The house was very clean, and well maintained. It is in a nice quite neighborhood.

The property was in a private neighborhood with a great deck and perfect layout. It was clean and the communication between the owner and myself was excellent. Beds were comfortable and loved the coffee that was available.

Many things to enjoy here but our favorite was the large windows all along the back of the house affording gorgeous views of the forest. Very comfortable and private on a quiet street. You will love it !

3 of us stayed here for 7 nights while participating in a golf outing with some friends from different parts of the country. It was perfect. The home is extremely nice, well located, and all communication was fast and friendly. Check in was no problem at all. We plan to stay here again next year!

Wonderful property with excellent access to Bella Vista, Bentonville, LakePoint Activity Center and Golf. We visited Crystal Bridges ... also both Bentonville Square and LakePoint restaurants. Recommended.

Overall is was a positive experience. We were expected to start the dishwasher when we left however we ran the dishwasher 2 days before and realized later there was only 1 pod so we had to run out and purchase dishwasher soap to run it as we left to avoid any penalties. Also pulling sheets and all bedding off the beds seems like something the cleaning fee should have been responsible for. Thanks

We loved it. Maybe the kitchen was a little lightly stocked in terms of pots and pans, but only maybe.

Everything was easy and made our trip from Nebraska to Arkansas to see spring trees in bloom, very enjoyable. Enjoyed the Bella Vista area.

We loved the property! It was sparkling clean, lots of floor to ceiling windows in the back of the house overlooking a wooded hill. the kitchen had every utensil we needed to fix Thanksgiving dinner. The TV apps were amazing. Novice mistake: I thought the amenities provided would include bath soap, shampoo & conditioner - as you would expect in a hotel. I hope this helps other newbies. The property was close to Bentonville Square, Crystal Bridges Museum and the Mildred B. Cooper Memorial Chapel, to name just a few attractions. We really loved the property and hope to go back.. Oh yes, try Allen's Food Store in Bella Vista - staff was so friendly and eager to help. And it's close to the property.

This home is beautifully decorated sitting nestled between a scenic forest backdrop. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans and appliances and the family room has great seating with a big screen to cheer your favorite football team on!

There were no hand towels in the kitchen. Interior could definitely use a painting job.

This property was excellent. The house is in a great neighborhood and the property owner communicated frequently. Home has everything you need for a short or extended stay.

The neighborhood was friendly, location convenient for getting around by car. Difficult bike trail nearby which for us was a good walking trail with little traffic. We blocked the stair opening to keep our dog from going down to the back yard when we were on the deck. Enjoyed or stay.

We had a great time at this very nice property. The beds were quite comfortable and the arrangement of the house was great for our guests. We are going back in November!!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The house was clean and check in was easy. I would say that they are a bit strict when it comes to the rules of the house. If you are going to have any guests visiting you, you have to check in with the owner first and some of the instructions were a bit confusing. There was a fee if you put trash in the black trash bin but the only two trash bins were outside and said trash. Both also had trash in them when we arrived so we were not sure what trash bin she was talking about. The other rule was to remove your shoes at the door but when you are trying to leave the house, you have to open the garage door, pull the car out, close it, and then go out the front door and lock it. To do all of this with no shoes on until I left out the front door was frustrating when trying to leave the house. A garage door opener would have made this process much easier for us. Overall everything ran smoothly and the owner was friendly.

This property has everything and is very clean! We especially loved the layout. It was perfect for us but a little further away from Bentonville than we realized.

The house was perfect for our group and had plenty of room for people to spread out some. Everything was clean when we showed up and the location was close to the friends we were visiting. Will definitely keep this location in mind for future visits.
