Clean, great location, and everyone had a great time.

This was our annual family trip to NH. There were 7 adults and 3 children. The townhouse was perfectly located for all that we did and was large enough to accommodate us all. We felt like it was a home away from home! Thank you Nicole

We really enjoyed our stay over Saint Paddy's day weekend with a relatively large group. The condo was super clean, had everything we could need, and the views of the mountain through the trees was a nice surprise upon arrival! As advertised! We had a great stay and are already talking about coming back in 2024. Thanks for the hospitality!

We vacation at Loon every winter and this beautiful townhouse is one of the loveliest places we have stayed. It was very clean and spacious. There are pretty views of the woods and mountain, the easy-to-use fireplace added a cozy ambiance, it’s also very quiet which made the stay even more relaxing. The location is fantastic, close to the resort, there is even a shuttle. The pool area was more than we expected with a pool, hot tubs, sauna, game room, etc. The experience was great, I highly recommend and hope to book again next year.

The property met our expectations with a welcoming feel to it. We where a little leary when posted as pet friendly but you would never know it. Would recommend to anyone with or without animals. Would rent again.

This property for our family weekend get-away. The space was clean, cozy and perfect for our family of 9 (adults & 2 dogs). Nicole was a great host, quick to respond and super helpful. The condo is a great location to the mountain. We can’t wait to stay again!

Great condo! Family Christmas before Christmas getaway. The 4 kids loved the bunk room and the adults (3 couples) were happy in their rooms. We played games, baked cookies and had great family time. We'd book again!

All I can say is "wow!" What an immaculate condo! I spent the entire weekend wondering where I could find the person who does the housekeeping here after each visit. Set up was exactly as described in the description. I wish more hosts would be as specific, as it's difficult for me to plan who's going to stay in which room when traveling with extended family. Main living area with living room, dining room, kitchen was perfect for spending quality time together as a family. Loved that there were three queen beds and only 2 sets of bunk beds, unlike some rentals that are all bunks in every room. Easy to find, close to EVERYTHING! Kids enjoyed the pool area. Dog friendly neighborhood for walking the four legged family members, complete with dog bag waste cans. Lots of board games for the kids to play and lots of TV channels to choose from. Host was extremely accommodating and easy to communicate with. I really can't say enough about this rental. Will definitely be back.

We really liked this place!!

The home is clean and well kept. It is stocked with everything you would need. Plenty of parking. For 9 adults, only 2 bathrooms, one being inside a bedroom, was a little challenge - another bathroom would have been ideal, but overall our stay was great and the owner was responsive and helpful.

It was fun and big enough for us all loved the layout very comfortable

While staying at this great get away, reconnecting with nature, I felt the stress melt away and was content to be amongst the woods and great outdoors. I enjoyed my early morning walks down to the Pemigewasset and made some amazing memories. Thanks for the use of your beautiful mountain home.

This place was great. It was clean and had plenty of beds. The open dining / tv room with the giant coach was awesome for the family. The location is within 15 minutes of anything you would want to do in the area. It was also a great perk being able to use the Loon Village pool pass for the kids. Overall a great place I would definetely recommend.

We had an amazing stay at this property. The property was clean, comfortable and the setting was absolutely beautiful. There was so much to do outdoors and our kids had a blast in the pools and hot tubs close by. We will return next year. Thank you, Nicole!

We stayed for 3 nights for a family vacation. 6 adults and 3 kids. House has everything we needed to be our home base for the long weekend

We spent an extended weekend with the entire family (6 adults, 2 children, 1 dog) at Nicole's place and had a fantastic time. The townhouse was clean and well laid out with more than enough space for everyone in the family. The large and airy kitchen was well appointed and a welcome change to many smaller and claustrophobic to other kitchens in VRBO properties in the area.

We had a great stay during loon mountain’s 80’s day, the house was clean and right across from the mountain. Would highly recommend for small skiing groups

Stayed just 4 nights, skiing conditions were not great but the place was excellent and still had a wonderful time

Our family of five (four adults + 1 infant) thoroughly enjoyed our four-night stay at this property. The location can’t be beat with Loon Mountain minutes away along with countless other outdoor activities nearby. The communal dining and living room areas provided plenty of room for everyone to relax after a long day on the mountain. We will absolutely be staying again our next trip to NH. This property is fantastic! The amenities and coziness that this house offers is great! Plenty of room for a large group to stay and roam. The location is extremely convenient to Loon Mountain that offers shuttle service during the weekends. The hosts were extremely understanding. Since on our departure date we battled a very bad snow storm so they were understanding in the delays of leaving. Would definately stay again!

Condo was very clean and lots to do for the kids on a rainy day. Would definitely rent again

Lovely week of spring skiing. The place was terrific, well appointed and comfortable, 3 minute drive to Loon. We would definitely go back!

We had an amazing time at the Birches Hideaway. Plenty of room for all of us and the place was great. Will hopefully be back again next year!!

I liked the access to Loon and the host was prompt, helpful and courteous.

Condo worked well for us. Beds were comfortable. We liked the open space of the main floor. Wish there were better window treatments and functioning curtains though. Living room furniture was very comfortable too. Condo was clean and we had a lovely week in our snow country family vacation.

The townhouse was well maintained as advertised. All community services were nearby, which is typical of the Loon area. All Covid-related policies were handled properly. The capability to bring our family dog with us was a key for selecting this site, and we're very grateful for that opportunity.

The layout of the property was great. Very warm and inviting. The location was perfect! Centrally located to many winter activities. We really relaxed and enjoyed our stay there.

This place was perfect for our ski weekend. Plenty of space for 2 families! The place was clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. The shuttles make it so quick and easy to get the mountain. We will be looking to stay here again!
