Condo was just as described and pictured. We have stayed in similar units within the Colony I/II complex and this unit was nicely updated with new appliances and well stocked with kitchen supplies. It was perfect for our pre-vacation stay on Sunset Beach Island. Vicky was very quick to respond and to work with.

The condo was exactly as advertised. Communication with the property owner was fantastic. I highly recommend this rental.

Easy check in, great location. Near Sunset Beach, Calabash, myrtle beach Pool very popular with everone Set up our croquet set and played a few games. Played cards in evening around the dining table

The photos and description do not do this gem of a place to stay justice. The layout is spacious and very warming/comfortable. There are very thoughtful labels all around to help you have a great experience. Vicky is genuine and thoughtful as the owner and provides very clear and helpful details that you would need for check-in, check-out, and your stay overall. We will 100% be back here and would suggest that you and your family also consiider staying here (as long as its not when we need to go :))

Great place to stay! Clean and cozy condo with everything you need or may have forgotten. Great communication with owner. The condo is close to the beach and great restaurants. You won’t regret staying at this location.

This condo is beautiful. It was spotlessly clean when we arrived. The beds, sofa, and reclining chair are all extremely comfortable. The appliances were very new and very clean. It’s decorated in a very tasteful beach theme but not too overdone as some condos are. The owners were very responsive to a few questions we had. I would recommend it to anyone and we will definitely stay there again if the opportunity arises.

Vicky was so accommodating and very quick to respond. I just can’t say enough about the owners and the rental! Such a beautiful place to stay! We look forward to our next stay!

This is beautiful property with amazing owners. From the beginning even after they have been welcoming and very good with communicating. Only minutes away from Sunset this is a perfect spot! Don’t forget to check out the pools and hot tub on site!!!! Have fun :)

We loved our stay at (Seabrez) in Sunset Beach. The place is VERY clean which is of utmost importance to me! Beds are comfortable, there are some games to play, and just a beautiful place to stay. Neighbors aren't the friendliest but not there to make friends. Vicky has The Best Taste in furniture and decor!!! Great place to stay! And Vicky made sure we arrived safely and made sure we knew to contact her for anything! Definitely will check for availability if we visit the area again!! Thank you, Tony and Vicky!!

Wonderful vacation with my daughter and twin grandchildren. The condo 501 was great. So enjoyed this unit was decorated in a beach theme . Clean and convenient to beach and surrounded area. Sunset Beach is great. Host was helpful and very nice.

Vicky and Tony's Sunset Beach condo was exactly as it appeared in the VRBO photos. (No illusions here!) The first floor end unit with split floor plan was extremely clean and well kept. The positive difference was in the details, and it's clear that they take pride in their rental and in guests' comfort. For example the supplied bath towels are of high quality and things you might be looking for are clearly and methodically labeled. If you are a coffee lover, the condo will be your paradise as there are multiple coffee makers and related supplies. The kitchen has lots of smaller appliances in addition to the stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, etc. If you enjoy cooking, you will have all of the supplies you need. (If you prefer to eat out, you are also well located.) Furniture and appliances are up-to-date. Window shades created a dark environment that made sleeping later possible. As an allergy sufferer, I especially loved that the floor's surfaces are all hard (rather than carpeted). Having a washer and dryer in the unit means that there is less dirty laundry to take back home to worry about later! Closet areas provide adequate storage space for longer term stays.The weather was unfortunately not quite as perfect as usual so having the three 50" televisions as well as board games was a particular treat. Wifi worked well. As we needed both on various days I can vouch that the heat and air units work without problem. On the better weather days the pool (at the opposite end of the green area) was well kept and never crowded. In addition to the outdoor pool there is an indoor pool as well as hot tub available for use.The unit's location is close to parking areas meaning that moving items in and out (checking in/out) is a breeze (through either the front or patio entrance). The drive to the edge of Calabash is about a mile away. The South Carolina state line is roughly 5-7 minutes away and the "thick" of Myrtle Beach 20-25 minutes. Sunset Beach is about a five minute drive from the place (during the off season). The condo is technically within Sunset but the beach area is a few minutes away. The waterway is within sight of the complex (though indirect). Owner Vicky was a prompt and helpful communicator before, during, and after our stay. Foremost, the unit was clean and comfortable. Perhaps at the cost of our own ability to rent it sometime in the future, we highly recommend a stay!
