Super clean up to date and awesome location

We had a wonderful time here! Everything was clean and decorated beautifully. We loved hanging outside and letting our boys fish. The hot tub was great, too! We will definitely be back!

We had several couples stay here for a work retreat. It was very nice that everyone had their own spaces. The house is lovely and the location on the lake even better!

This place was amazing! No negatives whatsoever! The pontoon rental was a super added bonus! I’ve stayed at a lot of properties and this one is exactly as described and as good as every other review states.

This VRBO is a keeper! Kelly is wonderful to work with and very responsive. The home was super clean, very well-stocked and the location - wonderful! 4 sibs plus 3 spouses enjoyed a great 3 night family reunion in a wonderful vacation property that had plenty of space for all of us. Screened porch was a great hit. Fishing off dock was good fun. Location near LBL attractions was a major plus. We would go back! 👍😎

We were so happy with everything at the house especially their kayaks and wonderful lights everywhere for our deaf group. We loved it!!!

This property was absolutely wonderful. There were 10 of us staying over Thanksgiving, including 4 children and 1 dog. We had plenty of room, kitchen was very well stocked with all we needed. The home was spotless, decorated in a very warm and comfortable way. Felt very at home here. The owner was a delight to work with. Very responsive. Highly recommend this getaway!

Plenty of room for our group of 12. Everything was just great and well stock. Rooms were nice and clean. Great wild life entertainment. We really enjoyed the stay. Only short coming was the boat dock is in bad shape. Railing was rotting and nail working there way up causing chance of cutting the kids feet. So water shoes would help.

This property was absolutely beautiful and well cared for. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need, including condiments, dish soap and kitchen necessities. It was absolutely wonderful to walk into a house that had fully made beds, soap and toilet paper in the bathroom, laundry supplies… really everything we needed…which was awesome, because there really aren’t a lot of shopping places around, so if you forget something, you will have to drive a little ways. Kelly provided such thorough details of everything you need to know about the area, from store and restaurant locations to closest urgent care. Kelly is wonderful to rent from. When we had a small issue in the house, she went above-and-beyond to fix the issue. We would definitely rent from Kelly again!

House was in great conditions. The dock on the lake was a huge hit with the family for fishing and kayaking. Lots of outside space for campfires and evening relaxing. Close to a variety of outside activities like the Elk and Bison Prairie.

Renting the property was very easy, the pictures and online descriptions were exactly what the property was really like. The house was wonderful, and lake was amazing and the abundance of wildlife (turtles for the most part) made this trip and stay here a very memorable experience. Having access to the kayaks and boat gave us access to parts of the lake that we would not have had access to.

This was an amazing getaway. Kelly was quick to respond and the house was clean, beds comfortable, and the house was fully furnished with everything you will need for a great vacation. We also rented the pontoon, which was a great time! We never left the house, we stayed busy in the kayaks, pontoon, and the Jon boat. We grilled out every night and there was plenty of seating for everyone to be comfortable. The kids enjoyed just swimming at the dock and I enjoyed the beautiful sunsets.

Kelly is an amazing host. We are so thankful for our time together enjoying her home. One note - lots of stairs. I am very pregnant and the stairs were a workout!

Everything as stated. Super clean. Comfy beds, couches etc. Plenty of towels. Excellent campfire area with plenty of wood. Nice neighborhood for walking and good hill workouts. We loved our visit.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed staying in this beautiful home. We had plenty of room and enjoyed spending time with one another celebrating the new year!!! Kelly was so kind and quick to reach out and respond if ever needed!

My family had a great time at the Putty Lake House. Kelly was so easy to communicate with and the property is exactly as described. Very comfortably fit 6 of us with room to spare. Kitchen had everything we needed. Overall very cozy and relaxing stay.

House was clean, comfortable and felt like home. Everything was easy to find. Even though not the correct season for the lake, outside by the lake was peaceful and beautiful. There were fun things to do in the area and great places to eat!

Our children and us live in 3 different states. This location was perfect meeting point for us to enjoy a weekend together.

The property was exactly what we expected. The description of it and the pictures are an accurate portrayal of what we found. We were a little disappointed that there was no water near the dock, but that is how things work with Lake Barkley at this time of year. This is close to Barkley state park so you can use the facilities there for boating and fishing. I would definitely recommend this property to someone who wants to have a nice time with family and friends. The amenities of the property are excellent. We used the fire pit every night.

Everything in the house was excellent. Very well supplied with everything you need. The only unfortunate thing was the dock sitting in the mud because of the water level, which is out of their control. Fishing wasn't very good at all but again out of their control.

The property and our stay was perfect. Each year for the last twelve years, we have spent one week on Kentucky Lake or Lake Barkley. We haven't stayed at the same place more than once; however, thus far, this has been our favorite spot. We hope to make it back real soon!

This is our 2nd time renting this property. The owners are very attentive and check on you during your stay to make sure things are going well. It's very clean and updated. My family was super impressed with this house. Great for kids and adults. And they share their boat, kayaks, and floats. The screened in porch is our favorite place to relax. The owners pay attention to detail and we never needed anything during our stay as they are well stocked on dishes, towels, etc and they even had a little first aid kit.

House and property were very nice and right on a nice cove. Dock and bank were awesome for fishing. Lots to do around the area and close to LBL attractions. Owner was very responsive.

The house and property were just as described. Very secluded at the end of a wide cove so great for swimming and just relaxing with no one else around.

Everything was great. Wonderful home and owner was terrific communicating with. Fishing in August was a little rough…warm water. Owner had pontoon bent for rental also…which made for a fun day for the family. The locals were wonderful too….super friendly. We loved the porch at night.
