Owner was very sweet and informative, showed us around the property and beautiful flower garden. The cottage is very quaint and quiet. The place was spotless, smelled clean and the pillows were amazing. Will definitely visit again.

We had a lovely visit! The Cottage is centrally located within walking distance to most sites throughout Herrmann and also near the Trolley station to take you out to the wineries. The Cottage is equipped with everything you would need and a VERY clean property. Nancy is a great hostess and a wealth of area knowledge. The community is beautiful and the fall leaves are a site to be seen!

This is a great little cottage in the historic district of Hermann. Perfect for a couple looking for a quiet getaway. Can walk to just about every shop and restaurant in the downtown area. Host was very communicative before and throughout our stay and always got back quickly when we had questions. Would definitely recommend!

This Cottage is a perfect distance from all of the best drinking establishments, shops, and restaurants. We will look this place up the next time we come to Hermann. No complaints! Inside it's quiet, has everything you need from a day of shopping and drinking.

Nancy was very good communicating in advance of our stay, and showed us all we needed to know when we arrived. This was our first time to Hermann and Mancy provide d some great local spots to check out during our stay. The location was perfect…walking distance to everything in town. We had a great time and can’t wait to visit Hermann again!

The listing was as described. Nancy was super responsive, but Renter take notice: I have rented MANY properties through online rental sites but have NEVER experienced the extremely extensive check in process like I did here. There were signs for everything but she walked us through every detail of the property on top of leaving a binder and the notes that already explained everything. Then had a contract to read and sign, THEN had to leave a credit card number that she wrote down(which I was not comfortable with at all), for incidentals. We were really just trying to get checked in quickly because we only had the one afternoon to shop, eat and attend our wine trail and it was already the afternoon. It was all just entirely too much. I understood she wanted to be cautious but other properties NEVER do this. We could have used more blankets, as there was just the quilt bedding on the actual bed provided. Nancy was truly trying to be helpful, but as a suggestion, maybe just stick to the very basics and leave it up to your guest to read the binder. Just a couple suggestions. The location was absolutely perfect and could walk to many restaurants, wineries and shopping.

We loved staying at the cottage! Nancy was very helpful and easy to get ahold of. She was very nice! The location is wonderful for walking downtown. We would definitely stay again!

My husband had never been to Hermann, so going during Oktoberfest seemed like the perfect way to introduce him to the town! The cottage was located within 2 blocks walking distance to pretty much anywhere you’d want to go and only a $6 Uber ride to the wineries farther out! It was very clean and accommodating for everything you could possibly need with a much more quaint feeling then a hotel. Definitely recommend and will stay there again when we return to town!

Nancy was prompt and made check in easy to her cottage. Came for Oktoberfest and didn’t have to move the car once. Very comfortable layout and fridge was stocked with waters, and pantry had coffee and tea for our use. I will stay here again on our next trip in!

Our friends invited us to the Berries and BBQ event and we were excited. Since this was our first time we decided to spend the weekend, I wish we would have booked a longer trip Hermann is beautiful and Nancy was amazing. She was very kind and extremely knowledgeable about the area. The cottage was clean and fresh! They also have the cutest kitty named Chance I hope I remembered correctly.
