We had been given the wrong code to access the house and didn't have contact information for the owner. After about an hour a member of our party successfully guessed the right entry code. I hadn't had any communication from VRBO on this property for six months. The house was great, it was clean, well maintained and provisioned and everyone in our party loved the layout and location.

We had a wonderful time! Very spacious and comfortable.

We found Holiday House to be the perfect location and property for a nice, peaceful family vacation. Bright, airy and very sunny. We like to cook and the house was fully equipped with all the necessary amenities and utensils, including a new refrigerator and stove. Also a new spa. Walking distance to the bluffs overlooking the ocean. A great, relaxing time.

while the house met our overall needs very well there were a few details that could use improvement: more bath towels, more garbage space, more TP, fewer ants. The property owner was very attentive and responsive. we would recommend this property.

We had a seamless process with Erin and adored her home. Communication is great and the location is beautiful. We took the coastal trail just outside the door and it was stunning. The home has lots of beds and everything worked well for our group.

Great family, kid friendly, dog friendly house. Our extended family had a wonderful time. The kitchen was well appointed with lots of space. Just wish we could have gotten the two year old to take a nap.

I booked this house in Sea Ranch for a reunion getaway with my two best friends from college and their families. We had 6 adults and 6 kids. Each couple had their own king size bed bedroom (What a gem!) and the kids had two options for a bedroom/loft. We especially loved that there were no beds in the common area. This allowed the kids to be put to bed and the grownups to stay up and play! We loved the hot tub and the very short walk down to the tide pool/beach area. Gualala is a short drive north with cute cafes and a couple small markets. The kitchen was well appointed and had just about everything we needed. This Holiday House was just so lovely. Would stay here again with friends or just our small family due to location.

We loved our stay at the Holiday House. It was incredibly peaceful and fun for our group of 9. We found the kitchen to be well stocked for making meals at home.

Accommodations were everything we expected and then some.

Great location at Sea Ranch. Big house, easy access, and painless check in/out. Great hot tub and grill. Nice place for a weekend! Stayed here two years in a row, and no doubt will be doing so again next year hopefully. Thank you Erin!

This was the second year we went as a family to Holiday House in the spring. It was perfect for us..we were grandparents and two families with kids. The kids loved the hot tub, and we all enjoyed the spacious rooms and location. We will return!

Great large house for families or friends, we stayed for 7 nights and split up the trip between family and friends coming up to stay. The house is quite big and the converted garage makes a great playroom for younger kids or separate space for teens. The kitchen is very well equipped including a crockpot, instapot and waffle maker. The hot tub is huge and works well, the bbq was great, only issue was the rain as we got soaked while using it but still worked well. The beds were comfy, no issue with hot water, there was a washer & dryer which was also good due to all the rain. Overall very well equipped house, really the only thing that it did not have was flashlights/lanterns for when the power went out.

Overall, this was a nice property for a larger group. It was a little hard to get a sense of exactly how the spaces were divided from the photos and ideally 5 separate bdrms would have been perfect but we made it work. The location is excellent - in the middle of Sea Ranch so easy to go north or south to explore and 5 minutes to the beach. The place is very minimalistic (not a lot of extra stuff like sheets and towels) but most of everything we absolutely needed was there. We went to celebrate my birthday and the communal space was cozy and comfortable. Hot tub was fantastic! All in all, great stay!

This is a really great house in our favorite Sea Ranch Neighborhood. Looking forward to our return. It was myself, 3 kids(10-13), and our dog.

A comfortable and spacious house with good heating and cooling facilities. Very well stocked Kitchen with good quality of utensils. Cost walk to the beach and short drive to restaurants and super markets.

This house is well laid out for a large families sleeping needs, with a comfortable living space to gather in, and an an ideal location.

We had family from NH, VA, WA, OR and CA come celebrate a 75thb’day and A 50th wedding anniversary. The house and area were very good for that as everyone likes the ocean and beaches and hiking. We were able to invite dogs too!

My family has been coming to sea ranch since I was a baby. So to say Sea Ranch is very important to me is an understatement. Now my family is trying to make a yearly trip and new tradition. We have found the house we will bring our family to! Thank you Erin for opening your house for us to make many new memories! The house easily fits a large group of people. The master bedroom does have a very soft mattress so if you don’t have a great back I would look at one of the other rooms. Having the booster and bob stroller were an added plus for our stay.

My family and I love this house as it fit all of us in with plenty of room to spare! This was a bittersweet trip to the ocean to celebrate my brother’s life. All of my family loved the great kitchen for cooking,, space to reminisce, hot tub fun, and overall space for such a reasonable price. We are going to work towards reunions in the future and would love to come back again. Thank you!

This property was the most perfect place we have ever stayed in our 30 yrs of women friends of getting together. Multiple bedrooms, comfortable living area, enough kitchen room so we could all bump around together. Sea Ranch has miles & miles of trails right outside the door. Ocean views, privacy, seclusion. Owner Erin was wonderfully responsive with a few questions we had. Definitely recommend this place for families & friends.

Lovely large home. There was plently of space, privacy for our children and their families. The beach was within walking distance and so beautiful. 3 days was not enough time to explore all Sea Ranch has to offer. Next year we are bring our bikes.

Super-responsive owner, great house, plenty of hiking possibilities, beautiful coast landscape, community with a history, 5 miles to a supermarket and a couple of restaurants... highly recommended if you're looking for a complete change of pace from urban life.

We had a lovely stay at this property. The beds were comfortable, the hot tub was hot, and the proximity to walking paths and beaches was just right for our active group. We made use of the BBQ and while it needed a little scrub before using, it worked well. We did have a slight problem with ants in the kitchen when we first arrived, but we used some (non-toxic) spray that was in the kitchen to clean them up and were just mindful about where we kept snacks afterwards. Overall, a beautiful stay and I was sad to leave. We'd be happy to return here.

We rented this property for our annual family trip. It comfortably slept all 12 of us. Hot tub was awesome for the kids. Would definitely stay again!
