staff difficult to reach and website did not work with our phones

Location was very central, room was charming. We didn't try the restaurant, but apparently there is a restaurant associated with the hotel, and the host kept mentioning it, you get a small discount if you are a guest of the hotel.

The walls were very thin. I heard the other guests coming and going in the middle of the night. We were on the third floor, and there was no handrail, so for guests that are not very "fit" this is something to take into consideration. Host was not very responsive. Check out was much earlier than our train back to Rome, so I asked if it was possible to accomodate our luggage in the meantime, but we never received a response.

Good studio with a great potential. Very nice location in old part of Fondi. Balcony and view on church tower.

I am a very experienced traveller and almost never complain. However, in this case I am very sorry that the poor management of the accommodation makes me leave such a bad review, we stayed here for 4 nights. This studio was not expectes guests. The shower hose was leaking and the floor of the shower was incredibly slippery with shampoo or soap residue. There is no mat in the bathroom, but a lot of black hairs, The bedside shelf in the bedroom was broken off and could not be used. The first night we had to cover ourselves with bath towels as there was only one thin bed sheet in the bedroom (in November). No information about Wi-Fi was provided. Besides this: no tea or coffie facilities, the coffiemaker was broken, only 1 tea cup in the studio. Very poor kitchen accessoires. The studio is located on the second floor in an old building with a very narrow, long staircase without a railing. If you go upstairs, the lighting works. But if you go downstairs, it doesn't. We had to use the lighting from our mobile phones, which is totally unsafe. To be fair I will note that on the second day and after my second request, we received the Wi-Fi password and a blanket, but the staircase lighting and coffee maker were never repaired/changed. Dear mangement team, just take care of your studio and your guests and your score can easily be 10.
