Limpieza, tranquilidad y rico desayuno.

Poca presión de agua y poca seguridad en las puertas. Primera habitación con chapa de puerta dañada, se podia abrir la puerta con una tarjeta.

No me aloje y me cobraron los dos dias y mebpresente y pedi ver las habitaciones y estaban sucias por eso desidti

Close to center and all the shops

Room smelled horrible , air conditioner did not work

Big buffet breakfast in dining room. Plenty to choose from.

Unfortunately my AC didn’t work and was repaired twice but it failed again in short time. My window was in an outdoor space and people talking was very loud. Room 102.

The shower's water was hot and it had strong water pressure. The tv also had netflix and youtube which made the the stay more comfortable. The staff was also very nice and helpful. I didn't get a chance to eat at the restaurant but it was always busy in the morning. Directly across the street is an Oxxo so it made getting water and snacks easy. They didn't have razors or shaving cream for me which was unfortunate, but they did have plenty of snacks. Also about 30ft from the hotel was a small department store where I picked up an iron since the room didn't have one. There are tons of different eating options nearby, from taco and elote stands to fried chicken and chinese food. If you like being in the center of everything you'll love it.

I didn't realize that there was a bar behind the hotel, and the sound from the music on Saturday night was absolutely unbearable. The music started around 8pm and didn't stop until around 1-2am. Some of the songs vibrated the walls in my room and i couldn't sleep. I had noise cancelling earbuds in and listened to waterfall videos on youtube but the vibration and music was just too loud. I decided to get an airbnb the next day outside of centro to catch up on sleep, but i kept my room at the hotel, so i didn't have to take all my luggage with me. For some reason one of my walls was covered in glass slats that opened and closed but it was missing one of the slats and there was literally just an open hole there. Also the shower didn't have an edge that separated it from the rest of the bathroom, so when you took a shower half the floor was wet.

Location was great, right next to the city centre. Easy to get transport and taxis. Most things were within walking distance.

They gave us the wrong remote for the TV, no wifi connection at all, the network didnt even appear on our phones. There was no hot water, the room smelled of cigarrette smoke.

Wifi in room 3 didn’t work in room. Only in hallway.
