Property was a great location, clean, and in good shape. A couple burners and oven had parts on order but didn’t inconvenience us much at all. Be sure to bring toiletries like soap and shampoo. Overall a very nice house and we’d use it again.

We stayed in this house when the blizzard came in and were taken care of as it relates to snow removal, which was a god send. The property manager was also very responsive to questions. The house itself was pretty spot on other than some minor things that should be fixed (surround sound downstairs wouldn't work, some broken drawers in the kitchen and one of the bathrooms, and some other small things). The only other surprise is there is no shampoo/soap for the bathrooms (never had that happen in a rental before) and there are very minimal things for cooking/leftovers - e.g., only salt and pepper, no oil or foil or tupperware with tops. To the property management's defense, they did list what was there and those things aren't on there, but having stayed at dozens of rental properties, I've never had to buy all (or even most) of those things. Not sure if this is more on the owner or management company, but calling it out for others so you can bring these things to the house. Other than that, we had an amazing time!

This property is great for big groups. We had 8 guys, came to Tahoe to ski. The property is under 10 minutes from a Heavenly gondola.

Really nice property with loads of outside space. Kids had a blast sledding, making snow forts &c. Not too far from CostCo. Property manager very responsive.

The home itself was great! Very well stocked, great location, interesting and rustic decor with comfortable beds and plenty of amenities to enjoy such as pool table, ping pong table, hot tub, large TV’s, games and books. Lots of countertops, seating, and enough space for everyone to spread out and enjoy. This may not affect other families, but for our family it was very disappointing to have issues in the kitchen. We enjoy cooking, and each meal was assigned a couple to cook/bake. Only 3 of the 5 or 6 burners worked, and only 1 of the two ovens worked. The large surround sound speaker didn’t work, and the Roku remote batteries were dead. We called on night one to please have these items worked on the next day, and the only thing that got fixed was the remote. Cooking/baking took us much longer to cook for 12 of us. If these things get repaired, I recommend this home.

We stayed at the Grand Lake Tahoe Lodge for a long weekend and we had an unbelievably great stay. Like other reviews have stated, the place is huge and there's plenty to explore on the property. We did a mini hike to the top of the rocks above the house, lounged on the patio, and attempted to play every game in the house. It seems most of the criticisms pointed out in previous reviews have been addressed. We will definitely stay here again if the opportunity arises!

Phenomenal location! Could use a bit more attention to detail and ease up on the rules. The location is top rate, pretty much can Uber to any food or beach spot nearby outside of any wilderness you are driving to. Also, it’s offset undisturbed by neighbors with plenty of driveway parking. Now the rules are pretty strict like not congregating outside after 9pm. Aren’t you supposed to enjoy nature? To the check in process on their proprietary app that involves adding everyone’s name and email. Additionally there could be some more attention paid to making sure the little things are right. As in don’t have a leaky coffee pot (saw on a previous review). Clean the towels and sheets a bit more. Not huge but takes away from what could be an outstanding rental. The great room you walk into is fabulous for big groups. Plenty of space to gather, cook, play pool and watch tv. All in all a solid rental for Lake Tahoe with a great location.

This house is a perfect spot for larger groups looking to be close to the lake and Edgewood golf. Everything was clean and organized. Hot tub and pool table are great additions!

This place was as advertised and then some. Really had a great time. Only reason you didn’t get the all five stars was that there was a pair of underwear left in one of the drawers from a previous guest. But other than that it was a perfect place. Thanks again

There was lots of snow and we spent a lot of time out back sledding and playing in the snow. The rooms and bathrooms were very clean and the beds were really comfortable. It was definitely spacious enough for our group of 12. We will stay here again!

The house has a great location and is easy to get to. The layout is great for a larger group as we could all hang out in the great room, cool, watch ski movies and hang out. The only thing that could make it better would be having soap in the bathrooms. Would rent again!

Such a beautiful place to stay & the restaurant near by ( chart house) was very delicious.

It’s very large and has a lot of beds. Kids had a lot of fun playing ping pong and other games. Short of amenities. No shampoo or cleansers provided in the bathrooms. Coffee, kitchen towel and dish detergent are not enough for big group. Seasonings are very limited. That’s why I rated four stars.

This house fully exceeded my group’s expectations for a great week of fun. The check in process was easy and the house was in good shape when we got it. It is in an excellent location for any season and any group. We had no complaints other than two already mentioned on here: the sound system in the living room is difficult to use (we were a group of millennials and it wasted over an hour of our 3 night stay) and the kitchen is severely under stocked for a listing of this size. There are no pots for cooking and only one frying pan. We also informed the property manager that the lower of the two ovens did no work while we were there. Overall we loved this property. It is gorgeous inside and out and has a multitude of activities to enjoy in and around it. Great week!

This was an amazing property and stay! But upon arrival I noticed a few broken things that I took a picture of and emailed to the property manager but never heard back. Also left them a voicemail and never heard back. Would definitely stay here again.

Reviewer Comments: Management- We have been looking forward to this weekend for months. Upon check in we were ready to get some music playing given the surround sound speakers. We had 3 friends, several cords, and an hour of messing with the system before Ray with the property was called. He was unprofessional and told me to “hold on” while not placing me on hold but simply holding his phone to the side while he started talking about his music set he played with what I assume to be a friend he ran into while out driving. He was unaware of the property I was at, and had absolutely no helpful information. I had to ask to be connected with someone who may know more about the sound system. He said he would “make some phone calls”, well we never heard from anyone all weekend. Luckily, a tech friend was able to figure it out towards the end of the first night but would have been helpful if someone from the property actually knew about the “features” they offer. Cleanliness- sub par at best. Dead bug in the ice machine and several windowsills. The “pantry” looking like a trash can from every previous guest. Half opened cookies, cheese puffs, and a hookah on the floor that made the entire room reek. Also- no soap in the main bathroom off the kitchen so we had to go to the store. No trash can in the bathroom with the 2 beds. “Amenities”- this house definitely lists the basic kitchen items. We could not find a single pot to make rice in, 3 pairs of broken tongs, 2 can openers that don’t work, a broken screen with a hole on the microwave and the wrong pot on the coffee maker, resulting in a very annoying experience each morning to make coffee as the pot wouldn’t reach. Honestly- for how expensive this house is over a summer month I would not recommend this house to a friend. It is seriously lacking in basic amenities, cleanliness, and professional staff.
