Location good. Close to a supermarket, shops and cafes/restaurants near the seafront/harbour. Easy to walk to the bus station. Walking distance to the Roman Archaeological site. My room looked like it has had a recent refurb. The room was clean as was the bathroom. Soap/shampoo etc provided. There was extra bedding in the wardrobe. Plenty of storage space in wardrobes. Air conditioning unit good. Reasonable room size too. Reasonable array of cutlery/glasses/pans etc. Very good wifi connection.

It was NOT acceptable that I had to go to another hotel, beyond walking distance with luggage - (try walking that distance!) to pick up my keys because I arrived on a Sunday when reception is not open. Extra costs incurred through needing transport to get to sister hotel which is extra expense for me! It was also unclear which block I was staying in. Not happy that there was only one sheet between me and the mattress (and the previous guest) which is not hygienic. There should be a changeable mattress protector on the bed. Niggly things - kettle with european plug when all sockets are British plugs, hardly well thought out, had to boil water in pan. Could provide tea towels seeing as its meant to be self catering. Also should provide some cleaning materials, ie replacement bin liners, a sweeping brush, mop, washing up sponges etc, especially as there was no cleaning service for the duration of my stay. Extremely shallow shower tray so water went all over the floor when I took a shower and then the floor was slippery. Changing linen and towels only once in 7 days is very poor. Should be changed more like every 3 - 4 days. There is a TV but don't bother as its just standard programmes and the choice is very poor. Fortunately there is very good Wifi connection so didn't need TV. A lot of rubbish bins outside. Noisy when refuse collectors come but that is outside of the control of accomm providers to be fair.

Great location for sightseeing and restaurants. Views of the sea from both balconies.

best location and very beautiful view from the balcony, the room was nice and clean it was well equipped. staff was helpful and very nice people, honestly I would highly recommend this place.

I don’t know why they don’t show pictures of all the rooms because honestly they are so fine, and this can make people suspicious about the place in my opinion.

Location was excellent. 2 mins to promenade and restaurants and a large supermarket. Staff very responsive. They offered to move us but location was too far for us without a car

• Smell: stale smoke was terrible. Even with windows open, the smell lingered. The blinds were black with dirt. • Noise was bad! Windows were terrible quality. Could hear everything and major roadworks happening 6 days per week next to the bus terminal. • Beds not comfortable • No cleaning products provided for a 7 night stay, not even hand soap. But cleaners did come in once mid-stay.

Spacious and in the perfect location

Had an issue finding the property as there was no block number. One of the toilets didn’t flush and there was not even a broom to sweep the floor.
