The location is Perfect, facility, food and staff. Maggie was very helpful and went out of her way to make her guest comfortable. she is an amazing asset to this organization. She deserves a raise…….. It is her that I will return and also, recommend to others. Mucho Mucho Gracias….

Perfect stay and no complaints..

The place is super pretty and the Family who runs it is really nice and sweet! We had a great time! The view from the terraza is incredible!

Rooms were clean .

1. Staff was rude 2. Breakfast was not there. They charged us for omelette though they mention its included with the price .

worst experience I’ve ever had, false publicity, the room proposed on photo is very far from what we got, and when we thought we had found a solution, we come back to the room at night to find it is infested with bedbugs and had to rush out with all our things at 1:30am

Horrible

The location is the worst: it's in the mountain, you need to walk a long time and after this you still need to go up a lot of stairs. It's not a hotel, it's a house and everything is broken. The showers don't have hot water or don't have cold water or don't have any water at all. The windows in the bathroom are broken, the fan is broken or not fan at all. The "breakfast" is just a cheap bread or a coffee or nothing. It's full of mosquitoes and they don't provide anythinv to kill them, they also don't provide any shampoo or soap or towel. Besides, they don't clean your room, never. The family pretend to be polite and friendly but they're fake. When the people ask them to fix the shower problem or something they just ignore them. They have dogs and animals, just in case you have allergies. They let you use the kitchen that is old and doesn't work and they don't provide water for cleaning or washing the dishes.

Friendly staff. They brought us to the airport in the early morning for a reasonable price. The location is awesome with the balcony. There is the option to cook your own meals and they provide drink water for free.

Not much to mention. Our room was downstairs and had a bad connection to the wifi. The wifi was better upstairs near the balcony..

Room terrace had amazing views. Bed was comfortable. Lovely dogs living there. Gym equipment free to use.

Kitchen and equipment is very basic and not really able to use it as not enough to cook with. Water pressure hit and miss, sometimes no water at all. Water also never hot, very occasionally hot but hardly for anytime. Very difficult to shower.

People were very nice
