Had an excellent time at this property. It was very clean and pictures are very accurate to the property. It was fully stocked with everything we could have wanted and more. The blankets on the couch were my favorite thing ever, I I have looked up the brand to order my own.

The house had just about everything you could possibly need. Michael was so helpful with any issues that came about. The house is SO close to main street and the lift. Would definitely come back again.

This property was everything it promised and more. It is incredibly well stocked with everything you need. The few items that needed attention were quickly addressed. Mike is an excellent host and we highly recommend this property! We enjoyed the bikes and hot tub and had easy access to beautiful hiking trails and great restaurants in town.

We spent a week at this home in Breckenridge for a family vacation. The home was a wonderful base for our group of 10, including 4 children. The house is very nicely updated with an awesome kitchen. The bedrooms are as described and offered great options for the family. We enjoyed the walk to town and also the moose sightings down the road. We would definitely choose this home again if we are in the area.

My husband and I just spent the past week celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary with our kids and grandkids, ages 8-15. The house was wonderful with plenty of space for everyone. It was by far the best equipped rental where we’ve stayed. Breckinridge is a fun town with so much to do nearby. We rode the gondola, hiked, biked, rented a boat and fished, zip lined, took a gold mine tour and sled dog tour, enjoyed the hot tub, and the kid’s favorite - rafting. Michael was the best host. Before we got there, he provided great information and once there, he responded immediately with any concerns or questions we had. I highly recommend this home and hope you enjoy it as much as my family and I did.

Our party of 6 adults loved our stay at this beautiful home! Our group encompassed 3 generations and the home offered something for everyone. It's evident that the hosts go out of their way to provide extra special touches for their guests, such as beverages waiting upon our arrival, luggage stands in each bedroom closet, specialized appliances (e.g. upscale coffee machines, high-end large appliances, a frozen margarita machine, etc.). The kitchen was fully stocked with all types of cookware and utensils, which enabled us to prepare any type of meal. Another significant advantage of this home, that isn't necessarily viewable from the hosts' photos, is the layout of the primary gathering area. The kitchen and the family room share an open space, allowing multiple people to congregate during meal prep -- or, while watching movies. Also, the deck is located directly off the kitchen & family room which supports indoor/outdoor living. The deck includes a gas grill, outdoor dining set, and hot tub. The deck is mostly east facing so it offered some nice shade & tranquility during the latter part of the afternoon. The beds were very comfortable after a day of recreation. The bathrooms are all modernized & very clean. Last, the hosts were incredible --- proactive communication and highly responsive. We will definitely rent this home again!

The location was awesome, within walking distance to all the fun in Breckenridge!!! Spacious house with absolutely everything you need! We brought all kinds of stuff only to find that Mike had thought to stock the house with everything!!! We did have questions, but Mike immediately responded to all our questions and was friendly and uber helpful! We were a group of 11 and there was plenty of space, beds, everything!! This was a summer stay, and the hot tub, bikes, and game room were all very popular with my tribe. I will definitely be back!! The best part was the 6 star service was the attentiveness Mike provided! The house is gorgeous and beautifully placed against the mountain landscape, but Mike’s responsiveness was even better, if that’s even possible!! 6 Stars!!!

Michael’s home was the perfect gathering spot for our family. The location is within walking distance to Main Street, yet feels like you are far away in the mountains(even saw a bear one morning). The house has everything you would want in a rental; plenty of towels, blankets, silverware, plates and additional things I have never seen in a rental, such as plenty of spices, margarita maker and a Miele espresso machine to name a few. I wish every rental took as much consideration into guests wants/needs as this one did.

This is a beautiful property that easily accommodated 4 families and 7 kids with room to spare. The house was better than advertised, fully stocked and very close to downtown (3 minute car ride). Can not that the hosts enough for providing such a wonderful experience for our entire family!

We had such a great stay! The house was beautiful - gourmet kitchen that was so well stocked with better cooking gear than I have at home! (All Clad pots - every kind you need, Crate and Barrel plates - tons of them - perfect for a big group and more). There are two big rooms to hang out in, both with TVs and super comfortable sofas. The beds are comfortable, linens are great and plenty of them. Tons of towels and extra blankets. The basement is a kid's dream with Pacman, a fooseball table, Xbox and every streaming TV service you want. The location is great - a few minutes from Main street and less than 10 minutes to the resort. Mike was super responsive and attention during before and during our stay. Honestly, this is one of the best houses I've stayed at and we will definitely be back!

