I surprised my husband with a 40th birthday trip to Vegas! This suite was great! We were within walking distance to so many places! We also had a pretty great view! It was such a wonderful weekend.

Location was awesome, close and easy to walk to MGM. Pool access was easy and great as well. Great balcony view! Coffee maker is tiny (only a 4-cupper) and there were no knives to cut things (so bring one along). Fridge is bar sized.One thing-property needs some updating. It definitely looks like it has been well loved. Other than that, it was an awesome stay! Hosts were super communicative and quick to reply to questions. Thank you!

Great location. Everything at property clean and well organized. Pool was great. Staff all very responsive and nice. The only thing bringing it down for us a little bit is that the all the furniture and carpeting in the suite was showing clear signs of age. Couch stained and clearly worn out, chairs and table kinda beat up and just tired. Without knowing the rules of building It also would have been very nice to have some sort seats that could be used on the patio. We improvised but it is such a great asset - the balcony - and it seem a little limited in its set up for actual usage.

Service came with dishes and towels. Owners responsiveness was great.

Everything was great. We found the place as described in the profile. The only thing that was inconvenience was the fact that the property was old and the TV was not operating smoothly. Nevertheless it was a bargain for the price. Thank you

Had a blast! Clean convenient hotel with indoor access to MGM Grand.

It was clean, bed was great, and the view was superb!!!! Thank you for letting us stay. Bathtub and shower were amazing!!!

This property has a great location without being right on the busy main strip of Vegas. Very clean, and easy to check in. Only down fall is when valet parking service is closed (1030pm) or full you have to park at the MGM grand parking garage and walk quite a ways back to your hotel. I love using vrbo and having all the amenities to staying at a hotel. Will be back for sure!

We especially liked the convenience of a fridge, kitchen sink, and microwave in our room, as well as proximity to the ice machine. We enjoyed the balcony view of the mountains during the day and the strip during the night. The ample-size hot tub in the bathroom was very relaxing after all of our walking in Vegas. The pool and property overall were well-maintained and very clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. The owners messaged us after check-in to be sure there were no problems upon our arrival. I've never had another VRBO owner do this, and I appreciated their concern with our satisfaction.

This was our 6th visit to Vegas, and the 3rd at the MGM Signature and our 1st in a private owned apartment. Never the less this apartment is all you need to stay in Vegas, fridge for your beer, balcony (to sup your beer on) you get my drift lol. But on a more serious note. You have the use of all the facilities at the MGM Resort, including all the pools and lazy river. Close to the mono rail and your soon at High Roller and all the attractions around there. Walk over to New York New York turn left and your on your way to the Excalibur/Luxor/Mandalay Bay (there is a tram between these hotels), turn right and your at the Park and all attractions there, go through The Park MGM and catch the Aria express to the Bellagio. It's well within walking distance to the Miracle Mile Shops. "It is in an ideal location". Cheers Guys Gary & Bev UK

Could not believe what a bargain this place was. Clean, comfy and relatively convenient!

Marie was an excellent host, very responsive to any questions. Condo: clean, true to pictures, king bed very comfortable, also queen pull out couch/bed. Spacious bathroom: large shower & jacuzzi tub, double sink, private toilet area. . Small kitchenette includes: 2 burner stove, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, 4 cup drip coffee maker, electric water kettle to make tea, blender, toaster, kitchen utensils/plates/glasses/cookware/bar ware. Condo in Tower 2 on 21rst floor with small Balcony/no furniture but nice view. In Tower 2 lobby, deli/cafe good for breakfast/lunch...reasonable prices compared to LasVegas Strip area. Definitely would consider staying here again.
