We loved the sauna and hot tub. The patio view of the lake was enjoyable. Nice location close to everything.

The condo was very clean and comfortable. Our rental was on the 3rd floor and had a great view of Lake Hamilton. It was convenient to Oaklawn and Bath House Row. The property was well kept overall and offered nice amenities for families. They hosted an Eclipse Presentation prior to the eclipse and hosted a nice viewing event the day of the event. I would stay here again!

This is our second time staying there and it has always been super clean and has amazing views and super quiet. Would recommend to anybody and will be visiting again !

Enjoyed the view, pickleball, spa and dry sauna, and the game room. Hiked and walked around in the warm sunshine downtown, while back home the weather was wet, cold, and gloomy. Nice winter getaway for a couple in their seventies!

The condo was very nice, exactly as pictured. The view was beautiful. The pool was very nice. The condo was well supplied for kitchen and bathroom. The condo is located a short drive from restaurants and downtown which was convenient. Owner was extremely responsive to messages. We would definitely stay here again! We have never visited Hot Springs and found it a delightful trip!

We decided last minute to escape to Hot Springs for Memorial weekend, we got lucky and found this condo. Amazing perfect view of Lake Hamilton. It was clean, quiet, and absolutely perfect for a couples getaway. The view of the lake could not get any better, you can see the mountains in the background. Very well kept grounds.

My wife and I went to Hot Springs for the weekend to celebrate our 20yr anniversary. Everything about the property was wonderful with one small exception. Not a deal breaker in any way but the pillows were terrible. Condo was great, property was fantastic (hot tub, sauna, friendly security guard, locked gate), location was super convenient, the king size bed was really nice and there were beautiful views of the lake and mountains from every window, property manager was knowledgeable and kept me informed with anything I needed to know. The only complaint I can find at all is the pillows. Neither my wife nor myself could get comfortable with them. Just plan on bringing your own pillow and you will have an amazing stay.

Great Amenities
Check in was at the office and everything was as expected. Thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub and sauna, as well as the adjoining game room. Would be a great place for families. Had an elevator that was a bit squeaky but the views from our room was totally worth it.

Some simple updates could bring this unit up to 5 stars, such as adding curtains and a tv in the bedroom, updating the countertops, upgrading the linens/towels, and adding some kitchen items (cookie sheet p a, Keurig coffee pot). Overall a great experience for a short getaway, and we would stay here again.

Lake Hamilton weekend
Enjoyed our stay but can’t rate all 5’s because of how nasty the fold out bed was in the sofa. The mattress cover for the sofa bed was nasty with food and spills.

Wonderful vacation week. Saw friends and family. Rented a boat and enjoyed beautiful lake Hamilton. Looking to buy a condo in Hot Springs on the lake!