This is the first home I’ve rented that I would be another repeat! The home was absolutely amazing and met all our needs while staying there. Kitchen was well stocked, plenty of room and entertainment including games and hottubs. Anything and everything you needed while staying there was provided. Mike was a great host and communication was easy. Highly recommend this place!

Don’t second guess the photos or location, this house is beautifully appointed and close enough to town to go out but just far enough away to be tranquil. We’ve stayed in many homes in the Breck area and found this one to be excellent. The beds are all very comfortable with ample space for 4 adults and 5 HS/college aged kids. I’m an avid cook and the kitchen has everything for families with big or little kids. The on site bikes were a great addition, the coffee options were very cool, and the owners were incredibly helpful. The house description says they’ve taken from their own stays in other properties and it shows. Thank you Mike and Jill for sharing your home!

Our family gathered from 3 states to celebrate Christmas in July. This home was the perfect spot for all 12 of us. The owners have thought of every possible need and gone above and beyond to accommodate. We loved the hot tub and the location is absolutely perfect. You can walk to town but still get the feel of being in the mountains. Something this house provides that is unique to other vrbo places is the presence of spices, condiments, bath essentials, etc. This was very helpful. We loved it and hope to return!

Everything about this home is first-class. Very comfortable and spacious. Not lacking in anything with plenty of towels, fully stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, bikes, etc. Location is excellent, a short ride or walk to town. Owner communicated very well. Our family (15) agreed this is the best home we've rented and looking forward to a return trip.

After years of renting vacation properties, this was hands down our best experience all around. Mike and Jill were extremely communicative and responsive. The house is beautiful with the types of high quality touches and appliances you don't often find in a rental. It was also very well stocked. The owners took extra care to do things like stock an extra propane tank, provide charcoal for the charcoal grill, etc. - things you just never find. Finally, the location was perfect. You are just outside the hustle and bustle of downtown which provided the perfect balance of seclusion with the ease of being near town. We walked into town at least once a day. We will absolutely be making another trip to this property!

We were looking for a place for our family to meet up around Breckenridge for a few days and this house was everything we needed and much more! The location near Main Street was very convenient, it’s very spacious, clean and we couldn’t believe all the amenities that were included - we enjoyed the mountain bikes, hot tub, nice coffee machines, incredible kitchen, reliable & fast internet. The owner has thought of every possible detail to make this a great spot for guests and truly wanted us to enjoy the stay. Our stay was perfect in every way. We also really appreciated the owner allowing us to host an “event” at the house, which was a private chef coming to cook us a big dinner - the house was setup perfectly for this dinner of 20 people.

This was the 2nd time we stayed in this house but with different owners. The updates by the new owners are nice and the house is roomy and comfortable. We had 12 adults and one 11 year-old. The attention to small details is great such as the boot warmers and the extra refrigerator/freezer in the basement. The house is well stocked and very comfortable to stay in.

Our experience with was absolutely five stars and we would look forward to renting the same place again. Mike was extremely responsive and helpful, and was proactive and flexible about any questions or needs that we had. The place was wonderful and we'd love to come back next year.

My wife and I along with our three adult kids with some of their friends truly enjoyed our stay in Breckenridge. The house was clean, comfortable and had everything we could ask for to have a great vacation. The kids loved the hot tub after skiing, and my wife and I loved the proximity to town. Gorgeous, well appointed kitchen that we use a lot! There is just too much to say about this great property. We highly recommend it!

We loved staying at this lovely home in Breckenridge, CO for our family's Ski Trip! The house was extremely clean, the renovations made it oh, so lovely, all the appliances were high-end in great working condition, the hot tub was superb, the beds were so comfy & the owners provided every possible thoughtful home item - so we never felt like we were staying in a corporate rental, but a really cozy vacation home. The owner, Mike, was an absolute pleasure to deal with when we had a question or something came up. We couldn't recommend this place more highly! A perfect ski home if you want a quiet (but convenient!) 6 bedroom place in Breck! We loved it and I just hope by leaving this review I am not losing the opportunity to book it again! An amazing place to stay!

Spent a 5 Star Christmas holiday with family and friends in this beautiful home near Breckinridge village. Great location with convenience to slopes and downtown. The owner has thought of everything from an amazing kitchen with high end appliances to boot warmers! The home has an awesome floor plan for family gatherings and cozy corners for some alone time. We absolutely loved this home! The home was clean, spacious, and you can tell has been really well taken care of. We enjoyed all of the amenities of the home and loved that we could walk to Main Street each day. The owner was extremely helpful and made sure my family was happy with our experience and had everything we could need. My family plans to return to stay here again, hopefully in the very near future!
