The post and other reviews are accurate—cozy, but got all the basics you need. You can walk right onto the beach, 5-10 minute drive to downtown PTown, and easy communication with the host. Fab first time for us on the Cape and would book again!

The cottage is absolutely adorable and impeccable, and the view is breathtaking to wake up too. I've stayed there in September 2023 and April 2024. In my experience, there is not a better host that I have communicated with over the years. Patricia

This property was everything I was looking for and then some! Location was perfect! The cottage was immaculate and provided everything I needed for a weekend getaway. I would highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a nice quiet relaxing getaway!

This was the perfect spot for to relax. Anthony was such a wonderful host. He gave us some great recommendations. The views were amazing and it is an 8 minute drive to Provincetown. Would love to stay here again!

The place is cuter than you can tell from the pictures. And it is literally on the beach.

Everything about this cottage was perfect. We loved the way it was decorated, the cleanliness, and the thoughtful little details! The view was AMAZING! We arrived about 10 min before sunset and quickly set up outside to watch in awe. We did this every night, and I can tell you it didn't get old! We had no needs while there, but I am confident Tony and Steve would have been quick to reply. They messaged us the day of arrival to let us know the property would be available early. We look forward to returning again in the spring or early summer!

My wife and I had a great time. Classic beach cottage 75' from back door to the water. Our stay was in October so the area was pleasantly quiet with little traffic as was the beach. Plan to return.

The beach house was perfectly appointed and so charming! Walking straight out the back door onto the beach was bliss!

Quaint little oceanside cottage upper Cape. Beautifully/perfectly decorated and appointed. Perfect for our long weekend anniversary get away. Watched daily sunsets on the Adirondacks with a glass of wine in hand. Quick access to main highway running up and down the Cape. One of those “Can’t wait to get back there” places. Host Anthony was quick to respond to any and all communication.

We adored the beach house. Very, very clean & the ged & pillows were to die for!!! Would definitely recommend a couple renting this little gem!!!

I had the pleasure of staying at this immaculate beachfront cabin, and I was thoroughly impressed. The cleanliness of the cabin was exceptional, creating an inviting and comfortable environment. The cabin's proximity to the beach allowed for breathtaking views and the soothing sound of waves just steps away. This was the perfect serene getaway, and I highly recommend it to anyone seeking a peaceful retreat on the Cape.

This cottage is perfect for two! It felt airy and comfortable, was incredibly clean, and had everything we needed for a few days at the beach. The patio set up was perfect for lounging in the sun, eating, or sitting in the shade. If you do not plan on going to any other beaches, no need to bring any additional beach chairs/ umbrellas as everything is there, which was super convenient. You cannot beat the location being right on the water, and listening to the waves all day and night! The beach itself was nice and long enough to walk a couples miles, and not busy at all, it almost felt private in front of the cottage. There is direct water access through the fence. We had absolutely no issues and want to come back next year. A few things to consider: the beach does have a lot of seaweed in front of the fence; no outdoor shower so we set up a towel outside to wipe feet before going inside/ prevent tracking sand; the patios are relatively close together in this association, so if you prefer more privacy, you may not like it… that being said we enjoyed seeing our neighbors in the morning and everyone was super considerate, we were not bothered at all by this. Overall 10/10!

Wonderful little cottage which was well described as the perfect spot to unwind at the beach. The beach is your backyard! A simple place equipped with the necessities. We had one issue with a propane tank and the owners were quick to respond and deliver us a new one. Lovely spot, would come back and recommend to anyone looking for a quiet and relaxing get away. Located right near Provincetown. Plenty of awesome restaurants near by.

This was our second time staying at the property and it did not disappoint. Perfect for a couple, the location is unbeatable and the interior was immaculate. Sunsets in the Adirondack chairs outside on the beach were a highlight.

This cottage is simple but stylish. During the day our view was the beach and the ocean with boats bobbing on the waves. And the Pillgrims Monument in the distance. During the night it was the starry sky and the lights of Provincetown. It is a quick drive to the Commers street and the bike trail.

Walking out the unit right onto the beach makes it all worth it, and the unit is very clean and updated. Highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in this area

Great location on the beach. 20 minutes to Bradford St public parking, $3/hr, 10 minute walk to Commercial St. Cottages all close together, some neighbors more noisy than others, not a deal breaker but will factor in next getaway.

We enjoyed our stay. Although the weather was something we where not expecting. Everything about this rental was great, however if you are looking for seclusion and privacy this property is not on my top list. Overall…. I am looking to renting again in the future. Thank you for everything!

Really enjoyed our stay here, short drive to Provincetown and a so nice to be able to walk straight from the deck onto the beach. Well equipped for a small bungalow too.

Cozy and beautiful beach cottage! Perfection down to every detail 💕. The bed was so comfortable and the cottage had everything we needed! Highly recommend!!!!! Thank you!!! 💕

The cottage was lovely, though some strong scent overpowers the whole place. We simply switched bedding out, and kept the large pillows off couch when we used it. The refrigerator was perfect size, great to have a Keurig coffee maker, loved the induction cooking unit, the lounge and upright outdoor chairs plus table with chairs was super nice. Being right on the water was a bonus! And though the weather wasn’t totally great for outside beach time, we took every chance of sun to soak in the views. Had wished for a bit more privacy with people walking dogs right in front of the deck to get to opening along fence line, but again just dealt with it. Went between North Truro and Provincetown for family visits, sightseeing, shopping and dining. Great location to get to everything within minutes. Overall, pleased with the cottage arrangements and if we had questions, the owners were quick with responses. We’d recommend this cottage to anyone looking for a cozy, on the water place to stay!

This cottage is so cute and cozy, and it’s also super functional. I stayed during the off season and it was so peaceful to sit on the deck in a sweatshirt and just enjoy the beach. The check in process was easy and convenient and the hosts are very communicative and kind. I would definitely come back here.

Beautiful on the water cottage, super clean and set up very nicely. Short ride to PTown. Quiet with nice neighbors. Would recommend highly!

This little cabin is among a set of bungalows that are just amazing. Cozy, clean, and separated from the other ones, you can easily forget you have neighbors. Slide open the door to your patio and sleep with the sound of the sea. which is just a mere 80 feet away! Very small, so highly recommended for no more than two people.

The location is wonderful. You have all of the amenities you could need. The bed was great. Will be back again!
