Loved this property, be advised you might need 4WD to access the property. The road is narrow, steep, and winding! The property was very clean, and seemed just like the post. We did some cooking, and the kitchen provided anything needed for preparing basic cuisine. Really enjoyed this stay!

The house was amazing, perfect for our family. The pool table in the loft was definitely used for family game nights. The beds were super comfortable! The porches and decks came in big use to watch the sunrises and sunsets.

Centrally located close to Sugar Mountain, Hawks nest, and Boone! If it snows be prepared to drive 3 miles uphill with snow chains. Cabon was just as described.

The property was beautiful. It was updated, clean and well stocked. We did have issues with fireplace staying lit but the customer service contact was helpful in trying to troubleshoot. We loved the Firepit and used it twice while there. The neighborhood was very nice; however, the homes around were a little close. This wasn’t a problem because they were not all occupied. Although we loved the property, the road getting there was very steep and narrow. I would be afraid to travel it in the snow. Lucky for us the weather was nice. Overall, beautiful property, good location, and very good customer service from reservation to actual stay. We will definitely return in the fall.

My wife, daughter and her family with two small boys had a great stay at Charming Vistas. The rental is immaculate and very comfortable. The owners had lots of extra touches and the beds and furniture were wonderful. We enjoyed walking around the neighborhood with the spectacular views and wildlife. I highly recommend this rental.

Had a great weekend at a beautiful, clean cabin. Cabin was as expected from photos. Comfortable and spacious. FYI: Sharp curves and steep grade on road to cabin. Overall had a great weekend and would go back/recommend this property.

The home is beautiful and was very clean. Management was responsive and professional when we had to contact them because we could not find sheets for pull out couch. They offered to bring us sheets or allow us to buy them ourselves and be reimbursed. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again.

Loved the property & furnishings. Very spacious & charming. Drive is crazy to get there, but worth it! Beautiful views of sunrise & sunsets. Great for star gazing too.

Beautiful house with a nice back yard! Loved the pool table and all the amenities. Quite the narrow winding path up to it but we made it without any issues without 4 wheel drive. Definitely recommend 4 wheel drive during the winter though!

The cabin was awesome and the view was fantastic.The kitchen has all the gadgets you need.There were hairdryer in the bathrooms.The campfire and the grill were great.There were spacious closets.

Perfect for a weekend away

We had a wonderful time at this home. The home was clean and very nicely decorated. Great big yard for playing in the snow. Great location on top of the mountain and only 1 mile away from Hawksnest.

We had a very relaxing getaway with the kids here. The cabin is beautiful, clean, and organized. Open concept cabin with good size kitchen and eating table. Very updated with good fixtures. Large deck with 2 additional balconies off the loft and one of the bedrooms. Cozy living room with a relaxing fireplace. Loved the pool table upstairs. And the master bathroom shower is large, gorgeous, and luxurious. It also has a yard that is almost level which provides for some outdoor play. Needed improvements: TV sound is weak and has a bad glare during the day without the ability to swivel or alter the angle. Kitchen knives are very dull and need to be sharpened. Door handles on sliding door to back deck can come right off. They need to be tightened with an Allen Wrench and should be good after that. Not enough towels were provided. A couple more would have been better.
