The property was clean and bright with a well appointed kitchen. The owner was exceptionally friendly and helpful.

The property is a little way from the train station however, there is a regular bus.

The room and the bathroom were very clean, the bed was comfortable and the host was very friendly. We even got a welcome drink when we arrived. The traditional Italian breakfast was very good. The b&b It's located directly in the center of Livorno and very close to the ferry to Corsica. Can highly recommend this b&b.

Clean and nicely decorated room. The bed was comfortable with a choice of 2 different pillows, the matress was a bit too soft but for one night it's ok. The room contains everything you need (complimentary bottled water, tissues, shower gel, etc.).

The owner is not on the premises. We had to call him to have info on how to enter the building and find the room. More info could be given on booking website about the possibility to enter the ZTL and on the fact that there is a shared kitchen. We could have used that. It is not a B&B since there is no breakfast provided... There were a few biscuits in the room though.

Check in communication was very smooth, the team was super helpful answering questions, helped me book a taxi to and from the AirBnB. Great pastries for breakfast

This was a very pleasant surprise. After looking for many places to stay in Livorno, we found this B&B and were pleased with how comfortable, clean and well located it was. Matteo greeted us and was great at answering all our questions. The B&B is simple and the decoration is a bit odd, but verything is brand new and sparkling clean. Very good for a short stay in Livorno

There is no lift and although Matteo was great at helping with our luggage it is worth considering that you need to go up one floor to get to the place.

Very clean room and the bathroom even had a towel warmer. The staff was lovely. Great location to walk to restaurants and other things.

Nice surprise. The spaces are very clean and functional. The host always available for any need. Big and delicious breakfast.

We only stayed one night to catch the ferry in the next morning. Everything was fine, really nice host and breakfast. There is always coffee available and the rooms were clean & soap/shampoo available.

Newly redone, the Butterfly is a great stay in the city. Breakfast is exceptional. Clean, smells good.

Parking is a couple of blocks away.
