We were so happy with this place. Very clean and cozy. We would definitely stay here again.

Really enjoyed our brief stay and would highly recommend. Everything was as advertised and very comfortable beds.

We truly enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean and organized. There was plenty of room for six adults. The snack basket on the table was a sweet touch!!

Overall, we liked the condo. The only problem that I had was the bed in children’s bedroom. There is a mattress topper that is quite distorted and the bed sags on the side near the lamp. Also the sheets did not feel like cotton, which I prefer.

This was a wonderful place to stay while enjoying the lake! We had a large group and everyone was comfortable and had more then enough room. We were only here for the weekend, but would look forward to booking a longer trip here in the future!

Perfect for our family reunion. One of the nicest vrbos I’ve stayed in. Had everything we needed and then some. Serene and beautiful setting. Would highly recommend. Mountain Harbor was great and the staff there went out of their way to meet our needs. We were they for a family reunion and had 7 condos. Perfect in every way!!

We enjoyed our stay in the condo. After a long wonderful day skiing and tubing on Lake Ouachita it was nice to come back to a nice clean comfortable place. Enjoyed watching the deer planning to return next year and stay longer.

The condo was perfect! Clean, well decorated, comfortable beds, easy access to marina and restaurant. We try to visit Lake Ouachita several times each summer and this condo is by far our favorite. We will be back !

We had a great time during our stay at the Treetop Getaway. You really do feel like you are in the treetops when sitting on the back deck. It was very clean, the beds are comfortable, and linens are very nice. The kitchen has everything you need including a wide variety of spices. One of the pools on site was conveniently located a very short walk on the backside of condo. They had games available and easy to understand instructions on how to use everything in the condo i.e. fan, lights, tv. We will definitely stay there again if we go back to that area.

Our stay at the Treetop Getaway was great! Emily was responsive, the condo was very clean and newly updated. Bed slept amazing! We enjoyed being so close to the lake to take our boat out. We would definitely recommend staying here. We would return for sure with our teenage girls! Give it a try. You will be so glad you did!

The condo was very clean & short distance to Mountain Harbor marina. We loved the back deck and seen a lot of wildlife. We will definitely stay here again!

We rented this place for a short getaway and it was perfect! It looks just as the picture portray it! It is well stocked and well kept! It is also the perfect location for getting to Lake Ouichita! We would definitely recommend this place!!

The property is exactly as pictured, the pool is close, and all the listed amenities are there! It’s one of the cleanest properties I’ve ever stayed in, it felt like a home and not a cheap rental! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely book it again anytime we come into the area!

This comfortable 'treetop' cabin is delightful. The furniture is very comfortable, great sheets and towels and kitchen has everything one would need. Loved the calm and serene surroundings and the owners were extremely helpful and ready to assist with any needs. We will definitely come back.

Booked this property for a family of four (2 adults, 2 kids ages 14 & 11 yrs) over spring break and had an amazing time. The location is beautiful and quiet, the rental itself is comfortable, clean, and cozy. We’re already talking about coming back during the summer to explore everything Lake Ouachita has to offer in the warmer weather! We will be booking again!

This condo had everything you needed for a nice getaway with your family, The house was very clean and had a beautiful view. We will definitely be returning.

Can't just circumvent the experience in a few words here. Clean and well organized condo. The owner's were cognizant in alerting us about the Christmas tree lighting ceremony in the community just in time. We thoroughly enjoyed that surprising experience. Simply put, if you choose to stay at this condo you not only enjoy the peaceful Ouachita forest and lake setting but a well stocked, organized and clean staying experience! Don't forget to check out the Stables to do a little horseback ride. The owner of this business was engaging and a nice guy.

Except for the parking, or lack there of. We had a wonderful time. The place was clean and comfortable with lots of games for the grandkids. They enjoyed walking the trails and looking for crystals. Nice for a small family gathering.

This property met all of our needs! We really enjoyed the back porch overlooking the trees and wildlife (deer,squirrels, birds). The kitchen had useful pots/pans/utensils, and there were large containers of water provided in the fridge given the current boil water notice in Mountain Harbor. A few things made this condo logistically a little tough for our stay with 3 small kids. The decor/furniture was large and clunky. We had a tough time fitting a pack n play in the rooms. Many of the dresser drawers had items in them when we arrived, like random toys, CDs, and even undergarments so we weren’t able to use them for unpacking. The closets had random items, like pool noodles or decor items and baskets, in them so we weren’t able to use them for our bags either. The kitchen had useful items like pots/pans, dishes, paper towel, etc.. but also had random things like cans of refried beans (unopened). The condo had been partially updated, but some features were old, such as the doors being really squeaky and even broken at the bottom from catching on the carpet/rugs. This made it difficult when staying with little kids to open and close doors when they’re sleeping. Also the sheets were loose fitting and the master sheets were pilling. The master bath shower head holder was partially broken, making it hard to open the shower door without it spraying out of the shower. The wall outlets were difficult to reach or were being used by extra electronics already, making it difficult to plug in our things like the kids’ noise machines and our phone chargers where we needed them. Overall we enjoyed the stay and the setting was beautiful but a few things made us feel like we were staying in someone’s full time home rather than a vacation rental (ie the undergarments and random kitchen items). Also the parking was tricky as the parking lot was very narrow making it difficult to get a truck in and out of the spots. This condo is located at the bottom of a very large hill so be aware of that if you plan to walk anywhere. Also there is a flight of stairs down to the condo front door from the parking lot, and a large steep drop off directly in front of your parking spot. One of our kids lost his footing and started sliding down that hill, scraping up his elbow. Another one of our children fell down the stairs as they aren’t well-lit at night. This shouldn’t be a problem for adults or older children but just something to keep in mind, and is the same at most condos.

This condo was great - just as it appears in the photos. Fluid layout with plenty of comfortable sleeping options. Nice open living area to make memories in with friends and family. Bathrooms were clean and comfortable, water pressure was great, and my 2 year old loved the jacuzzi tub and all of the bubbles : ) Kitchen was well stocked, although I would recommend bringing Tupperware or ziploc bags if you'll be packing food for the boat (this is something I neglected to pack and options were limited in the rental, but everything else was very well stocked as far as food prep goes). We were able to check in early with a prompt response from Emily which was much appreciated. Getting everything packed and out to the car proved difficult with our toddler, so we were a few minutes late in checking out, and I very much appreciated that cleaning wasn't knocking on our door at 10am. If you're looking to stay in the area, I'd say there's no better place. We were with family that stayed in three other cabins in the complex and ours was definitely one of the nicest.

The condo was clean and well-decorated. The beds were super comfortable. The owner went above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed. And, the location was perfect. Absolutely no complaints!

This property was amazing and didn’t disappoint at all! Walking distance to the pool, close to stables and the marina. Absolutely loved it!!

Really nice condo

This is our second stay and equally lovely! The beds and linens were top quality. The kitchen had so many options for serving and cooking, with dishwasher for easy cleanup. Cooking spices and coffee and extras blew me away! Highly recommend this wonderful place! Penny @3acrelife
