The apartment was spotless and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location is great, within walking distance of a variety of restaurants and shops. You do need to be able to climb stairs while carrying luggage but it was not a problem for us, well worth it to stay right on Main St.! Marita responded immediately to our questions. Loved it, will stay here again!

This property was an a perfect location for food, drinks, and day hikes. The apartment was immaculately clean and had all the amenities we needed. Our host was very communicative and we even got to spend some time getting to know the locals at the Waynesville festival!

We love this s apartment. In the heart of Waynesville. Walk to great restaurants and shopping. Brewery is right below, but you’d never know with how quiet is is in the apartment. Definitely need to check it out. Amazing communication from the owner/manager. Very clean. We will definitely be back!

This apartment has a perfect location for being right in town close to shops and restaurants....walk anywhere you need. It was absolutely beautiful. Very modern and very clean. If you want to visit Waynesville, this is the place to stay. RG

This fantastic apartment has all you could need for comfort and convenience. Located directly downtown in the center of this charming mountain town, within walking distance to everything, this is the ONLY place we ever stay as we supervise the building of our new home. The property manager is top notch and assists you in any matter. Highly recommend!!

I really enjoyed being right above Boojum Brewery and on main street in general. The only time I used my car was when I went into the forest for hiking, etc. So many cool spots on main street for coffee, drinks, lunch, dinner, shopping, etc. The unit was very spacious and clean. Bed was also very comfortable. It’s worth noting that even though it is directly above a brewery, it was very quiet. I did not hear any of the noise from the bar. I would 100% stay again.

These apartments are always immaculate and well stocked. We have stayed there many times and they have become our home away from home while we build a home there. Highly recommended.!!

This property is exactly as pictured and the owner seemed to go above and beyond my expectations . New , clean and everything you need for a few nights stay ( coffee , cream, sugar, soap , shampoo etc… ) I hate to give a negative vibe because it is a terrific property … my ONLY negative issue was the noise . Granted , if you do your homework , you will see this property sits above a restaurant and a bar - I took my chances and thought “ how active could Waynesville be ?” It was 2 loud for me ….I could not sleep 2 of the 3 nights due to noise from live band and parking lot activity …. Also , be advised , there is no designated parking for the property . That was ok with me , BUT , we traveled with my senior father in law … and he struggled to go from public parking , up the stairs to the unit . I would stay here again , but with out senior traveler and with ear plugs 😎

The apartment was beautiful and very clean. Parked our car and walked everywhere. Noise from restaurant/bar didn’t hear it very much. We will be staying here again.

This was a great place to stay very clean and comfortable and kitchen equipped. Would have like to have had a TV in the bedroom and washer and dryer. Two great restaurants in the area are a must try, Blue Rooster and Maggie’s Galley, excellent food and service.

We loved the apartment downtown! Centrally located for whatever you are planning to do while in the mountains. Enjoyed being able to walk around town to the different shops and restaurants at our leisure when not out exploring. We will be back!
