The unit is in a great location with a gorgeous beach just across the road. Unfortunately, the windows facing the beach were very dirty and obscured the view. Although, the inside of the unit was fine it appeared that the balcony hadn't been cleaned in a long time including the outdoor furniture. Overall it was a lovely stay but could've been better.

What's not to love about this place? Lovely apartment, a modern kitchen, a balcony with BBQ, a spacious living room, separate laundry, a double garage - and most importantly: an uninterrupted beach view. The whole family loved this apartment and its proximity to the beach. What a great location.

Beautiful, clean and comfortable apartment with stunning view. Everytging you need at your fingertips. Terrific location for the beach and exploring. Quick drive to Anna, Salamander and Nelson Bay. So much to do. Didnt get everything ticked off our list so looks like we will need to return.

We enjoyed our February vacation so much that we booked again for the October long weekend. And again the apartment did not disappoint us. This time we took our Daughter, Son in-law ans Grandchildren. What a wonderful holiday. The Grandchildren had their own room which meant that afternoon nap time was good for them and also Pop! Well presented and spotlessly clean. Location couldn't be beaten!

We stayed at this lovely apartment on a wintery weekend. It is in a magical location away from shops and cafes, that are within easy driving distance. Whale watching was happening on the headland just across the beach. The apartment was equipped with everything we needed and we enjoyed looking at the dreamy view of the bay from the living area or while sipping coffees on the balcony. Communication with our host and access was made very easy, including a wide garage to house the car that you could drive straight into, only a few steps away from the apartment. The apartment does not have the usual rental “holiday house” vibe - more the quality that you would want to have in your own house.

Great location, right next to the beach. Well laid out apartment, the living area viewed the beach, which helped it to feel spacious during rainy days. Glenyss was lovely to deal with and was always quick to respond and super helpful

Comfortable property and Excellent location
This is nice and comfortable apartment. The location is excellent right before the Boat Harbor beach. The area quite and plenty of free car parking space in the street. All the famous attractions(Sand dunes, One mile beech, Toboggan park) and food are near by 5-10 min drive. The property is clean and well maintained. Easily reachable property manager and very friendly. We love this place and highly recommend to any one who wants to stay near beaches and quite location.

Relaxing getaway
Boat Harbour was a lovely place to relax. The apartment is exactly as promised, with a great view over the beach. We did not have the best weather, so spent most of our time indoors. Luckily the amenities made this enjoyable, with a good sized TV, comfortable beds and a kitchen that had everything we needed. Boat Harbour is close to good shops so it is easy to self cater. A great place to stay.

More then impressed with the location which is right on the beach. It worked a treat as I have young kids who travelled and the park right next door was a treat followed by the enclave beach. Glyness was great and quick to respond to general queries

Great apartment with a fantastic view and location
We've stayed in Boat Harbour at a number of places over the last 6 years. This was our second year in a row at The Outlook 2 and we will definitely be going back. Perfect location with the park and easy access to the beach which is generally kid friendly. The apartment has everything you need and it's very relaxing just chilling on the balcony enjoying the view. If you need bigger waves there are some great surf beaches within 5 minutes drive. Whilst Boat Harbour is very chilled and laid back the rest of Port Stephens is very accessible with a short drive if you need. Sussanna, who has greeted us both years for the keys and apartment handover, and Glenyss are very easy to deal with.

Excellent Quiet Stay
Superb location. Only a couple of hours drive from Sydney. Very clean and spacious three bed secure apartment with a large balcony. Everything you need is available in-house. Nice beaches close by. Also Anna Bay. Nelson Bay, Shoal Bay within a short drive or a cycle ride. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We sure will be back in summer.
