The location was great! Easy parking once we figured out where it was. Clean place and it was perfect for our needs. Easy walk to the harbor and beach. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, plates and glasses. Having a washer was awesome! Wifi was great! Also great communication from the owner about how to get in and log in to wifi.

Only one tiny bath towel and a mat for the floor was provided. We did not travel with towels. We were 2 people so we had to share the towel. A roll of paper towels would have been nice but that is very minor. Clearer instruction on location of parking is needed. I originally parked on the driveway toward the top. A nice neighbor came down to let us know where we should park. But I don't want your neighbors to be upset and if they have to correct every guest I can see that getting annoying. She was very nice though and explained where we needed to park. The actual lot is easy to miss as you make the turn onto the street. Once aware of it.... Easy peasy!

The place was very clean, spacious enough for 2 persons, especially after staying in a small hotel room for a couple of days. The location was very good as it’s close to a couple of beaches and a small pier.

There’s no way to ventilate the smoke when you are cooking, this caused the fire alarm to go off as it’s placed next to the cooking stove.

Perfect location right next to the beach.

Bedrooms should have windows if it was to stay for a longer period.

Impossible to meet the manager. I had to ask for a receipt, the first one was wrong and had to ask again. The manager asked me to pay the city tax in cash and leave it in the room but the tax has already been paid through booking.com. I didn't pay what he asked me and he didn't claim it afterwards though. Be careful, some hotels/residences ask for the tax since booking will only charge you the total - tax but in this case booking charged me the whole amount and the owner still ask for the tax, check carefully the billing details on booking. The breakfast is really light and only industrial food is provided (it is already ready on the table when you arrive). The breakfast was ready for 4 and we were only 2, the owner told over the phone to eat only the breakfast for 2 and leave the rest on the tray. My girlfriend forgot her jacket at this place, I called the manger and he told me that the shipping fees will be around 6€, later on he sent me an invoice with an amount of 12,30 € saying that I need to pay for his time and petrol, it is his right though, but do not expect to have nice human contact or dialogue at this residence. Be careful if you are hungry or thirsty, chips and drinks are provided but you need to pay for it and the prices are left flat on the microwave where it is not obvious at all, it should be put on the fridge door. This place is good for one night and if you can't find anything else, do not expect to meet friendly manager or staff or to have a great breakfast and be ready for all kind of extra cost.
