I only had a problem with how hard the bed was, other than that great place to stay, oh and you have to pay for parking..$ 65 for two days…is what I paid, fantastic views…

I really enjoyed staying here. Check-in was very easy. The place was clean and updated. It was in walking distance to everything we wanted to do. The host was nice and very quick to respond to any questions I had. All the the front desk people were very friendly. Definitely not a unit to overlook.

We would consider staying here again for a ‘tourist’s visit’ to Atlanta… The price point is fair, however, at its price point, we did find certain quality standards that were not up to our expectations. We are a well traveled couple in our 60s, former hosts of one of the top rated VRBO‘s in the country. All this said, we’ll just list the caveats that guests, and particularly the owners, should know about as of 6-20-23. 1)Least comfortable bed we’ve ever slept in - seriously FIRM… We’d equate it to putting a few layers of blanket on the floor and sleeping on that. 2) Linens across the board were very lame… all clean/washed well, but beyond their guest friendly life cycle with ‘washed stains.’ 3)The TV screen in the livingroom looked like some genius guest had taped something to the screen, and there is still adhesive stuck to the screen obscuring your view of your show. 4)The bathroom - a) there’s no vent, b)the towel bar is falling off the wall (use mollys instead of plastic anchors), c)every stay should include a bar/bottle of quality soap at every faucet. 5) a cute screened in balcony with a great ‘city view’ spoiled by a poor quality rug that was always blown out of place. Nice breakfast across the street at “Sway” at the Hyatt Regency, and a great breakfast on our “aquarium day” (again - walking distance!) at the Atlanta Breakfast Club, across the street from the aquarium. Had a nice steak and awesome grouper at Max Lager’s just a block down the street.

I felt safe in the apt. I had a few issues that I discussed with the owner and they were prompt to respond. I payed for 4 days and 8 hrs parking and it was $140… just want to prepare others, but we had a great time! It’s in close proximity to World of Coca-Cola, Aquarium,..we easily drove to a Braves game. Location was great!

My daughter and I stayed for an extended weekend to attend a music festival.
Check in took about 10 minutes, but was easy and instructions were clear.
We were not prepared for having to pay separately for parking, however it was in the listing, we just missed it. The garage was within a block and we preferred it to paying for public meter parking.
The AC is old, but seemed to work okay.
The building felt very safe, as did the area. We walked EVERYWHERE we went and never had an issue! We would definitely stay again if we were back in Atlanta.

Stayed for the weekend and the condo was clean and cozy. Beds slept good and a/c work wonderfully. It's location within walking distance from the aquarium. The parking was kinda expensive for the weekend ($61) but other than that everything was great will stay again.

My overall experience was terrible check in was slow and frustrating they made it seem like I was not paying for my Vrbo customer service was terrible and slow when I finally got to my room the code for the door didn’t work because the battery in the ring device was dead I had to wait on the front desk concierge to open the door that took 30 mins so we waited in the hall with my granddaughter who is 3 yearsold so frustrating when we finally got in the bathroom sink was filthy with black debris could of been a lot better would no stay here again .

Unbelievable quality for the price we got it at! The noise restricted condo was perfect for us, and the sleeping options were great. Couch was super comfortable to sleep on. We ate breakfast on the balcony every morning because the view was so nice. Shower pressure was great and it stayed warm for a very long time considering it's a condo property. Can't recommend this location enough!

The table behind the fruit bowl still had food on it. The island was still a little sticky and the bath tub could’ve used and better cleaning. Other than that everything was great! I would stay again.

The condo was within walking distance to my conference. The unit was clean and fresh and very comfortable. Had a great view.

This property was exactly what my daughter and I needed. We came for a conference that took place only a block away. We were able to walk to that, plus many excellent restaurants, the Georgia aquarium (don't miss that!), coffee shops, etc.
The owner was very responsive to our needs and I give her an A . The one thing that wasn't the best was the cleanliness. The rug didn't appear to have been vacuumed, there were dishes in the dishwasher, and it just could have used a bit more TLC.
Having said that, it is a decent place in a high rise condo. We felt safe in the building and the people at the front desk were kind and helpful. I would stay at this VRBO again. I just might request that the cleaning situation be a bit better. I'm guessing the owner was not aware.

Perfect downtown/Peachtree Street high rise apartment bldg location. Highly recommended for couples. Quiet. All necessary kitchen amenities. Very comfortable queen sized bed.
Only hiccup was that there was no toilet paper. Aside from that, 5 stars.

The property was clean and conveniently located near the Peachtree MARTA station. The check-in process was easy. I couldn't figure out the TV, but it was a great stay.

The condo was perfect! Jann is a great host. He was wonderful to work with and the view from our porch was breathtaking.. we enjoy sitting on the porch and watching the sunset.

We enjoyed our stay in Atlanta. Loved the couch for watching tv and the bed was cozy! Spent most of our time exploring the city via uber/lyft because we paid the daily rate in the parking lot. More planning could have decreased the transportation/parking fees, but we made it work.

ATL Weekend Getaway
This was my very first time using VRBO. I must say this place was just as the pics. Everything was clean. The building location is convenient to all the attractions, shops, restaurants, etc. The building was super safe and the host provided guidance on entering and it was an extremely seemless process.
