The room is in a good location and beach access is easy. Beds most definitely need to be replaced. They have added foam pads to the bed but one bed is severely hollow and the springs pop when laying on it.

There are only a few things I would like to note. Christy the owner was very nice as was Wes and Sheila the grounds attendees. This was our first time staying in this unit. The beds are really needing to be upgraded, very uncomfortable and old. May want to bring extra shower towels to dry off with, the ones provided were small and only 4 total for 3 adults. Wes did bring 2 more larger towels to us. Other than that we had a good time as we usually do at Bogue Shores.

This was our first time in this unit but our 4th year staying at this complex. It is a wonderful unit and both Sheila and Christy were wonderful to work with. The last renter did not leave the car passes or the room key but Wess got our car passes immediately upon arriving. We just used the spare key during our stay. Excellent communication when a problem came up. The unit was clean and very nice. Absolutely loved the size of the shower. We look forward to returning soon. I definitely would recommend this unit and this complex. Close to everything and as always I loved fishing from the dock.

Great pool and close the beach!

Three out of six lights didn’t have bulbs, washcloths were thin and stained, one of the mattresses felt like you were sleeping on cardboard boxes, just old and dingy. Lefts two days early because woke up during nite and kitchen counter was covered with bugs. The maintenance people , Wes and Shirley , we’re very nice and went out of there way to accommodate us. The pool was really nice and easy access to beach.

Room was clean and met my needs. When at the beach, I spend a lot of time outside, so this property was great for what I needed it for. I've stayed at several properties at Bogue Shores in the past and this one did not disappoint.

We loved staying at Bogue Shores this year. Our place was so cute with the decor and colors. I love the first floor and it is a short walk to the beach! Everyone is very friendly too. Thanks for having us.!

Nice first floor location directly by the pool; had a problem with the keys but the on-site property manager ( very nice man) dealt with the issue immediately to correct it.

Great spot for a weekend getaway, Great location.

I gave this place 4 stars instead of 5 because the mattresses need to be replaced and upgraded immediately. I got the worst sleep and even the kids complained. Also, the room faces East and unless some different blinds or shades are installed the room gets very bright a sunrise. Otherwise, it is a nice room that has been renovated in an previous beach motel. I really like how they do this in Atlantic beach instead of tearing down and building something new. The room and the complex are clean and safe. The room has everything you need including a kitchenette, cable and WiFi. The beach is a very short walk across the street that has a crosswalk. Atlantic Beach is typically pretty windy so going in April was a bit of a gamble since the wind can make it feel much cooler. The beach isn’t crowded and there are a lot of seashells to find. There are plenty of places to eat and there are shopping centers and grocery stores nearby in case you forgot something. The property manger and owner did a great job of communicating. I would definitely stay here again if they upgrade the mattresses.

This was our first time at Bogue Shores and we were really impressed with the facility. The grounds were immaculately kept, the pool was clean and large. We had coffee every morning in a glider overlooking the sound. The walkway to the beach was right across the street. I feel like the bathroom could use some updating, but it was certainly functional. We will definitely stay again.

Beach to sound by foot in 5 minutes. Cross the street to beach, walk to the back of the property for the sound! Shopping center 1/2 a mile away with anything you may need or want. Nicely appointed kitchenette with lots of extras, great wifi, bathroom has good water pressure, beds are OK, but not great, Plenty of pillows The pool is clean and about 20 steps from the room. Parking is convinient and checking in is super easy! Not the fanciest place you will ever stay, but clean and in the perfect place on the island. Bring your own beach towels and fishing gear and your vacation is set!

Could have been cleaned better as I am a residential cleaner and noticed some things but it was good place to stay a walk across from beach just to cold to do anything beds could be updated

Dad and I like to stay at Bogue shore suites when we go fishing because we need a place to clean our fish and a freezer to put them in. It worked fine for us. Christy was very responsive to our questions. If I had one recommendation it would be to put a fresh coat of paint on the ceilings and walls. Thanks, Anthony

We needed a quick getaway and this place was perfect!

My daughter & I were in town for a wedding. This condo was conveniently located, very clean, & had everything we needed. Easy access to the beach, easy check-in, & quiet neighbors. We enjoyed it and hope to return soon.

Only was there couple days, but had a wonderful trip. Everything was as listed. .

From the time we walked onto the property we knew we were going to have a perfect week. We met so many awesome people at the property that made us feel so welcome. My family was down to look at the island in hopes to move here and it’s a win. We met some friends that I’m sure we will be hangin out with for years to come. Thank You the hospitality and the great room. I’ll be back in a few months.

This is the second time this summer we have stayed here. Both times everything was clean & we had a great time! It is literally right across the street from the beach, the pool is directly in front of the room, & there are picnics tables and swings out back where you can look out in the sound. Everyone we met there were very friendly as well! Hopefully our next beach vacation we can book this room again.

We never received parking passes until the night before we checked out. The place needed a good cleaning from top to bottom. The shower was so nasty I cleaned it before we used it!!Love the beach but I will not stay at the place again.

100 yards from the beach. Quiet, convenient great pool. Fishing off the dock. Very close to stores, dining and attractions. Kitchnette was a plus as well as the full size fridge. Kept our catch from fishing charter frozen for the trip home. Very clean place. All guests were well mannered, quite and respectful.Could have used a few more bath towels.

The only issue came with a delay in getting check in instructions but we got it fixed before we arrived. Christy was super nice and apologized for the issue. Room was clean only down side if you have small children is there is no tub so they will need to shower. For us that wasn't a problem. Pool is nice and the area is clean neat and calm.

We enjoyed staying at Christy’s place! My only issue was that the property was advertised as “no pets” due to HOA regulations so we boarded our pet. Much to our surprise, we saw at least 4 different dogs going in and out of rooms. So much for following the rules! Christy and Sheila were awesome to work with and the place suited our needs perfectly! We really enjoyed the pool! Had a great stay at Bogue Shores!

Short walk to beach and right on the waterway. Love having the pool at our front door! Very pleasant beachy room!

This condo was adorably decorated and was in a great location being steps from the beach and sound. It is close drive to restaurants, shops, and attractions. The only recommendation I would give is the mattress on bed closest to door could use updating and room darkening shades added to block outdoor lights at night. This was a great stay!
