The building was open and bright with natural light. Room was well planned and I loved the attention to detail of whom may be staying. Hooks next to the shower for towels, sliding doors, sockets next to the beds and large windows again making the rooms blight and inviting.

The only issue I had was breakfast. Sometimes the items were not out in time for customers. Certain items were not replaced when it ran out. I can’t say it was the fault of the hotel as I saw a couple of inconsiderate customers taking a plate load of croissants which means it was not available for others. These people were only taking them to use for the rest of the day! Plates were not cleared during the day. I saw a couple of the male staff members look over but then look away to save them from cleaning it up. As a whole staff was amazing but these individuals do drag down the image and reputation of your hotel. I can safely say Marcella is a massive asset to your team. She went above and beyond to help. Extremely helpful and pleasant.

Wifi in reception was good. Most of the staff were friendly. Lounge was very spacious and well maintained.

Reception staff did not explain any of the facilities when I arrived. Very limited veg or vegan breakfast. Mushrooms ran out, no veg sausage or bacon. Not enough staff avail To refill supplies. Wifi in bedroom was very poor.

The property was lovely and breakfast was also lovely. The room was nice and cosy. Big enough for two.

By the bar there is a 24/7 menu advertised however on arrival we were told we couldn’t have food as they were no longer serving and we had to order a takeaway and wait 40 minutes. While waiting we had a lovely drink. When we arrived back to the hotel on the second night after a long day we were told they were no longer serving alcohol, this is different from what has been advertised and what we had received from other Hilton’s we have stayed at.

Room was lovely, I liked the laminate flooring rather than dirty carpets. The toiletries in the bathroom where of good quality. Decoration was modern and pleasing to the eye.

No mattress protector or pillow protectors. The mattress was marked.

Kaffee schmeckt einigermaßen gut aus der Maschine. Lage nicht so schlecht. Viele Parkplätze und kostenlos. Lademöglichkeit der elektrischen Fahrzeuge.

Das erste Zimmer war nicht gut gereinigt worden. Schlechte Luft im Zimmer, Bett nicht frisch überzogen und eine Wasserflasche geöffnet mitten im Badezimmer. Dieses habe ich dann gewechselt und sogleich auch ein neues bekommen, das gereinigt war. Das Frühstück stimmt nicht meine Zufriedenheit. Croissant schmecken nicht besonders, das Obst kommt aus verpackten Einheiten, Eier und auch Würste und weiteres Zubehör liegt zu lange und schmeckt deshalb auch nicht. Auch gibt es am Buffet öfters keine Eier und weiteres, sodass man darauf warten muss. Marmelade wurde gewechselt zu verpackten, die auch nicht umweltfreundlich sind. Früher war Marmelade offen in Gläsern.

The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are good and the tv is fantastic

The food was bland and my order was supposed to come with chips but I was given onion rings as a replacement without even asking or being offered an alternative, the pie was cold and hard, after complaining I was offered a curry which turned out to be no better than a microwave meal, definitely not worth what I paid for.

They say 24hour food but their was no food when I asked also it was freezing the heater wouldn’t turn on and go passed 23 degrees me and my girlfriend were both frozen and woke up very ill. Also you didn’t state about a cash deposit and when I arrived they wanted £100 deposit which has never happened to me before when I have ever booked before, I was ill in the morning I just wanted to go home but I had to wait 30minutes for someone to check the room and get my deposit

The room and bathroom were of the expected quality. The room was quiet at night

The breakfast was the worst I have ever had (and that includes English breakfast on French Ferries). the breakfast started at 06.00. When we arrived for breakfast at 09.00 the English breakfast looked like it had been sitting there on the hot plates since 06.00. The few remaining croissants were soft, The coffee was good.
