Place was okay. Owner controlled temperature. He kept the temperature at 85. Had to purchase 2 stand alone a/c units to be able to sleep. Kept bedroom doors closed to keep the bedroom cool.
Rest of house was hot and humid.

House was good size could use King size in master but otherwise was very good. Quite very peaceful. Clean and inviting

This was an older but updated home.
Cute beachy decor, spacious, 4 bedrooms with comfortable mattresses, great water pressure, full kitchen with basic amenities.
Tons of space for the 7 of us. We loved the fire pit each night and ate our meals on the back deck.
Plenty of parking.
It’s not a Hilton but it was perfect for our needs, secluded & comfy.
With an excellent available, attentive, responsive owner who is knowledgeable about the area and Springs.
Highly recommend for rustic getaway with all the comforts of home.

My family and friends came up to visit the springs. The location of the home was conveniently located near stores and restaurants. It’s about 20-40 minutes from major springs. However, the location of the trailer (this is not a house) was located in a very secluded area. We arrived at 10 pm and it was very dark and it has no lighting going into the property.
The beds were pretty comfortable. The house is a bit outdated, but comfortably fits 7-8 people, 9 if you use the couch. The AC was cold in some areas of the house and in others it was very hot… The AC although new, because of the positioning of the vents made some areas very hot including the bathrooms and master bedroom especially. Some of the furniture was worn out. They did provide some games to pass the time which was nice. Overall my favorite part about this rental was definitely the convenience of the location. I would stay here again if I came back to visit.

We were there just before New Years and the Host had an adorable small Christmas tree lit up in the corner upon our arrival. Fresh poinsettias near the front door. Very welcoming. It was refreshing to see a cheerful decor with character instead of the stark greys that have become so common. Definitely a Florida feel! We would stay here again.

Never rent this 4 bedroom mobile room. Roaches, no doorknob on back porch room, I got a towel to shower with and it look like a rag with multiple bleach spots and stains. Fans were on remotes but the batteries did not work. Clock did not work. Beds were very uncomfortable, mattress just wore out. I slept in middle on bed so I didn't sink in. Holes in walls in hall bathroom. Bread under chair in living room when you recliner. Maybe that what attracted the roaches. Outside porch to front door a hazard due to rotten wood and holes in wood leading to door. Weeds has grown up over railing, yard not maintain at all. Just ugly. Front gutter falling off front of house, just hanging there. Wish I could posted pictures of this awful rental. Be aware, Do not stay here, the only reason I did I needed 4 bedroom and close to the attractions we were going to (Canyon Zip Line and Silver Spring. Next time will do hotel closer into Ocala. But nothing like pictures posted on VRBO. So glad we only booked 2 nights. The grandkids didn't want to lay on beds/sheets so we used our beach towels to lay on and our own personnel blankets at night. The owners should be ashamed of this rental on VRBO. I will never recommend this one. Nasty, did I mention the cockroaches........so much wrong here. UGH..Never will get my money again VRBO.....

Awful
Checked in 4pm, outside of home NOT at all like pictures posted on VRBO. Rotten wood on walkway, gutter hanging down off front of home, weeds on railing to front door. Roaches in home, food under recliner which probably why the roaches. No door knob to go outside on back door to patio. My towel looked like a rag, stains and bleach spots, something I would use on my floors. Master bathroom door has exposed nails on bottom which why it wouldn't close. Ceiling fans did work, died batteries. Stay 2 nights and grandkids couldn't sleep on linens
Used our own blankets and beach towels.
The owners should be ashamed to put a such a awful, nasty rental on VRBO. Pictures on website make this place look nice but beware it's NOT. Will never rent on VRBO again. Rather stay in hotel where I know at least it will be clean and mantained. People Do Not rent this residence!!!!

Property was nice and very relaxing. Its very close to silver springs, great restaurants and all the areas in Ocala we wanted to explore. Even took a drive to Micanopy. Owner very good with communication. All in all a very good getaway!!

We were in town for a funeral and this house allowed us to invite family over for meals, to reminisce, look through photos, etc. It was very relaxing to have a place to call home during a difficult time. The park is very close and added an extra element of comfort for family.
