This property was perfect for our 1 week stay. Extremely clean, spacious, very well appointed. Close to boardwalk, playground, beach, restaurants, ice cream shop. Our host was extremely helpful, flexible and communicated in a very timely fashion. We had a wonderful family vacation!

We had a wonderful stay at this charming house with our family of seven. The house is perfectly located in the town of North Beach. Only a 10 minute walk to restaurants and the beach which overlooks the magnificent Chesapeake Bay. We loved our time staying in and going out. We can’t wait to come back again!

Very nice house

We travelled from MA to attend my daughter’s wedding at Herrington on the Bay. Location of this house was perfect (and in walking distance) for everything by the boardwalk. Cutest community. House was amazing!

Great place to stay not too far from DC. Also saw friends in Baltimore and super close to the beach. The kids said they wanted to stay there the next time we come. Had everything we needed!

The owners are very communicative and nice. Had things for our granddaughter to play with! Loved the Bakist coffee shop down the road. Had a good dinner at Hook and Vine. Would stay again when visiting my east coast family. Thank you

We had a very lovely stay in North Beach. This house is a few minutes ride or walk to many of the area restaurants and attractions. The whole house was clean and well equipped for a stay away from home. We recommend this house to all VRBO renters.

We totally enjoyed our stay. We came for a wedding at the Herrington Inn and it was super convenient. House was close to lots of restaurants as well as the boardwalk! We loved the layout and cleanliness of the home. Would definitely recommend.

All I can say about this property is that it was absolutely beautiful . When my family walked in it was fresh and clean . It has a beach theme . We walked to the boardwalk morning and night . We will be back !!!!!

We called this "home" for over two months. Very comfortable, clean and well stocked with all the items we expected and needed for our stay. Close enough to Annapolis to be close to the grand kids and bring them back to stay with us for a couple of days. Great outdoor area with a nice deck, table and chairs and a great grille. Connie, the Host, was very responsive and easy to work with.

It was great get away for our family. The house was beautiful inside and out. The home was spacious, allowing everyone privacy. The location was perfect. It’s only a 10 minute walk to the pier, restaurants, and shops. Definitely will recommend to others.

We came after a major wind storm and large limbs were leaning on the deck. The owner had hired someone to remove them but apparently it has been difficult to get someone out. It made the deck and BBQ unuable. Otherwise the house was nice and clean and well stocked. It is a great house for a getaway and fit four adults well. The house is located a few blocks from the waterfront. It has three bedrooms that are well sized and all on the second floor. All in all, we would stay here again but would like to have used the deck.

Enjoyed our stay again!

My two friends and I were looking for a mom's getaway for a few days and Connie's home made the perfect space to enjoy our time! The home was very clean, tastefully decorated, cozy and inviting. There was plenty of space, and all the amenities you could need for your stay. We felt well-cared for in Connie's home and loved the quaint town of North Beach. There were many cute restaurants, and all that we tried had delicious food. We got out for a walk around town on the sunny 58 degree day, and hibernated the following day during the winter storm that came through. It was a great time to catch-up with dear friends, thanks to Connie for opening her home!

Wife and I had a get away for a couple days. House was great. Very clean and close to great places.

My husband and I were looking for a safe (mold free) place to stay while receiving treatments in Annapolis. The house was perfect for us. The owners were exceptional with quick communication and willing to work with our situation. The street was quiet (winter season) with local kids playing basketball and we felt safe. We bundled up and went for daily walks at the board walk in North Beach or the Chesapeake Beach Railways trail just a 5 minute drive away. The 35 minute drive into Annapolis was beautiful and easy. The house was clean with a peaceful little office near the entry with enough room for my yoga mat. The front porch was great for sitting in the morning sun. The masterbedroom was a good size with a nice soaking tub that was wonderful after our treatments! And because it was just the two of us we loved the little breakfast nook in the kitchen. Everything worked great for us and we were very appreciative of the kindness and intentionality of the owners. The house really was as advertised. We would highly recommend!

We have rented this property the last two Decembers and find the home to be well maintained, well stocked, clean and in a quiet neighborhood. We recommend the home and the community without any hesitation.

We got the family together for Thanksgiving, and had a great time. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the dining room was perfect. The backyard was big enough for the family football game. I especially loved the morning walks to the bakery down the street, and the boardwalk. It's a great location.
