Home was exactly what we were looking for. Comfortably slept 6, 4 adults and 2 kids. Sits right on the river, so fishing was easy. We brought our boat and there was plenty of room in driveway for boat, trailer, truck, and 2 large SUVs. Home was equipped with all your kitchen basics, and beds were comfortable. I may have missed these in the pictures, but there were two couches that we weren’t expecting, so there was plenty of space to lounge and relax after a day on the water. Boat ramp was SUPER easy to get to, so while the dock is no longer there (due to storm damage), we had no issues taking the boat in and out at the ramp (about 1.2 miles away). Entrance to beach was also a short 2 mile drive. Publix about 1 mile away. Again, all very convenient. The Cuban restaurant at the corner was also a hit! Cafe Con Leche=😋 we would absolutely stay again! Thanks, Cori!!

Great stay overall with very responsive owners. Loved the Cuban cafe nearby and the beach! We needed a place for our puppy and the yard made her very happy. Thank you so much for having us!!

The home was very clean, location near Daytona Speedway with many restaurant options nearby.

This trip was great. George and Cori were super responsive. We loved the property. When you walk in the front door - you get an amazing view of the river. As a family, we had the best time and were super comfortable in the house. The location is great with a small latin cafe within walking distance that had great menu options. The house was super clean and had enough space for all of us to spread out and enjoy relaxing evenings. We can't wait to go again next year!

We rented this property for the Biketoberfest weekend. It was fairly priced and reasonably close to the Biketoberfest activities. The property is located on the Halifax river. I enjoyed spending the early mornings and late evenings fishing off of the seawall. Parking was important to us. There is covered parking for three bikes. The concrete driveway is very large and can easily accommodate three trucks and trailers. The host was outstanding. He replied promptly when I sent him a message. The house was clean and comfortable. We had no issues. Highly recommend and would definitely rent from again.

This is the perfect pet friendly Vrbo! We had family staying in a hotel at the beach only 10 minutes away so this was perfect for us with our dog. Cafe con Leche has a walk up window with amazing breakfast burritos right down the road. The house is well kept with everything we needed.

The property has a beautiful view of the intercoastal waterway. Only a few miles from Daytona attractions. Easy communication with property manager. Easy check in and check out procedures.

Great little spot back in a really quiet neighborhood! House was clean with plenty of parking in the driveway!

Visited Daytona for the Turkey Rod Run and a nice getaway from life. This property delivered. They provided all the essentials; the house was clean, comfortable and spacious. Will most definitely return.

The view was amazing. We saw dolphins, and my children loved fishing off the private dock. The last evening we stayed, we saw an enormous rainbow over the river. There are great restaurants and grocery stores nearby, so the location was perfect. We all agreed we'd love to come back one day! The only suggestion I'd make would be to have a few board games and children's books for the younger guests. The faux fruit in the big bowl on the coffee table was very entertaining for my little ones though! Thank you for a great weekend getaway!

Family weekend gathering on the water in South Daytona. Home is small but well set up and easy to get to. Host was easy to communicate with and was able to extend our checkout time by 2 hours. Really a lovely place that we’d go back to again. Only suggestion would be to have a BBQ as we could smell people enjoying outdoor cooking all around and we would have joined in the fun too.

The only comment is that it would be nice to have a handle bar in the shower to help elderly or people that need extra support. It would be a plus to have board games for entertainment.

The property is well maintained, clean, and the property manager was easily accessible for any questions.The location was great for us as we have friend in Ponce Inlet....would have been great to use the dock for a boat.Enjoyed the sunrises very much and saw dolphins during our stay.

Great property, I took my 12,14,16 year olds plus an extra 13 year old and everyone loved it. Great views! Got to see dolphins swim by, a Manatee swam almost right up to the sea wall! Kids did some fishing and caught a shark, catfish and some crabs!

What a great home! Kitchen stocked well to cook, clean and a fabulous view. One red drum caught! I would highly recommend the home for a family who wants to be on the water without all the noise! Beach is less than 10 minutes. Host were fabulous. Will be back.

Would not attempt to shower if you are tall. The bigger bathroom was perfect. Washer and dryer worked great. Yard was clean, beautiful sunrise over the river. Seashells on the seawall bottom! I would recommend to bring a pop up tent if you plan to spend a lot of time outside, as there is no covered area in the back yard. It faces east, so in the evening you'd have some shade from the house. Neighborhood seemed quiet, no problems there. Owner was in contact before, during, and after our stay. Overall great experience. What a fantastic stay. The property was spotless and the view of Daytona Beach was fantastic. We were there for NYE and saw fireworks all up and down the Beach from our house. Our 14 year old son even got some fishing done from the dock out back. We will be back when in in Daytona again.
