The amenities and location of this property were perfect. The cleanliness was very poor. The overall condition of this home needs to be seriously looked at. The dining room floor near the back door is soft and feels like it is going to cave in at any time period I saw cracks in the windows when the windows were shut which means structural fault. There there were snakes or slugs climbing through the drain in the bathtub. The overall property had broken glass and broken glass and garbage strewn about. Out. I took the grill cover off to make dinner and the front doors fell off. Just to name a few Like I said this property means to be seriously looked at before someone gets hurt

Very disappointed. The property is in need of maintenance inside and out. Windows would not work, baseboard heater falling from the wall. Bathroom door would not open completely and much of the caulking is cracked and/or missing. Plumbing fixtures were very loose and about to pull away from the wall. Dining room chair legs were broken. All paint surfaces need attention. The damage fee is a joke. We couldn’t have done anymore damage if we tried! I know this seems impossible, but has anyone checked this property recently? We are responding to the owners/managers as well, but would deeply appreciate your attention to this matter.

The location was beautiful, and we really enjoyed going to the pool, playground, and lake/beach. The house however, was not very comfortable. There is only one air conditioner, and it did not adequately keep the house cool, especially in the bedrooms where the windows don't open. The shower is poorly constructed, and the queen mattress is very uncomfortable. The refrigerator had a distinct fishy smell, and the floors generally felt sticky. We even left a day early because we didn't feel comfortable.

The house was very nice , we had a wonderful New Year.

Cabin was beautiful and warm. Owners were easy to contact and were very helpful when we had any questions.

Small house in a private community. Very quiet, just perfect for a relaxing weekend with the family. The house needs a few cosmetic touch-ups, but we still found it to be comfortable for our stay. Will definitely recommend to friends

The house had its pros and cons. Location was great and check in process was a breeze. However the house is not structurally secure and it felt like the shower would rip off the wall every time you turned on the water.

Arrowhead Lake is a really nice little community. Sadly, it rained the whole time we were there, but we had a nice time anyway. The house is good. Our whole family fit nicely. TV in every room, which worked out well for some rainy day boredom. The kitchen is small, but gets the job done. They have a Keurig coffee maker with pods. Sheets and towels provided. The best part are the outdoor spaces. The deck and a little gazebo out back. Two fire pits. The owner called me ahead of time to make sure I knew how to register my car with the community. Really nice people, cute little cabin.

I rent from VRBO very often (at least 40 times) and have NEVER complained before. 1. House has serious structural issues. My husband (a structural engineer) was so concerned that after checking UNDER the house, he wanted to leave and alert the community to not allow this property to be rented before fixing major structural problems. 2. Washer/ dryer NOT hooked up even though it states a washer/dryer as an amenity. 3. Entering the house itself was easy(key lock box) but there were no instructions regarding entering the community which is gated. Upon arrival we first went to the gate closest to our property which we could not enter because we had no key card. We then went to welcome center and received a key card where there was a note that said I needed to come back the next day at noon because of unpaid balances. I spent the last two weeks trying to contact the management company and the local contact for the property to pay the community fee but was unable to. 4. There was enough open body wash bottles in the bathroom left over from the last renters to bathe the entire community. There was no place to put our own toiletries. Gross! 5. The mattress in the “master” is unusable. Again, I have NEVER complained in the past but my 44 year old body had to sleep in a bunk bed with my daughter to get some sleep. 6. The arrowhead lake community itself is lovely-lots of events and amenities. Everyone drives nice and slow and the lifeguards at the pool were great! I would consider returning to the community but never to this particular property.
