I liked everything about this property. Great staff, exceptionally clean, modern facilities and great location. Couldn’t fault it and wouldn’t want to. It’s a great hotel. Can even share streaming from your phone onto the TV. Great extra perk for those down times.

Très belle chambre, vaste et confortable. La décoration des chambres dans le thème cow-boy est sobre et moderne. Le balcon est un plus. Les parties communes de l'hôtel sont également agréables.

I thought the breakfast was really good and had a nice variety of offerings. I loved the fresh fruit compote and the toppings for the yogurt. coffee was great. I really liked that the motel provided a TV card listing the channels and a remote tv control that is easy to use. The sound reducing components to the room was very welcomed as i did not hear other room doors close.

I did not like that the Booking.com price was not honored upon check in. I understand adding the pet fee to the cost. But the room rate exceeded Booking. Com's price of $638.59. this included a 15% tax. I was quoted by two motel employees that my stay would cost a total of 811.00. I think it is ridiculous to allow the state, county and city to charge an occupancy tax per day on a pet. While Best Western states it is pet friendly, it really isn't when they charge extra every day plus taxes on an expensive overpriced room. The dog potty area is insufficient in size.

Located downtown, comfy bed, friendly staff, great breakfast with a change in menu each day.

The room was large enough for a small table and chairs for playing cards.
