The staff were amazing, made me feel at home. Super handy when I needed a few things to accommodate my needs as I had forgotten a few items from home. the room I had stayed in was made to make people feel comfortable.

They need better car parks to accommodate everyone staying as the car parks are quite small.

This was a great place to stay. We had just moved to Brisbane and needed somewhere temporary while we sorted out a Rental and it was exactly what we needed. Great size room, great size bathroom, small kitchenette with toaster, kettle and microwave. Fantastic location near to the train station, the local Woolies, the Petrie Hotel, and a great coffee shop too. Also the staff especially Allison are great. Very easy to work with and lovely too.

If you don't like traffic noise, you may find it a bit noisy but it wasn't a problem for us.

internet was really bad. could not login with 2 devices. had to enter the password multiple times before it accepted the device. very strange? did not keep connection. ended up just using our own data.

From the phonecall I made to check what time they closed their office for checkin as we were running late to to the last meal we had as we left. Everything was perfect ! The rooms were clean fresh and the bed was so comfy I didn't want to get out of it every morning ! The food was beautiful & the coffee was amazing 😋 I would stay here anytime ! Thank you to all the lovely ladies who were our hosts & looked after us as it was a pleasure & see u next time we are down your way for the next trip ❤️
