We enjoyed our stay. Krystal was quick to respond and the house was perfect for our family. We loved the beach and the island pool.

This is our second time to rent the house. We love the house, lake view and the hosts. The house is spacious and has plenty of beds. The private deck to the lake is amazing. It was raining all the days this time until the day we leave. Rob is so nice to let us stay longer on the last day, we are much appreciated. We will come back again.

The owners were easy to work with and responsive to our messages. The view and lake access were amazing and just what we were looking for.

The place was very spacious with plenty of bedrooms for everyone to sleep comfortably. The house was well equipped, especially the kitchen. The Location of the 2 1/2 baths were great. The only negative I can say, and this has zero to do with the owner/renter, was my husband didn’t get there until after 5pm on Friday night and it was a nightmare getting the gate key at the Welcome Center!

Stayed here with 4 moms and 7 kids. Plenty of sleeping spaces but beds were firm (futon like) and fairly uncomfortable. Kitchen was small but well-stocked and functional. Drive was farther than we liked to JFBB but we knew this going in. Separate play space (basement) for the kids would have been nice. Tons of fees for the owners then additional for the Arrowhead Lake community. Plan on an extra $100-$150 after you’ve booked. Overall not bad. It did the job.

It worked out great and we were so happy we were able to find such a great place- fully stocked, safe in a community, and just a very cozy home on the lake. Very kid friendly with toys and bunk beds It made our holiday vacation perfect!Highly recommend.

We had a great time and this house was perfect for us. The dock was great and the view was amazing. We were able to do some kayaking and fishing right off the dock. The house was spacious and comfortable and in great shape. Each bedroom had several beds which made it perfect for us as multiple families staying together to each get a room and have all the kids get their own beds. The playground being basically next door was key with the young kids. The owners were available and responsive and great to rent from. Definitely recommend!

The house has plenty of beds, can easily accommodate 12+ people. Backyard has dock to the lake. There are also paddle boat, kayak, rubber boat and a large floaty boat. The community is quiet and beautiful. We hope to come back again.

We went up for a nice little weekend getaway with our families. House was great location right on lake with dock. We were able to kayak and do some fishing. Kids had a blast; house was well stocked. Definitely recommend for families looking for a nice stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Krystal and Rob’s lake house. Lake is beautiful, private dock is fantastic, and kids loved all the options for floaties and boats/rafts. There was even a beach wagon already loaded up with 2 chairs and tons of sand toys. It’s a 30 second walk to beach 4 and playground. House was very clean and thoughtfully set up to accommodate a wide range of needs. As a family with young children (4 and almost 2), it was great to have many different options for sleeping arrangements (for younger child, options were pack n play, toddler bed in upstairs room, even could have gotten away with trundle bed in the play room with bunk beds). Very convenient to have the play room with a door to contain kids, complete with toys, games, and smart TV—and right off the kitchen too. Kitchen very serviceable and well stocked. Nice deck and fire pit—we made s’mores one night. Rob and Krystal were organized and easy to deal with. Hope to be back next year!

We had an amazing time at this property. The house is situated right on the lake with an amazing view of the lake from the deck (and bedrooms). We were able to sit on the dock, swim right from the property or use the available equipment provided. One of the sandy beaches was on the other side of the house next door which was so convenient as you didn't have to drive. Owner's were very quick with responses to any questions we had. We had a great time and would stay again.

Had an awesome stay here Labor Day week. Private dock with tons of floats to take out on the lake. Great swimming and fishing! Caught some bass and catfish while we were here. Very active community! The owners were great to deal with. Very helpful during the entire process and had great communication. House was very clean and spacious. Slept everyone comfortably and enough parking for everyone as well. Saving this property because we will 100% be back.

This lakefront property is in the perfect location and has everything you could need! The house itself was clean and had plenty of areas to sleep. The yard is spacious and offers a lovely firepit. The beds were comfortable and provided plenty of space for our group of 10. Our favorite aspects of this property were the direct private lake access, dock, and numerous rafts and inner tubes. The check-in process was a bit lengthy, but that comes with being in a gated community. The hosts were VERY accommodating and were a pleasure to rent from. They went above and beyond to make sure our weekend at the Poconos was a success and replied very quickly to any questions or concerns. I would recommend this house to anyone looking for a relaxing lake getaway! And a bonus, the neighbors were also delightful.

Great house! Communication with the owner was excellent throughout, and the checkin process was relatively easy. The house was clean and a lot of extra stuff was provided (boats, fire pit, blender, grill, etc.), and the community was really nice. We didn’t use any of the community amenities but it was nice that they were an option. Beds were comfortable and everything was really clean. House is also located near a lot of stuff in the Poconos, especially a great butcher shop (appropriately named The Butcher Shoppe, careful though, the hot sausage really is hot). Krystal and her husband were quick to communicate and very helpful. Really can’t say enough about the house, my friends and I would definitely return!
