Great location close to the station but quiet. Very friendly helpful staff. The room was clean, comfortable and easy to be in. The bed was nice and firm.

Porters were the nicest people. Most front desk staff except one or two seemed to hate any little request that required effort. We struggled with suitcases to our room and desk staff didn’t care. Related restaurant staff were nice. Accidentally ran into managing director. Seemed arrogant and mean. Many lights in our room not working.

Central location. Near train station. On site parking (though expensive). Near walkable park.

Small room. Poor service. Room cleaning did not include removing used coffee cups or glasses.Request for clean cups was met with ‘you can wash them yourself’…and a rude ‘ If you want new cups, you will be charged’. No facilities on premises yet we were charged a ‘resort’ fee. Most unlike any resort we have ever stayed at. Ordinary restaurant with small breakfast selection.

I had a fantastic stay at Boutique Hotel Continental Park in Lucerne! The comfort of the room was exceptional, and I especially enjoyed the lovely balcony that added a touch of relaxation to my experience. The shower facilities were top-notch, ensuring a refreshing start to each day. The hotel's location, right across from the station, was incredibly convenient for my travels. It made exploring the city and venturing to nearby areas a breeze. I also appreciated the availability of drinking water, which was a thoughtful touch, and the abundance of eating options in close proximity to the hotel. Whether I was craving local cuisine or international flavors, there was always something delicious to try nearby. Overall, my stay was truly enjoyable, and I highly recommend Boutique Hotel Continental Park for its comfort, location, and amenities.

While my stay at Boutique Hotel Continental Park in Lucerne was wonderful overall, I did notice a couple of areas for improvement. The towels provided in the room could have been softer and of a better quality. Additionally, having the option to choose from a selection of pillows, including firmer or softer ones, would have added a personalized touch to the sleeping experience. Despite these minor points, I still had a great stay and appreciated the hotel's many other positive aspects.

Amazing location and practical hotel in the middle of the city. Literally 1 min away from first platform of Luzern train station.

Considering the room rate, it was small things that disrupt the experience such as going to reception to pick up a vanity set or a tooth brush.

The receptionist Mateo's service was bad. For 3 days we asked him to empty the fridge. He always said that the next day it would be done and it never was done. We gave up asking! We had the impression that he doesn't understand English well, because on the 1st day he said that if we needed something it was possible to buy it at the station. On the 3rd day he asked what we wanted in the fridge. Although we used different terms to make sure he understood, it seems he never did! The air conditioning made a strange noise every hour disturbing sleep. We also asked for it to be checked and the request was never granted. We found the reception service disappointing.

it’s a top location near the station and boats and the city centre. The front desk staff are all very helpful with recommendations for tourist attractions. Catherine in particular was very knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble.

The location is perfect and convenient to travel around within Luzern and other cities.

The hotel is beautiful and very central. The staff were amazing and full of recommendations for the area. the reception staff helped us book a tour to the Rigi mountain and spa and planned how to get there. the breakfast staff were always so chatty and bubbly. loved this place and would highly recommend
