The condo had more supplies than we thought it would, which was great. Perfect for our big family wedding! Would definitely stay again, thank you!

The property is situated walking distance to the Hyatt Beach but quiet and secluded from the hustle and bustle of Hyatt Hotel. We were able to enjoy all Hyatt amenities!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. It was accurately represented in the listing and had everything you need while away from home. Nathan was VERY helpful throughout the booking process and super prompt in responding to every question. The heated pool and hot tub were both great, even with temps in the teens and 20’s. I would highly recommend this property to anyone!

Excellent property. Accommodations very nice, great space. Parking was full one night and property employee had us park in handicap spot, which didn't feel right. Wish there were outdoor shower or faucet to clean feet when coming back from beach. Everything else was spot on!

Unfortunately, our condo unit had an ant infestation that requires the personnel to come in daily and spray. The ants were in both the kitchen and master bathroom. In the kitchen, there were everywhere-sink, coffee maker, utensil drawer. Before we realized there was an issue, we had all our opened groceries in the counter and we had to throw everything away as they got into every open container. Management at the Hyatt was unsympathetic-said many times, “what can you do? We have ant problems and do the best we can.” They did not provide anything to make the situation better—no transferring of rooms, no discount for our inconvenience, no reimbursement for ruined groceries.

From booking with Nate until the very last step of checking out, our experience was seamless! We will undoubtedly rebook this stay on our next visit to incline village. We loved the ease of parking, fully equipped kitchen, and incredible customer service (kudos to Lindsay, Nate & staff). Tremendous stay.. don’t think twice!

Our family really enjoyed the unit. It came with all of the amenities you would need. The beach is just across the street and tons of restaurants nearby. Will definitely return!
