We had a wonderful stay over Memorial Day. The property is as advertised and I cannot emphasize enough how communicative the owner is. We had a minor issue with the Lake Club passes (first weekend of the season) and the owners had it resolved within 5 minutes of me calling them. There is also a great owner-created online site with detailed instructions for everything about the home and community. There were two families of 4 in our group and the layout of the townhome was perfect for that with two separate areas with bedrooms. The hot tub was nice. The living areas were generally nice - not the most updated furniture/furnishings, but certainly adequate. The kitchen was well stocked with plates, utensils and cookware. Beds were comfortable. The unit was generally clean - though there are a few opportunities for a thorough deep clean for things like baseboards (many were very dusty), shower tile grout, tracks of the sliding doors, under glass top table edges in kitchen. Overall though this was a nice rental experience and we were happy with our stay. Would definitely recommend to others.

We loved this property. It is as is advertised. Clean, lots of bedrooms on 3 levels, room to spread out, had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again. Big windows that let in lots of light. Great hot tub. I can't say enough.

Awesome family getaway. Seconds away from Big Boulder, WiFi was amazing was able to work along my kids on tablets, streaming TV and phones while all connected to Wifi. Sharon the owner was extremely quick to respond to any questions we had. Very clean and well kept home. Highly recommend this place we will definitely be returning ourselves. Hot tub was awesome.

I can't say enough good things about this spot. Centrally located in the Poconos so serves as a great jumping off point for all of the activities you may want to do. Rooms are on 3 stories so worked well for everyone in our group to have their own space. Hot tub in the fall was heaven. Sharon's communication was fantastic and check in/out was easy with the door code and the online guide. Will definitely be coming back--great house.

Very nice place. Communicative owners who responded quickly to minor questions/issues. In fact, owner spent hours making a hot tub repair so we could use the spa. Well stocked kitchen. Bedrooms on three floors and 4 BR's were plenty for our 6 adult, 3 small children group. Would be glad to rent this condo again.

My family and I booked this trip to be able to meet up in a comfortable location. A place that had good amenities, big enough for us to cook and enjoy some family time. My favorite part of the accommodations was that our host labeled all light switches and remotes so no one had to break their heads figuring out those small things. The host was also very responsive and the house was clean, definitely above our standards. I felt at home. If you are looking for a big enough place for your family and some extended family this is a great choice. I would definitely stay here again in the future.

Sharon is an excellent host! She was very responsive to all our questions and the up-to-date amenities are well laid out with clear instructions. The entire unit is immaculate (and we have VERY high standards)! Everything was in working order and the hot tub totally melted the stress away! We would DEFINITELY stay here again!

This is the second time we have rented this property for a girls weekend and had another good experience. The house met all of our space needs and was clean and comfortable. The gas fireplace made it very cozy. The location is great and enjoyed dinner at Boulder View Tavern again this year. The owner was easy to work with and very responsive. The new addition to the house this year was the hot tub. Unfortunately we did not get to use it. If the water level is too low, it won't heat up all the way. We waited and waited and waited for it to reach the prime temp. We just inquired too late into the weekend about how to fix it and never ended up using it. The owner was extremely responsive and helpful. So I recommend checking the water level upon arrival so that you have time to and take care of it and enjoy the tub. We would stay in this property again for sure.

We stayed in the house with friends and it was great. The kitchen had everything we needed, everything was clean and spacious and the hot tub was great. Having the game room in the basement was a great way to let the kids hang out while the adults were upstairs. We’ll definitely be back!!!

We had 8 adults and kids. Easily got settled in different rooms, with enough space for adults and kids to do their own thing. Very nice neighborhood, feels very safe. The game room kept the kids busy and nothing like the hot tub at the end of the day. Very clean with everything in place. Sharon is amazingly responsive and ensured everything was in place. Will absolutely stay there again in the future! Enjoy.

Our family had a very relaxing and enjoyable time. The house is big enough to spread out and have some quiet time for yourself. Having 2 year olds nap time was a must and distancing from them was easy. The kitchen has everthing you need. The owner is very quick to respond and very nice. Would highly recommend this property.

We had a lovely time at your property overall! The only down side is that the house could have been cleaner. We had to sweep and clean the deck which had animal feces and a very dirty table. The front entrance was also very disgusting.

We had a great stay in the Poconos, the location of the rental was within minutes of all the main attractions. Big Boulder lake club was a 4 minute drive and about 20 minutes from white water rafting in Jim Thorpe. If you’re in town stop by Molly Maguires for a quick bite and tour of the town. Piggy’s restaurant down the street is an excellent breakfast spot, we’ll worth the wait. The townhouse has a lot of space for multiple guests, although we didn’t utilize any of the outdoor features. The checkin process was super easy, and the house was stocked with plenty of cooking, eating and cleaning utensils. Everyone had a great time!

The property was everything we expected. It was clean and inviting with nice touches to make the home relaxing. We visited near end of season, but squeezed in a day of tubing at nearby Camelback resort. Comfortable furniture and beds were a cozy welcome after a long day of play. The online guide to property was a great reference and any remaining questions (very few) were promptly answered by Sharon. This is definitely a 5-star property. My family loved it!

Sharon went way above and beyond for us to make this a fabulous weekend and I am so thrilled with how everything went. The house was much cleaner and nicer than other pocono rentals we have stayed in. Plenty of beds (and high-quality beds at that), and great space to hang out in the living room, kitchen, basement rec-room and the hot tub!!! Was so great to hop in the hot tub after snowboarding. The location was the coolest for what we were doing. Took us 45-60 seconds to get to the ski-lodge. This was great for me as I was shuttling kids to lessons left and right. Big Boulder is super fun and really fits the bill for us (intermediate snowboarders. I can handle more expert terrain but BB provided plenty of fun for me! Kids loved it). We all kept commenting on how the condo hit the mark so well for us and how relaxing the weekend was! Can't wait to come back and stay again. We are definitely going to do a repeat!
