We loved it, only left resort to get food. And they had a food truck everyday so that was even an option. Will love to go back again.

Nice property. Loved the location. The resort had a nice pool area. The only down side, there were no kitchen hand/ wash towels. We had to go out and pick up a few. Other than that, I’d recommend this property.

This was our 2nd time staying in this condo. It was very clean and smelled like new from the recent renovations. You can really tell this owner listens and cares about the guest's experience. We spent a lot of time at the indoor pool and hot tub. Lee was a great host and quick to respond as usual. We will be back this summer and look forward to many trips with kids down the water slide.

The entire unit needed a thorough cleaning. I would not stay in this unit again.

This was a nice convenient place for a quick getaway. Well organized, with many conveniences. Main drawback was the price, too many fees for all the work we had to do. Also, for us to have to pay a cleaning fee, and not find the place clean was a disappointment. The place was dusty, a roach walked out across the couch on the first day, the pots and pans were filthy and needed replacement, and a lot of stuff was just old.

The place had everything we needed. Our host was very receptive and eager to make our stay as good as possible!

This is a great place for families. The room is the right size for a family of 3 like mine. We cooked breakfast and some dinners in the room and the everything was great.

We enjoyed our stay at APAB! The property was as described and a short walk to the beach. Our kids loved the water slide and outdoor/indoor pools. Will visit again.

The entire property is old, run down, NASTY, dark, dingy, rather creepy, and depressing. No dishwasher, ice maker, barely enough cooking equipment to even make breakfast. Too depressing to stay in the unit; bathrooms-gross; ill-fitting sheets that came off bed each night. MAJOR upgrades desperately needed.

We have stayed in various condos at APATB over the years, so we knew what to expect regarding size, amenities, etc. Loved the location of this condo where we could see the pool and ocean. The pool doesn't close until 10, so if you definitely hear noise until then but it didn't bother us much. Appreciated the check-in instructions on using the fridge and where parking tag and pool bands were located. Overall a great stay.

Great clean property , super safe for kids and in the middle of it all without being in the middle of it all ! Definitely recommend to anyone interested , the nicest perks of this property besides the beach and pool is the access to the seafood markets , grocery and ferry to shackelford island.

It was awesome! Our unit was everything promised and then some! Our view from the balcony was breathtaking and at night the lights around the beautiful pool area was even mor gorgeous! The court yard area was so neat and well kept! There was so much to do! The amenities are outstanding! It was quiet, the beds were comfortable! I couldn’t ask for a better vacation! Grocery store and restaurants are close by! It was just perfect!

This property needed a serious spring cleaning. Walls had brown splatters on them, baseboards were dirty, overall needed a good paint job and some updating. 2nd bedroom has no windows, mold on ceiling and no closet.

I was surprised at how small it was. Galley kitchen was adequate. TVs were fine once we figured out the remotes. Loved the balcony and enjoyed the view. Boardwalk to the beach was great. Only problem was black mold in track of sliding glass door.

This was a lovely little condo in a great resort. The kitchen is really small, but it was all we needed for a few nights away with the kids. We would definitely stay here again for a weekend. The location is amazing and the hosts were extremely responsive.

We were looking forward to staying at this property but there were some minor details that made staying here a disappointment. The outdoor pool was not available to use at all, an eye sore even with construction being done to it. The cable services were very difficult to use, if you could find a channel that could be watched, it seemed to have an excessive amount of commercials. The unit seemed very thrown together in appearance. It was also not communicated that paper products such as toilet paper and paper towels would not be in the unit which could be very inconvenient in an emergency. The cleaning fee also seemed steep considering we had to strip the sheets, gather the linens and remove all trash ourselves. Overall not our best experience for this style of lodging.

Our stay was a short but good one. The condo was exactly as described and worked perfectly for my family of three. The property amenities were amazing. I would definitely recommend!

Wonderful place we enjoyed our trip. There is many options for the kids to do if the weather isn’t great for a beach day. Will definitely come back.

This was a great holiday and a perfect spot for 3 ppl. The place was pretty clean but if you look in corners and baseboards they were not. The walls are old and scraped and dented in some spots but overall it was neat and tidy; just a bit tired. The resort itself was maintained well and the pool and ocean were fabulous. It would be nice to have some kitchen clothes to wipe surfaces down and some spray- but there were paper towels. We put the blender to good use. The owner was quick to respond when the keypad stopped working and got us some keys to use within 20 mins. His response time is very quick. Wifi was great. A few more hooks outside the door and inside would be helpful for storage. The toilet made some weird sounds so we turned it off as we couldn’t sleep but we let the owner know after our stay and I’m sure he was going to look into it and fix it. Overall I would give this place a 4.2/5 and we would def come back again. The resort was a blast and the slide was fun for adults and kids! Thanks

The condo is a nice size for two kids and parents. Loved the view over the pool and out to the ocean. The host was very communicative and helpful. We loved the property and all of the activities (pool, put put, bowling, tennis, basketball, volley ball, corn hole) great place for families. Overall it was a great stay and we would love to come back soon!

A place at the beach is great! Condo was in a great location, overlooking the grounds, playground and pool, but far enough to not hear a lot of noise. Owner sent detailed check-in and check-out notes and area suggestions. Kitchen was more than adequate. A broom and dustpan would have been good to help keep the laminate flooring sand-free but my husband says I’m strange for wanting to clean on vacation. Eat at Amos Mosquitos!

We loved the property - so many amenities - our son had a blast. And the location right on the beach was perfect for our Memorial Day weekend getaway!

Property spotless in unit and at resort. We were time share owners for many years so know what a great family resort this is.

The condo was very nicely updated and clean, clean, clean. The property was as nice as we remembered from staying here last fall. We will be back as soon as we can.

We had a great view of the Ocean! The condo was very clean and well maintained. It was cold, so we mainly cuddled up inside. Would definitely stay here again.
