Clean, quiet and safe location.

Could hear some noise from the nearby tollway, but once we went to sleep, it wasn't an issue.

Everything! From the staff that greeted us upon arrival to our checkout and departure, this was by far the best hotel stat we’ve had in more than a year. Friendly, accommodating, clean and comfortable. The full breakfast was delicious as well. We were very pleased with our stay.

The main entry door was not clear.

The receptionist was unprofessional and awfully rude! We were in Dallas for my son’s surgery and radiation treatments. The receptionist refused both my credit union bank card and my credit karma bank card. She said that she only took major banks like Bank of America or major credit cards and that without one of those that me and my son (visibly covered in bandages) would have to leave the property. We ended up staying in a MUCH better facility with an indoor pool, better location, professional staff, and top quality amenities!

THE BREAKFAST WAS GOOD! THE LOCATION WAS AWESOME. I LIKE THAT THE PARKING LOT WAS WELL LIT.

I never got to stay at the hotel the older black male that was the receptionist was very rude to me I came in he didn’t greet me or tell me he will be with me in a few minutes, once he did come to check me when he ask me to put in my card he immediately responded rudely to me that the hotel doesn’t accept prepaid cards he didn’t let me slide my card at all and then proceeded to call me out on the type of card I had ,I left and parked and book me and my kids another hotel by the same name but had to drive 30 mins to get there and when I went in they treated me with respect and guess what I use the same card and was booked a room . Please do somthing about your night receptionist because he was rude

Das Frühstück besteht aus Rührei, Toast, Bagel, Englisch Muffins, Müsli, Joghurt, Oatmeal, Waffeln und hart gekochten Eiern. Neben Kaffee gibt es auch Tee.

Es gab nur plain Bagel- mehr Auswahl wäre toll. Diese sind mit Butter und Co auch lecker ;)
