Except for the tv and a minor leak in the kitchen the unit was good for us

Good place to enjoy Florida! Great access to so much: Beach, pool, golf, walking etc. Unit is very nicely decorated and stocked.

We enjoyed the facilities, pool, beaches, restaurants, and golf! This comfortable and quiet condominium is exactly what we needed for our family get together!

This place is very clean and beautiful. The floorplan is great for entertaining with the bedrooms off to the sides. The grounds are very well cared for. There is a restaurant on the property which was very convenient when we took family out to dinner. The beach is just beautiful. The host has thought of everything and kept a line of communication open for any questions.

Great property well stocked for essentials needed for a week long stay, easy private beach access. Highly Recommended. Only recommendation in my opinion need fans for bedeooms.

This condo was an amazing find, clean and wonderful to be in. My wife and I love it and the location was splendid.

Overall very good.only thing is we brought golf clubs down with us and the course was closed

We stay here every time we visit our families. We arrived the week the Tiki Bar opened back up and the weather was perfect the entire time. The ocean had that Caribbean look with different shades of blue. Couldn't ask for more. Tried the new specialty pizza shop that opened just south of the entrance and it was awesome. Can't wait to get back down.

Property is close to pool close to ocean and beach and Eric was great to deal with would highly recommend

The apartment is very clean, light and cozy. Everyone of our family enjoyed this place for stay. I'd recommend it.

Great place for a quick getaway!

It was beautifully decorated, comfortable, and clean. Things like dish towels and soap were provided., There were many kitchen utensils, cookware...the location was great. We would have loved to stay longer but the unit was booked.

What stood out the most? Very quite. Residents are friendly. Nice Tiki bar next to a nice restaurant that’s right on the complex. As others have spoken about, it’s as close to the ocean as you almost can get without being on beach front. One thing I change is that I would bring a smart device to stream with, TVs aren’t smart TVs. That’s really the only addition I could think of. Its more like, thank you for the opportunity to relax and enjoy your condo.

The stay was great. Condo was comfortable. Walking distance to the beach. Local bars & resturants were awesome. The yetty area was great to visit!

This property was clean, well equipped and rather large. There were only two of us, but would be a great rental for four people. Owner was great to communicate with. Would highly recommend this property.

Great location, short walk to the ocean and great restaurants close by. Condo had a very nice kitchen and dining area and was overall very comfortable. Only one issue was the living room furniture cushions were stained and had hair on them.

We’ve stayed at Ocean Village a few times and loved this condo. It’s clean and comfortable and very close to a great pool and just a short walk to the beach. We had a wonderful time visiting family who lived in the area. The owner was wonderful to work with as well!

The condo was such a lovely setting for a perfect get away. Easy to book and great access to the beach. Definitely recommend!

I have stayed in Ocean Village many times and this condo was in a fantastic location. The 1st Floor Condo was in great condition, stocked with bath and beach towels and a wide selection of kitchen essentials. The Master Bedroom was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The 7th Hole Tee Box was right outside the back door so we were able to watch the golfers in a screened patio without disturbing them. There is an Olympic sized swimming pool complete with a full service Tiki Bar and multiple beach accesses . Very safe Community. Would definitely try to stay there again! Eric was a great host and was very prompt answering any questions I had prior to our stay. He was also very gracious helping to accommodate a special request I had for my wife. I didn't need to contact Eric during our stay but I have no doubt if I had an issue he would reply with the same promptness. Thanks Eric!

Owner was very quick and efficient in communicating and responses. Easy access. Condo has a very nice layout, with a split bedrooms. Very nice kitchen with lots of necessities.

From the initial contact with Eric , until the last minute of our " relax time" at his location ,everything was wonderful . Thank you very much, " we'll be back soon".
