This is a nice and amazing property to stay at. Property is clean and in a quiet neighborhood. Short walk to the beach which is nice. Property managers were fabulous to deal with and on top of any concerns.

We really enjoyed our stay. A few little issues that we noticed when we arrived we taken care of right away. We will definitely stay at this property in the future. Thank you to management and the owners!

The property was just as pictured. Everything was so clean and welcoming! My family wnjoyed every part of the home, from the spacious living area to the patio and pool area. Beautiful and so peaceful! We will definitely consider this home on our next vacation!

The house was in a nice quiet friendly neighborhood. The beach was only a 5 minute walk and the pool was perfect! The house was very comfortable, clean and very well equipped. Everyone in my family said they’d stay here again. Only drawback that was mentioned, the shades in the front bedroom were so thin they were useless.

The home and location was excellent. The property manager was great, and quick to answer any of your question . I am looking forward to staying a third year at this house.

The house was very clean and comfortable, and we all enjoyed the pool. It is located a very short walk to the beach, which we also enjoyed. I realize the listing states there is a "(limited) supply" of toilet paper, but there could have been at least full rolls in each bathroom when we checked in. There also was no dish soap. The only way to clean items that were not dishwasher safe were steel wool pads. I emailed the property management company twice and received no answers.

Within 5 minutes walk to the beach and the pool was great. Lovely property! Great neighborhood, neighbors were all very welcoming.

The house was exactly as described. It looks farther from the beach than it is. From the front door to the sand it only took 5 minutes to walk. David was extremely responsive and kind. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back!

We stayed here for 5 days, and loved every minute of it. Marylin was great, and answered any questions I had promptly. The property was exactly as pictured, and the house was clean and tidy. The backyard was a perfect spot to chill after a day at the beach, and my kids loved the pool and didn't care one bit that it wasn't heated. We didn't care either - Just jump in and you'll get used to it :) The proximity to the beach was perfect, and was only a 5 minute walk from the front door. Publix and Wynn Dixie were only minutes down the road, so everything was super convenient. I would definitely stay here again. We loved it. Great little house, quiet neighborhood and everyone was super nice!

Beautiful home, great location, fair price.

My family and I really enjoyed staying at this property. It was just as advertised. Spacious well kept home two blocks from the beach. We had a couple of minor issues with the lights and the dryer but communicating with David was easy and response times were great. I would definitely stay at this property again.

The house was beautiful and was a great location. It was a short 5 minute walk to the beach and a quick 10 minute drive to downtown activities. The pool was a great addition! Very clean and comfortable, would definitely recommend this house and stay here again! We were very pleased!

This rental was perfect for my family. Everything was seamless from check-in to check-out. The house had plenty of amenities to keep the whole family entertained when we were not at the beach. There was plenty of seating through the home and outside pool area. The beach was easy to access and only a short walk from the house. There was no need to carry a bunch of stuff to the beach, because we just walked back to the house to take a break from the sun. My family really enjoyed the house and we would love to rent it again next time we are in the area.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our week long stay at Lazee Daze! Despite 3 days of pouring rain from the outer bands of Hurricane Ida, our stay here was one of our best vacations! The house was clean & very tastefully decorated. The proximity to the beach was great—it was an easy 7 minute walk to get from the front door to toes in the sand! The neighborhood was uncrowded & the people were all very friendly. The private backyard pool was located amongst beautiful tropical foliage and was a great spot to relax. We also really enjoyed the screened in porch—despite the rain, we were able to sit outdoors to eat meals and play games. David & Marilyn were helpful & easy to work with. We look forward to another vacation at Lazee Daze in the future!

I booked this property for an end of summer family vacation and I am so happy I decided on a house with a private pool. The house was exactly as presented on VRBO, except maybe better. The private pool was a hit, so much so we didn’t even go to the beach. The house accommodated our adult children and my husband and I very well. The neighborhood was quiet and just a short drive to all the Panama City Beach activities.

This property is what is listed, and much more. It is within a close distance to anything you might want to do at the beach, from shopping to entertainment to food. The property is very nice, and it is just a 5-10 minute walk from the private beach. Definitely will look at returning in the future!

Super nice place. Convenient to the store, very short walk to the beach. We went in the morn and was able to park with no issues on the days we didn’t walk. House is beautiful and as described. The pool was what sold me as I was there with kids aging 16-10 months and was a hit with all of them. And y’all, I don’t sleep well on vaca but I did here! Felt like home and the beds were super comfy. Beaches were never really crowded. You didn’t have to go “claim” your spot like some beaches. Would definitely stay here again.

This house was great! It was way closer to the beach than I had originally thought. The pool was beautiful. The king bed was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept on! My husband had said several times the past few days that he misses the bed so much. Neighborhood was pretty quiet. All the neighbors seemed friendly and would wave. I liked that the house was on the west side of Panama. It was much quieter and did not have a bunch of condos on the beach. It is a small house but has a great layout. It has a large walkin closet in the master and a large walk in pantry. I do wish the house came with more stuff for the beach. We live in Kansas City and had to buy and pack lots of beach stuff like wagon, beach shade, sand toys, beach chairs before our trip. It took up a ton of room in the car. I did know this in advance but I know from past experiences that most houses come with this stuff. The price of this rental seemed very fair but honestly I would have paid more a night to not have to lug everything from Kansas City. Overall it was a great experience and I will recommend to family and friends.. This was our first time in Panama City Beach and we will definitely be back.

We had a wonderful time at Riviera Beach. The house was perfect! I could not have been more pleased with everything about this property the check in and check out was so easy. The property manager was just a text away! Thanks David! We will defiantly be back!

Great house. Very clean, neat, and new. The pics do not do this property justice. Beach is a short walk and easy access to 30A or PCB restaurants. Pool was wonderful. The whole family enjoyed it daily.

This property was Amazing!! Short walk to the beach, less than 5 minutes. Quiet Neighborhood. Everything about the home exceed our expectations. Will stay in this home again!!

I cannot say enough positive things about this home. It was more beautiful in person than in the pictures. Everything was so well kept and updated. There were four of us staying, my husband, my mother, our son and myself. We all had a great experience. There was plenty room to be together and have our privacy for the week. The location couldn’t be better! Within walking distance down the street to the beach, however we drove and found parking right next to the beach and crowds were not an issue! Restaurants were close by along with Pier Park which has everything you need from food to shopping to a beautiful pier! I really could go on and on. Homeowners were easily accessible. They really know what they’re doing! If/when we come go back to Panama City, we will DEFINITELY be hitting them up for a vacation home! Absolutely amazing!
