We had a great relaxing stay. The team interface was great. Becky and Dakota have both been very helpful through the years.

We loved it and we will happily stay there or any of your properties! We loved everything about the house it was beautiful and very welcoming. We had many deer sightings which was amazing! All the beds we used were super comfortable and the hot tub was great ?? we definitely want to come back. We came to watch the eclipse which we saw right off the deck! We also had a family of deer watch the end with us! Everyone we spoke to was very nice and helpful ??

THE OPENNESS OF THE HOME WAS WONDERFUL FOR OUR FAMILY. THE HOT TUB WAS THE ADULTS FAVORITE SPOT. THE GAME ROOM WAS LOVED BY THE KIDS. LOVE THE PROPERTIES THAT YOU OFFER FOR PET OWNERS. WHEN WE COME TO THIS AREA WE DEFINITELY LOOK AT ONE OF YOUR PROPERTIES TO STAY AT. THE KEY FOR ARRIVAL WAS EASY TO FIND AFTER HOURS WITH NO PROBLEM. HAD AN INTERNET ISSUE AND SOMEONE CAME RIGHT OUT SAME DAY AND FIXED THE ISSUE.

This house is big. A lot of space to spread out. Hot tub nice. Gameroom was great. Bathrooms were all clean and nice. Beds comfy. Every bedroom has their own bathroom. Furniture was clean and nice. House was pretty clean. Your team members were friendly and helpful. Booking on line was easy.

We definitely had a blast. this is our 3rd year at Canaan & So far this is our favorite house. The family has already said that they want to do it again next year. Thanks! Very helpful & friendly except for the guard going into the property.

The driveway was plowed when we arrived, but the entryway to the house was not shoveled. There was inches thick ice under the snow at the front of the door. By Saturday a lot of the snow had melted, revealing a pile of torn garbage bags in front of the house. The kitchen is disorganized, the pantry full of random pots and pans. No room to store food. The dishwasher was full of dishes when we arrived, there were wet towels in the dryer. The door hardware for one of the upstairs bedrooms was broken, we gave up trying to fix it and left the door without a knob (and a nice peephole). Door hardware on the upstairs master bath was also broken, both my wife and I were briefly trapped inside on separate occasions and resorted to leaving the door open at all times. At all times. There is a terrible smell coming from the downstairs bathroom. One of our fiends, a builder, guessed that there is no trap in the shower drain to block sewer gases. It’s obvious this house doesn’t get much attention between rentals. It could use at least a week of general maintenance and a deep cleaning. Would never stay here again.

We had some really great family time. We sat around the open fire, played cards and board games and set up a tin can alley around the back yard fire pit and shot bb's off the back. My dog had a great time running around the property grounds. With 8 members of my family, we had a lot of food! We were staying over Thanksgiving for 5 days and did not plan to shop. We had nowhere to put non perishables or supplies. The kitchen cupboards were so full. The pantry was full of excessive amounts of cookware and appliances. I really think the pantry could do with a good clean out. I specifically called the management company to check that the hot tub was in working order for our visit and was told yes. It wasn't and we had to call someone out. They were very quick to respond and confirmed indeed it was not working properly and it would not be fixed for our stay. The beds were very comfortable and we had plenty of towels. Wifi was not good. We had no snow or inclement weather but it was a real struggle for my mini van to climb the driveway.

Renting the house was very pleasant and easy sent emails with all check in instructions.

There were enough queen sized beds for most of our group of couples, and the kitchen had so many things in it! We had a lot of fun playing games in the basement, then going in the hot tub afterwards. The team at Mountaintop is always so friendly and helpful!

Loved this cabin!! We all had a wonderful time with our blended family, we would definitely stay here again. Very pleasant

we have been to Canaan many times over the years and plan to come there again next year. Mountaintop was easy to work with.
