The property was easy to find and access. The furnishings and beds were very comfortable. Enjoyed the patio area and watching activities in the Lake.

Very responsive host. Good up front communication and follow-up. Very clean place, comfortably furnished, well stocked and well maintained. Beautiful views onto the lake at sunset.

Such a beautiful condo with the best views. Beds were comfy and we loved being able to sleep in with the dark curtains. We greatly enjoyed having coffee on the patio in the morning, and wine at night, overlooking lake LBJ. Thank you David for providing a perfect weekend retreat!

Perfect little two bedroom condo in a super location at LBJ, right by the Horseshoe Bay resort & Yacht Cub. We enjoyed everything about our stay and would certainly come back or recommend it to friends. Owner was super responsive and we had zero issues during our weekend stay.

Went with my family, and had a wonderful time. The lake-view room was perfect with a beautiful sunset. The condo was comfortable and made us feel right at home. Had a little issue contacted owner and had a response in little bit of no time to address the issue. Will definitely be coming back to stay.

Great Stay for boat owners!
Very clean condo in a great neighborhood! Having the boat slips right outside the door was super convenient as well! If we come back to Marble Falls, we will book here again!

Good location, great access to the docks which also doubles as a great swimming spot. The neighborhood is peaceful with friendly neighbors.

Kitchen clutter and cleanliness could be improved, closet in kitchen as a mess.
External stairwells littered with water and beer cans, construction materials as well.
Great neighbors who owned properties, very welcoming.
