The place is very clean. It is close to shopping centers and Spanish Springs. The pools are wonderful. The owners are very receptive and respond timely to any question or situation. I would love to come back.

It’s very well located. It’s very close to Spanish Springs Town Center and also, Morse Blvd. takes you to two highways that connect to everything. It’s very easy to get to all necessary stores for supplies! I highly recommend!

Our family stayed here for 6 weeks. The house is great, exactly as pictured! Extremely clean! The golf cart was so fun and made getting around the Villages easy. I would highly recommend!

We liked that this property was close to both Spanish Springs and Sumter Landing. We were looking for the rental to include a golf cart...thank you for making one available to get around! The kitchen had everything you needed, coffee maker, toaster, etc. The bathroom had towels and soap in the shower. We met a few neighbors, and they offered suggestions to find the closest pool. We had a very nice time in The Villages!!

Vicki and Scott were excellent with communications. Vicki answered all of our initial questions quickly and assisted to setup our Villages guest ID’s. We had a couple of requests after arrival and Vicki/Scott was very responsive. Great location to Spanish Springs. Walked each morning 1.1 mile to village center. Only advice is keep your auto in the garage, squirrels like to get in engine compartment for warmth. Home was equipped with most of what you would need.

This is the second time we have stayed at this property. The owners are wonderful. They care about our needs and are quick to respond when we have a question . They don’t just care about the house but also made sure we were safe during the stormy weather .

We stayed 2 weeks in the villages , this house was perfect! The location was awesome , so close to everything!! just 5 mins from Spanish springs town square and 10 mins to Sumter landing in golf cart, so many golf course to choose right at your doorstep.....don’t hesitate to book this place you won’t be disappointed.

Snowbirds in the Villages
The property was exactly how it's described. It was very clean and had everything we needed for our 3 months stay. The golf cart ran well, and the location is excellent. Only a few minutes golf cart ride to shopping, restaurants, and golf. The neighbors were very friendly and fun. The hosts were close to the property and responded quickly to any of our questions. I would definitely rent this property again.

Awesome golf vacation
My wife is a short 9 hole golfer and I wanted to play golf every day we just about did plus we played with my parents had the best time. The house was perfect for what we needed. Hoping to stay again in the near future

The property owner, Vicki, is very responsive and even checks to make sure everything is going well.
The house has recently been updated and had everything we needed. It is centrally located and an easy golf cart ride to Spanish Springs, grocery stores, pools and Sumpters landing. We are not golfers, but there were several nearby.
I would highly recommend staying here.

Property was as advertised! Property manager was extremely helpful and accommodating, responded promptly to any questions. This property was located conveniently near both Spanish Springs and Sumter Landing and very accessible via the provided golf cart! Comfortable bed and clean accommodations! Thanks for having us!

We loved this property. We actually ended up buying our forever home while there. The location was excellent for quick trips to the store in Spanish Springs. The golf cart provided was great. Overall great time!

Great Amenities
This is a great 2/2 home. It's open and airy. Has a garage, gas grill, reclining chairs, 3 TVs and even a golf cart. The kitchen is well supplied and it's pet friendly. The owners responded quickly to our questions. They were helpful and friendly. We stayed 16 nights and if we come back to the area will plan to stay here again.
