the location is great; just off I4 in Sanford Fl.

seems to have long term tenants, cockroaches, no daily housekeeping, have to pay for pots and pans if needed, internet is partly free and unstable.

The staff was very nice the place was clean

There were a lot of people staying here with dogs one of the dogs tried to attack my 5 year old outside when we were getting out of the car im surprised customers were allowed to have pit bulls here as they are know to be visious dogs. Another thing is I was unable to get sleep because are the big dog in the room next to me barking all night long it was terrible and this was every night I think dogs over a certain weight and certain breeds shouldn't be allowed in hotel especially for the safety of kids.

We wound up leaving

When we got to the room the bathrooms were not clean, blood on floor, pubic hair all over the toilet and in the shower, blood on bed sheets, floors not swept. We switched rooms just for the new one to have stains all over the sheets, cigarette burns, and candy smashed into the floor. No one even asked why we wanted to switch rooms and never asked why we wanted a refund. Very poor experience. Would not recommend.

The hall we were on always smelled bad. the first day, it seemed like failed attempts to cover a marijuana odor. the room had its own bad smell, especially the pillows. we came back in for our last night to discover roaches in the “kitchen” sink and bathroom. the non-carpeted floors hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. fixtures were rusted, shower head sprayed in wild directions until we cleaned it ourselves. and the pillows were far too flat.

Nothing. Dogs barking and people banging on the walls. It's a madhouse.

The facility is filthy. The room was filthy. We bought a mop to clean the floor in our room. The lobby, elevator, and hallways smelled like weed all except our very last night. They make you pay for fresh towels, pay for wifi, pay for maid service, and it's all so dirty it would clearly be a waste of money. It felt like a flop house that happens to snag unwary travelers.

Was suppose to be a non smoking room and the room smelled like cigarettes bad! No dishes in the kitchenette, people screaming at 1 in the morning.

Location was excellent right off I-4 behind the WAWA on RT46. Easy in and out

Room was dirty, floor was sticky and had dirt and waste in the corners, bathtub had not been cleaned. They did not provide shampoo and conditioner as advertised - when asking the front desk they reported they had run out and had not been resupplied yet. They gave us two bath towels and two wash clothes. When I asked for some extra and some hand towels, I was informed they charge extra. They do not clean the room during you stay unless you pay extra. There was no tissue paper. The room had a terrible odor - damp, musty, bug spray mix. We couldn't put our fingers on the smell but it was overpowering at times. I suspect it was coming from the A/C unit or behind the refrigerator. We used a whole bottle of air freshener during our 4 days trying to mask the smell. The beds were very uncomfortable. The shower head had low pressure and many of the holes were closed with hard water deposits. Staff was ok but not friendly nor helpful at all. There were people coming and going through the rear door doing laundry constantly, even late at night. I would not recommend anyone stay at this hotel.

I booked this for one price then when I got here they said there was no booking and charged me $100 more than I booked it for. What a crooked way to do business

The awful smell in the hallway, dirty carpets, the elevator out of order, no iron in the room, no toiletries, floors were dirty inside the room, microwave in room disgusting, bed sheets stained and dirty not enough towels. Dogs all over 25 pounds loud and barking. People hanging out inside & outside all around the hotel drinking and smoking not safe at all. Having a disabled child and not being able to use the elevator was a huge inconvenience should have been notified of the outage to try and obtain another alternative have to trace l upstairs to the second floor.

The female on the desk at checkout should be immediately dismissed. She's potentially of bigot type persona, not finding all guest worthy of respect.

Bed sheets were not clean had hair and stains, bathroom and the floors are dirty in the room( poor housekeeping) bad odor in the room. The elevator was never vacuum or cleaned. Bath towels are old. Do not recommend this hotel to anyone

As soon as I walked in I was greeted with the smell of cigarettes. The floors was dirty it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in days, the sink was nasty and it had cups with fifer prints and the room floor was sticky
