The property is clean and well stocked with everything you need to have wonderful stay. The property is located close to the beach and surrounded by salty air and starry nights.

This house was absolutely perfect for our family/friends getaway for New Years Eve! The kitchen is well appointed and stocked with everything you need, very clean, well decorated and comfy, great TV/internet/smart TV options, located in the adorable town of Rodanthe. It’s a short drive to the hustle bustle Nags Head or a small drive with ferry ride to Okracoke Island.
We have been coming to Outer Banks for over 30 years and fall in love with it again and again.
We would definitely stay here again! The owners are very responsive to messaging or any concerns that may arise.

House was one of the cleanest and best stocked I’ve ever stayed at on the OBX. I know it’s silly, but it’s nice to have sharp knives, cutting boards, decent appliances, etc in the kitchen. Owners were responsive, and check in couldn’t have been any easier.

We had the most amazing stay at your beach house! The house was so nice and cozy! We loved the views, the hot tub and the quietness of the area! It was exactly what we were looking for. We fell in love with the Outer Banks and hope to be coming back really soon! Thank you!!

This is our second stay here and we had a great time! The house is great - very close to the beach and the pier. We walked to the coffee shop in the morning (Beads and Beans - best coffee and pastries!). Plenty of room for our family. The hot tub was very clean and easily the nicest one we’ve had at a beach rental. We will definitely be back!

My family really enjoyed our stay here! The house was clean with beautiful, modern furnishings and plenty of room. We were especially grateful for the oversized dining table that provided plenty of room for meals, games, and puzzles. Wonderful location in Rodanthe and very close to the pier. Host was very responsive to questions. Would stay here again!!!

We loved staying here, it meet all our needs and was so clean when we arrived. It was the first place i can honestly say had very comfy beds with the fluffiest pillows i have stayed at.
Area was great we were very close to beach access and it wasnt over crowded. There is a great pizza place within walking distance as well as coffee. The owners were great at sending me a list of things to do before hand. I definitely recommend this house for a quiet stay at the beach.

The house is located very close to the beach and u can hear waves crashing while u sit in the hot tub in the evening. Everything was very clean and thought through and the owners communicated very fast multiple times to answer questions and just check in with us if we needed anything. It was our best vacation and we try to go to obx every year. Thank you Ronnie and Danica!

Perfect location to the beach. We stayed with another family (7 total kids). The kids loved walking to the pier and taking dips in the hot tub.

It was clear from the beginning that the cabin was special to the owners. It was not only charming but located closer to the beach than we realized. We brought bikes but it was also close to a bike rental shop and a coffee shop. I had problems with the Verbo App so the owner spoke to me directly on the phone. Thank you for a nice vacation.

It was a fun and exciting week even though weather was a little disappointing the house was very cozy clean and well maintained only complaint would be the beach access is a little thought to go up and down over all am very pleased with Everything would definitely stay again

The house is lovely and comfortable and had everything we needed! We enjoyed easy beach access only a short walk away. There was some construction happening next door and across the street which was a bit noisy, but we were at the beach much of the time so it wasn't too much of a bother. It is close by to both Cape Hatteras and Bodie Lighthouses, which we enjoyed seeing. A great place for a family with kids of all ages. Highly recommend! We would go back again.

What a great home just a stones throw from the beach. Only a few blocks from the peir too. We came to fish in the spring and loved the house. The hot tub was great to soothe the back after hauling in all the fish. Overall the house was great and I'd definitely stay here again. The host was prompt to answer all communication as well.

House is in a great location. Steps off of the beach and a good midpoint between Buxton and Nags Head areas. House was clean and comfortable. Having towels and bed linens was great. Check out instructions were simple. Communication with host was quick and easy. Really a great stay.

My husband and I came here for our honeymoon and we loved every second. Super clean home and quiet neighborhood. We loved the comfy king bed and the hot tub was a super nice addition to our stay! We enjoyed the hot tub every night. The walk to the beach was super short from the home and close to the Rodanthe pier which we loved. Thank you for sharing your sweet home for our honeymoon!!

The house was very clean and looks to have been updated within the last several years. I love the aesthetic and that it wasn’t the typical beachy decor. It was very cozy and the bedrooms were surprisingly roomy considering the house is more of a cottage. We really enjoyed our stay even though hurricane Ian drove us out a little early.

The owners were very helpful and anything that we needed or needed to inquire about they were quick to get back to me. The place was great we had a great time. My son went fishing on the pier and caught a baby shark a memory that he will never forget.

We loved staying at Beach Breezes! The house was clean and so comfortable for our family. The beach was a very short walk away and we loved the hot tub on the deck. We highly recommend staying here!

This was our first trip to the Outer Banks and it was a great experience all around. The house was cute and perfect for our four adults and two teens. The walk to the beach was short and the beach itself was lovely. We all enjoyed the hot tub and spacious deck. It was so nice to have towels, sheets, and so many beach items provided. Every interaction we had with the owners was great and they were so nice and responsive. We will definitely be back.

We have gone to OBX for vacation many times but never in Rodanthe. We LOVED the quaintness of this area. The neighborhood was quiet and safe which is nice for a young family like mine. The home was so close to the beach, just three homes down but no
Major roads to cross and we were provided beach necessities(wagon, chairs, umbrellas, towels) to make packing even easier! The hot tub was of course fun and enjoyed at night. The hosts were so fast and tentative to respond during the stay. We enjoyed ourselves and would highly recommend this home.

Beautiful house walking distance from beach. House is well maintained and has everything you need to enjoy a week at the beach. Owners communicated well and were easy to reach. Would definitely stay here again in the future.

Property is great, very close to the beach, clean, and well stocked. Appreciate that they provided linens and towels. It was a bit small for 7 of us, particularly when cooking, but generally worked out well. Would recommend!

Great House
My kids loved this place. If you’re looking for a un crowded beach this is the place for you. If your kids enjoy playing in the sand chasing crabs at night this is the place for you. If you want to surf, paddle board ,jet ski this is the place for you. Then my kids favorite part was hot tubing under the stars.

Great family vacation
This property was great and made memories that will last forever for our two kids and us. We had a great time and the house was exactly as described. It’s in a great location, close to the pier, where we took our kids fishing with great success, and just a short drive to all the other amenities that the Outer Banks has to offer. We look forward to renting this house many times in the future.

Awesome rental
This house is exactly as advertised and extremely clean and comfortable. We had 3 adults and 2 children (ages 3 and 1) staying here and there was plenty of space. Ronnie was an extremely responsive host and provided recommendations of things to do. The proximity to the beach was incredible! A wagon, beach chairs and an umbrella were provided as well as beach towels. The only thing to consider is that when you are coming during off season a lot of things aren’t yet open. We came at the beginning of April for our spring break. However, there is plenty to do within driving distance. Overall, we had an amazing trip and would definitely come back!

This was our first time using Vrbo and everything was perfect from the start! Communication from the property owners exceeded my expectations. The home is beautiful and great for large families. We had a wonderful time and I highly recommend renting this property.
