the living room which we found very useful. The villa is located about 5 mins to the nearest restaurant (Pinia) and under 10 mins in either direction to a local supermarket. It's at max 15 minute walk to the beach and about 15 miutes to pernera where there are plenty of shops, restaurants, bars etc. Perfect location!
