We really enjoyed staying at your cabin this past year. It was a great space for us while we were on a retreat.

First time staying at Cold Springs, it’s only a couple more minutes to Strawberry, nice neighborhood, cabin was very comfortable for me and my family, we enjoyed the game room!

The cabin was exactly as described in the pics. Me and my friends stayed here for Christmas and enjoyed the stay. The kids loved the game room. There is enough space for everyone to have fun.

We definitely enjoyed our time there even tho the power went out during the snow storm there was plenty of things to do and enjoy. Highly recommend this place for a nice getaway

The cabin was very cozy and clean a few kids forgot their tooth brush it was awesome that we didn't need to make a run to the store Mai had tooth brushes instock thank you we enjoyed our stay

The cabin was really clean and comfortable. The location is perfect for a getaway with family but not far from Pinecreast and other acrivities. The cabin was nicely fill up with any necessary items that’s we might have forget. Perfect for family get together.

The cabin was a lot of fun, host is very accommodating There were plenty of supplies, towels, tp, and even some extras in pantry if we forgot something We had to message a couple of times with questions and she was very quick to respond. The family area is great, for card games, and meals. and the deck was nice as well. wifi is spotty. but hey we got to play a lot of games.

This is a very well-equipped cabin in so many detailed ways. We were pleasantly surprised to even find beach chairs for the lake! Guests should not count on a strong wi-fi connection, however, but phone service was great. I was also impressed when I received immediate communication (by text) from the owner when the power went out in the area. I would highly recommend the Big Red Cabin to others!

We really enjoyed the stay.

The stay was wonderful it was a lot nicer inside than the pictures. I was very pleasantly surprised by how cozy and homey the cabin felt. It definitely was a nice add on to have that game room. We only played once but we all felt like children. With the games we grew up playing. Would definitely stay there again! The communication with Mai was great, straightforward and polite. Overall a memorable experience

This cabin was pretty awesome and great for a family! Lots of room & fully stocked. It was nice to have items in the “ extra” cabinets full of items you might have forgotten. Nice touch. Great games and movie selection. The power went out but it was nice because there were lanterns and flashlights to use.

We were very happy with our stay at the Big Red Cabin! Easy parking, clean and welcoming. Fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer. Comfortable temperature on all levels. Fun kid/game area. Plenty of room to spread out with 4 teenagers. Area right outside the cabin for snow play. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely be back. Thanks!

We had an amazing experience. The cabin was perfect for a family. The cabin was extremely clean, full of all necessities and with directions/information in every room. The owners really made sure to do everything possible to make your stay the best it could be. Definitely recommend this location.

This was our first Vrbo rental and it was a great experience except where something was broken already and the host charge me for it

This cabin is well maintained and well equipped. It truly is able to comfortably sleep 14 people with 3 levels to spread out. The game room is a blast for all ages and the gas fireplace is easy to use and warms the entire cabin, even in extreme weather conditions. We will definitely return !

We appreciated the toiletry, overall supplies and pantry items and spices that were left for us to use. The Kurig was nice too. Plenty of towels and blankets were a plus for our large family. Loved the gas fire place and game room. The not so great side was that the bunk beds are spring mattresses and the sofas are too firm to relax on. Also, the outside area is too steep for the kids to sled on. Overall, it was a very nice stay and we sincerely appreciated the Christmas tree and decor.

Overall its a really nice place. This is not our first time renting a cabin, but there could be some improvements. Like a book with instructions on using the fireplace, TV and so in. Had to figure these things out ourselves. All adults did not really care for the beds, just way to hard. Maybe need some mattress comfort pads or whatever there called, sorry. With me having a bad back the bed was not pleasant at all. Like I said overall it is most likely the cleanest cabin overall we have ever stayed at. Oh yes. one other thing, the toilet on the main floor is very low and with nothing to hang on to when sitting down and getting up was not very pleasant for some of us. These are just suggestions. Now I would rent this cabin again. Thanks Ron...

Our extended family all stayed at the big red barn and had a lovely stay. The kids loved the game room and the kitchen was well equipped and organized to manage all meals here between trips to Pinecrest. The only 2 things that were a bit of a bummer were the yellow jackets that were always around the deck so we couldn’t really enjoy that space. 2 of our younger kids were bit and it was so painful for them. We purchased a yellow jacket trap but more will need to be hung to reduce the amount on the deck so it can be enjoyed. The other thing was the wifi didn’t work, which isn’t a bad thing if you want to fully unplug, but we had family that had some work to do and had to drive to town to get service. Other than those minor things, we had a lovely stay and will likely be back again.

The cabin was amazing. On our trip two families went and we had plenty of space. There was a variety of games and the kids really loved the game room. The cabin was even better than the pictures. It was really clean and we had no problems throughout our trip. Will definitely stay again!

We used 7/8-7/10 as our Christmas 2020 celebration. We were not able to have holidays last year because of Covid, soooo... This cabin was our family time together. We had 3 couples and 5 teenagers. We slept on the top floor the kids stayed in the game room / basement & they had a ball & we could not hear a thing. This cabin is so well equipped all we needed was our food & clothing. It was record breaking heat but there were fans in every room & the fans were on non-stop. The cabin was clean & smelled fresh. There are 2Bedrooms on 3rd floor & 2 bedrooms on main floor. Basement has double bunk beds and room for sleeping bags if needed. I highly recommend this cabin & hope to stay again next year.

We had a very nice stay in this beautiful cabin in Cold Springs. The cabin is large, comfortable and very well maintained. It was nicely stocked with supplies, pantry items, and fans for the summer. The beds are very comfortable. The lower floor game room was great for spending the warm afternoons during a heat wave after coming back from the lake. The location is excellent, just a short drive to Pinecrest Lake. The owner is super responsive to communications. Highly recommended.

The location was great, close to the highway but not so close as to hear traffic, plenty of room for the whole gang of 12. The basement play room was especially good for the kids and adults. With a bit of shuffling and adding a second table and chairs we brought with us all 12 were able to sit down for breakfast and dinner. The only negative comments are that no reasonable WIFI/ cell coverage especially as most of us had AT&T so 2 Verizon customers had some signals. The cell tower across the highway apparently has not been commissioned and has been there for 2 years according to a person that lent me his phone when I had to contact my daughter. The recycling was an issue as the cardboard was already almost 1/2 full and we were asked to save room for the next renters?? The plastic recycling bin had garbage in it so had to sort that out before we could use it Otherwise we had a great time and weather was nice.

Great cabin. Love the game room! One of my favorite cabins to stay at, definitely recommend.

Very clean and cozy. Check in was a breeze.. Cabin is spacious, well maintained, and stocked with all the essentials. There is even little extras in case you forgot something like pantry items and toiletries. Any communication with the property owner was responded to fast. Can’t wait to book again in the near future!
