My family flew in from Pennsylvania and North Dakota for an over due reunion and this was the absolute perfect place for us! There was everything we needed from pool toys to indoor toys. The pool was crystal clear and the entire property was very clean! We had the best time and will not hesitate to stay here again!

Everything was great and we love to come back but the government in FL don’t want Latino family to bring money to the state so we will figure out another place to spend are money but the house was great

Close to a lot of good stores/restaurants and close to the highway. Lovely pool/hot tub. Spacious living spaces. Lots of beds. Lovely kitchen! Hostess is responsive and generous!

What a find!!!!! Ben the host was almost instantaneously responsive! The property is as described and the pictures are accurate..i/we were in the hot tub almost every night and the pool is heated..j( we brought floats!!) The backyard is beautiful and private and we loved the covered porch area with fans for our morning coffee… internet was fast and useful… the master bedroom mattress is a thermopedic and quite comfortable. The garage is actually air conditioned and has a rug and couch ( we didnt use the area) The stove is gas.. great for cooking.. Ben supplied many useful items..towels and Soaps and trash bags.. The washer and dryer was efficient and large. I think the home was great for us and our 11 year old Poodle “ Snickers” We strongly suggest all potential vacationers give this property consideration.

This place was perfect for our family of 3 kids. Pool/hot tub were great. 3 BR in house with bunkbeds were a big hit. Toys and games for kids and close to the beach. Make sure to stop at Willys Coffee.

We had a fabulous time here. Ben was excellent and handled everything quick and expediently. House was clean and comfortable to come home to after a long day of scuba diving. We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub and really all of the amenities. We will stay here again!

We loved this house! Very spacious with a beautiful pool and hot tub in the backyard. The host was always quick to respond. Location is awesome too, only 10 minutes from Atlantic Ave, but in a quiet neighborhood. I would love to stay here again in the future!

This house has everything a Family of 6 with small children needs. Our kids loved the pool and the hot tub. A lot of grass play on. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The property Manager has the QUICKEST response time and helped us with everything we needed to make this a very memorable vacation. There is also lots to do in the area. A very quiet block and quick access to the I-95. The beach is beautiful. The house is well stocked with all your daily needs. I highly recommend this place. Very accommodating!

Family with small children had a wonderful stay at this property. Great place to kick back and relax. Kids had a blast with the pool and the bunk beds. Will return again when visiting family in Florida!

The house was clean, comfortable beds, the pool/sauna was great, has almost everything you need like kitchen utensils, towels, extra blankets, board games, baby bibs, a little of everything! The house is not far from the beach We hope to rent the house again sometime.

We truly enjoyed our stay at this property. It was in a great location for our trip needs. Easily accessible to so many places (dining, entertainment & beach) Visited Oceanfront Park for a day as recommended by a neighbor and it was beautiful. Ben was so great to work with, very attentive and quick to respond. Highly recommended for families as the home has everything you need. Extremely clean and stocked. Would definitely stay again.

This property was in a perfect location for what we needed. The guys fished lake ida, us girls hung out by the pool. The beach, shopping, and restaurants were 5 min away. The house was super clean, and stocked with everything you can imagine. Communication with the owner was quick and easy for heating the spa or any needs. Excellent property! Thanks again Ben we really enjoyed our stay.

Everything was great about our stay. The house is extremely clean, well stocked and maintained to a high standard. We felt so at home! We enjoyed the yard sooo much! The pool is amazing and our grandson enjoyed the shallow area and we enjoyed the hot tub! The seating is plentiful and we especially appreciated the hammock. It is just such a comfortable house. The neighborhood is close to the beach and a short walk or drive to all. Communication was so fast, any requests were answered within seconds. Definitely would love to return at some point.

We had a great stay at Ben’s house. The only negative thing is the mosquitoes in the backyard, we couldn’t use the pool as much as we liked to due to the amount of bites we were getting. Other than that it’s a clean beautiful home with a wonderful host.

Then house was perfect for our stay. We were visiting my Mom in Delray Beach. The house was one exist from Delray so the location was great. The house was clean, the kitchen was well stocked and the pool and patio were very comfortable. Ben answered all my texts immediately, which we really appreciated My only recommendation is that there be detailed instructions on how to work the remote controls for the TV. It took us a while to figure that out! We had a great stay

The house was just as described. It was clean and the pool and the hot tub were great. The beds were comfortable . The location was close to the airport, stores and restaurants. The hosts always got back to me quickly.

This home was very clean and comfortable. It had all the amenities we needed for our stay. The backyard was excellent! We enjoyed lounging on the patio furniture in the sun and our favorite part was relaxing in the hot tub in the evenings. We will definitely be staying at this home again in our future travels!

My family really enjoyed our time at this house. It was exactly as advertised. Pool and hot tub were great-we spent most of our time outside in the huge backyard with lots of comfortable seating. House was clean, beds comfortable. Owner was extremely attentive when needed. We will definitely be coming back!

The Boynton beach “1 mile from the beach” house was everything that I was hoping for and more. The house was extremely clean, well stocked and it had a BEAUTIFUL back yard that we spent many hours enjoying. The house is close to a grocery store, restaurants and a pharmacy (along with my other places). It was a quick drive to the Delray Beach strip with restaurants, boutiques, art, souvenir shops, bars and the ocean/beach. We made memories and had a wonderful time during our vacation.I recommend the house to anyone looking for a clean house with a beautiful backyard that includes a heated pool and very nice hot tub. Not to mention a grill, fire pit, hammocks, lounge chairs, three fans under a shaded patio area and outdoor table with chairs. Kudos to the owner who is on top of everything and very responsive.
